I recently purchased some items from the store in Dublin, OH, and I was impressed by their inventory of equipment on hand. I initially dealt with BJ and I must say BJ tried his best, but Im not sure on his level of knowledge concerning the equipment and fitness in general (didnt really look the part.) I came back to pick up my items and Luke was there. What a nice guy with a ton of knowledge. He was extremely accommodating and very professional. Rude and arrogant staff. Very difficult ordering and even before covid shipping, delivery, and installation was a nightmare.

Was originally planning to purchase an indoor cycle bike from G&G for several reasons (the top 2 being that I was ending my gym membership and I have young kids at home so wanted a quality exercise machine at my house to be able to easily workout when they are napping). I started my research in September and was originally greeted with great customer service from Ben at the store. We discussed a few options and I let him know Id come back in a couple weeks to make a purchase.Returning today I encountered unfortunately terrible customer service from another employee (unfortunately forgot to write down his name). To list a few examples about the lackluster engagement:- Had to ask him to put on a mask when interacting, and though did put one on, scoffed at the request initially until I stated that the request was because Im trying to protect my young children- When asking questions about the lifecycle IC6 bike couldnt provide any detail as he didnt know the product- When trying my cycle shoes on and finding out they are not compatible with the IC6 pedals, his response was that Id have to research and get new pedals or new shoes and didnt offer any assistance- When inquiring about inventory availability indicated that the bike was on backorder, their inventory wouldnt arrive until end of year, and all requested bikes were already spoken for. He didnt indicate when another order would be placed or asked for my contact information or offer to call or email when when inventory would come back inI felt like I had made it clear that i was serious about purchasing a bike today and instead of working with an engaged fitness consultant to achieve my goal, I got the impression from him that he and G&G didnt need or want my business. As a result, I walked away from the store and have taken my business elsewhere.

Costumer service was pretty awful when I first went there. I felt as if my questions were disregarded & I was met with unfriendly responses. I definitely didnt like being there, very unprofessional interaction.

He helped me make an agile and easy decision when purchasing my treadmill with all the informative and excellent suggestions he was able to provide. I did not feel any kind of pressure when making my purchase; Jeff kindly helped me understand and learn all about the equipment before making my final decision. We were very satisfied with our purchase of a treadmill from G&G Fitness. Jeff was wonderful to interact with. He took the time to really, actually understand and answer our questions, was knowledgeable about all of the products. He was very pleasant the whole time and was a big part of our decision to purchase there. We read the glowing reviews online, decided to give the place a try, and can verify that Jeff and G&G lived up to the reviews. We did have some difficulty with the delivery of the treadmill, though (which is run by a separate company, but is the only contractor G&G works with). We scheduled a delivery window, and the driver called to ask if they could come an hour and a half early, otherwise they wouldnt be able to come until the very end of the day. I hadnt left work yet and couldnt leave to meet them, and by the end of the day I hadnt heard from anyone. We werent real happy about it, but I called Jeff and he got on the case and got the whole scenario resolved to our satisfaction, hence the five-star rating.

Recently purchased a Life Fitness Elliptical from this store and had a wonderful experience. From the time I walked in, to the time my purchase was finalized, I was well taken care of and attended to. The employees were very knowledgeable and made the process of finding what I needed very simple. Awesome store with great prices and great staff!

My experience with G&G Fitness and The Fitness Store extends back many years. I remember my parents purchasing a treadmill from G&G over twenty years ago and how they raved about the knowledgeable personnel and what a positive experience they had. The customer service was above and beyond their expectations. A few years back they decided to purchase an elliptical to add to their collection. So, when it came time for me to research my fitness equipment, this was the obvious choice. The associates were extremely knowledgeable and very personable which made the experience fantastic. I would highly recommend stopping in even if you are just looking for information, trust me, you will go back.

We got a used elliptical online that had some broken parts. Their service division took a look and immediately which ones needed to be replaced. There was some confusion with ordering parts -- they said they would order the parts but, when I called back a week or two later, there was no record of it. However, they then directed me to a site where I could order the parts myself for cheaper. The tech was able to repair the unit, and we now have a working elliptical!

Walking into the store, Gordy Gronkowski approached me and was very knowledge about the equipment I asked about and recommended some different types of workouts to use to compliment my regimen. I would definitely commend this store to any of my fitness friends.

Bought a Precor Solana with the leg press 10 years ago and it is still going strong with minimal maintenance. A perfect basement gym set up, it fits without hitting the floor joists. The guys that delivered and set the system up were professional, competent, made no mess and caused no damage. If it ever wears out I will purchase another!Jim & Donna.

I ordered equipment to be delivered before Christmas for a Christmas present. When it was suppose to be delivered, I received a phone call from the store telling me that my equipment didnt make the truck, he didnt know why, and that they would not be delivering it until after Christmas. To his credit, the sales person offered free delivery for the inconvenience of having it delivered after Christmas. It was suppose to be delivered today. When they didnt show up (again), I called to find out what happened. The store had no explanation. I got my money back without much hassle, but I was extremely disappointed that the store failed twice to deliver.

Called G & G and hung up when it went to voicemail - did not leave message and was surprised when my phone rang a few min later with Jeff from G & G on the line apologizing for being on the line with another customer - Jeff ended up stopping by our home to help us decide on exactly what equipment would fit into our new workout room - we then visited Jeff at his showroom and picked out specific models - Jeff wrote up our order and scheduled our delivery for a couple weeks later - delivery and install went as scheduled with a few glitches that were quickly and professionally addressed with continual follow up from Jeff. Id recommend G & G and Jeff to anyone!

My family has owned a Precor treadmill for 7 years, which is used on a daily basis, and has yet to have any service issues. No BS, hands down bringing back the true meaning of service! I have a Bodycraft PL1000; a machine not made for 10 years. Needless to say a part wore out, I called G&G Fitness as they were a Bodycraft distributer to se if they could help. Gordie answered all my questions & told me he would call the manufacturer directly to assist me in my search. The manufacturer called me 30 min later to follow up & they are attempting to have the part fabricated for me, amazing! Between G&G & Bodycraft I believe in customer service again. If Bodycraft cant fix my machine, Ill be buying a newer model from G&G Fitness; The Fitness Store. Once again floored by the great service, Mike Scheiner
