I contacted Mike to help me with getting a shipment released from customs. I asked if I could come to his office to sign documents because I didn’t have a computer, he isn’t taking clients in office. I asked how long it would take to get my very valuable shipment released, He went on and on about how impossible this was, how this couldn’t possibly be my own personal collection and how it would take days, maybe a week to get accomplished. After I told him that wasn’t true, I had all my paperwork he went on to say he couldn’t work with someone with my “high pitch voice”. I found a customs broker who didn’t discriminate against women and got my shipment released in less than 24 hours. Mike was rude and had no drive to help a potential customer.

Owner of the business is very nice. They received me warmly and helped me with all questions that I have.They start processing my case right away. It’s great place for solving any custom’s issues.
