I went into Spiller in Columbus on Thursday during the VIP sale. I was greeted by Quay, I told him what I was looking for, and he immediately started walking with me to show me options. He was able to get me the living room furniture I needed at a great price. He even gave me tips on how to continue to build credit and raise my score! He is amazing! Thank you again Quay!

I have been meaning to write this for a while now but the time got away from me, so finally I want to give a huge shout out to Bobby and Joseph for being great when they delivered and put together my furniture. They were extremely nice, did their job, were on time, maybe even early, no fuss no muss and they smelled good too! :) I have to also say that my entire experience with the people at Spiller in Columbus MS has been great. I will buy there again.

Great place to visit wouldnt want to live there

I cant believe what I was told today. For as long as I can remember, I had always had a great service at this location and the other location (when they were downtown). I have been coming to Spillers every since I got my 1st apartment (1996). My grandmother (Mrs Hicks), have been doing business with this company for as long as I can remember and Im 38. My uncle just bought some furniture from them also. I was told today that I couldnt use the down payment that I put down on a lay-a way awhile ago, because if you cancel the lay-a-way you just lose your money. I went to the store the next week and told them that I was not going to get it. The sales person told me that I could not get my money back and I replied Oh I know, I can just use it on my next purchase. So after being told I couldnt use it today, by Larry,I call another location trying to understand this. This sales person calls back to the Columbus location and then tells him that the store credit was expired. When I was told that I could get a store credit no one said that I had to use it by a certain date. Yes, it has been 8 months. He tells the other sales person its almost been a year. I didnt think that mattered when you didnt give me a expiration date. Whats done is done. Ill make sure all my family and friends know about this.

This store is absolutely awesome!!! I will be recommending Spiller Furniture in the future! I usually make online purchases but this particular time I wanted to compare the textures of furniture so I went into the Columbus store. Tryonda Hairston, the sales rep that helped, was AMAZING!!! From the greeting upon entering the store, to the assistance while browsing and even checking out, she made me feel like a priority!
