Love the Mac store at Polaris just right outside of Macys! The blond sales girl with a very pleasant cheerful smile is always helpful & makes great recommendations. (Can not remember her name😋, but shes always there, shes shoulder length hair)Me & my friend went a few times around the holidays this November, my friend purchased foundations worth $1000 if not more during those visits. Their prices beat sephora!

I went to this Nordstrom Mac counter yesterday on 8/4/19 around 2pm; i picked a few lipsticks, asked the Mac representative to clean the lipsticks so I could try them on. She had no other customers and playing with her apple watch, didn’t even ask if i needed help! So, her response was, do you know how to clean them!!!!!! Are u kidding me? I responded that it wasn’t my job to clean it, she replied with a rude tone of voice: well, we like to teach our customers how to clean them too!!!! are u kidding me MAC? Why do i have to clean lipsticks when your sales person is standing there doing nothing plus having the guts to ask me do it!!!! I ended going to the actual MAC store to buy the 3 lipsticks i wanted. I have a bad experience every-time I go to this location, mac sales people here are unprofessional, rude, and have zero customer service skills. Do yourselves a favor and just go to the MAC store at Easton, always great experience and helpful.
