I bought an used attachment from this dealership several months back the staff and customer service were great. My local dealership in the same chain was asking a +$375 markup and a week wait for shipping for the very same piece of equipment it was also a chore to get a call returned.It was well worth the drive to deal with a dealership that values your business and makes you feel like your their most important account.

I first need to apologize because I should have made this review much sooner but I have been out enjoying my machine. This place has a level of customer service that is such a rarity these days. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. Molly worked with me through the whole process and was incredibly professional and responsive. I want to just come in and buy another hat so I can experience the customer service again.

I wanted to say thanks again for the staff taking the time showing my son the operating and safety procedures on the 3025 series John Deere tractor. Daniel put forward lot of effort into making sure that he had a solid introduction of the tractor before my son was instructed on the operating procedures. They definitely don’t hesitate to help out, thanks again.

Lost keys to my tractor. Went here for a replacement and the guys at the desk were great. They were glad to assist me in finding the correct key for my tractor and were friendly in the process. Five star.

Walked into the business looking for a small tractor, something to work a couple of acres. Not one person came out of their offices to greet me. Walked around the small outer showroom for about 5 min. Still no one came out of their offices. Guess they didnt want my money. Walked outside and saw a tractor that I thought would be perfect. Watched one guy back a tractor up to a small building to ( Im guessing here ) to hook up the PTO. still no one came out to see if I needed anything. And the guy on the tractor just went about his business. But he may have been a mechanic. I dont know because I never talked to anybody from that place. But like I said. If you dont want my money then I wont beg you to take it.

I’m am doing a competition for FFA for my high school tractor driving, and one of the managers was kind enough to show me how the tractor works and how to drive it before the competition, he helped build my confidence.

Great service and parts availability! Staff is overly helpful and the mechanics are knowledgeable and know thier trade. Turn around on having my mowers worked on is usually next day at the latest unless they have to order parts.

Great people, great service department and great product

SunSouth is the standard of how a business should be. I took my Stihl weed trimmer in for maintenance and found out my warranty had run out but they still took it to the back and fixed it right there on the spot for FREE. It might have been a simple fix and only took a few minutes but the customer service I received from Mr. Blake Papenfuss was phenomenal. Not to mention the expertise of the maintenance shop. Great experience everytime I go in the store.
