This is not the place for homeowners. Went in there with some soil test results. Had results of PH, macro and micro nutrients. I was looking for some advice and products to do some soil correction. The soil test showed the normal ranges and what was out of balance. The guy at the front counter said he had not idea what any of the report meant. He gave me a flyer that included a 4 step seasonal approach with stuff that could be applied. I’m not professional but I am aware of products that can be applied to raise and lower ph levels and increase nitrogen but he had no advice to offer. He went to the back to talk to a lady who walked into the office the same time as me with her breakfast but she said she was too busy working on 1/2 million dollar account to help. I really think she want to be left alone. He offered to take a copy of my report and contact information and said someone would call be later that day or the next. Well that didn’t happen either. I wanted to stay local but apparently since I wasn’t opening a corporate account and wasn’t worth their time.
