The cookies you can get here are quite scrumptious. They have many more unique kinds of cookies beyond the classic chocolate chip cookie or the sugar cookie. They also sell quite a few different kinds of yummy ice cream flavors. My friend and I were able to get our half dozen cookies extremely quickly after ordering them. Furthermore, the person on the cash register was extremely kind and patient with my friend. It is a place I will go to again.

These cookies are so dank u gotta wait in line and the line goes outside the door. My favorite is the chocolate mint cookie. They have good choices to pick from and its awesome how long these things stay warm for. These cookies are baked to perfection and its awesome how late you can get them.

The cookies are AMAZING! Packaging is pretty good too. Im giving 4 because the customer service was alright. The cashier was not very nice nor communicative with my friend who was trying to figure out the card reader as there were some issues.

Tried 5 different cookies over period of time... I love sweets, and consider myself able to handle very rich sweet treats, that most would consider too sweet. These cookies however, are soo sugary sweet, they overpower literally every other flavor in the cookies. So darn sugary you cant even taste the chocolate. The buttery flavor most love in cookies, was also lost in the sugary mess of these cookies... Literally 3 bites made my stomach go nuts. Not sure if I got a bad batch, but I wouldnt recommend these cookies...

Let me start with saying I love Insomnia’s cookies. However, our local store recently changed their hours to close at 1 am every night (even Friday and Saturday), which is absolutely ridiculous. I have no issue with a business closing at that time, but if your name is insomnia cookies, you’d better be open until at least 2 am at the earliest. I waited in line for 20 minutes and was turned away at 1 am at the door. Keep your hours and change the name, or change the hours back.

The place is small and popular so we were crammed in making our order but it was well worth the wait. The cookies are warm and gooey and they sell milk which hits just the right spot. The wait time was not unreasonable given when we came in. They are open late which makes it really nice. Parking can be a pain so bring a ride along to go in while you wait in the car and make life easier for yourself. I will be going back next cheat day.

This place is the best cookies in Ohio. The cookies are indescribable with how amazing they are. I’ve been going here for years. I have never found a cookie that compares. Stopped in for my first time to pick up cookies for my family. Not only were they out of most cookies, customer service was very poor. The lady had a horrible attitude like she didnt wanna be there. You would only assume to have a good first impression for such a well spoken about company. I am deeply disappointed.

My experience was terrible I came in exactly 12:40 I asked for a cookie sandwich a sugar cookie on the bottom a chocolate mint cookie on top with vanilla ice cream they gave me a dish of chocolate mint ice cream n a chocolate chip cookie never asked for that n where is the other cookie I called they told me I get can’t do nothing for me n they are closing in 4 mins n didn’t even say sorry n said that I am lying because the guy up front is the best I am going to up load a pic

I have been to this location before and had a really good experience! The staff is very helpful and nice! The front door has a steep step that makes it hard for people with disabilities to enter from. But there is wheelchair accessible entry through the back. The space inside is a bit small but there are a few high chairs to sit and eat at.

My wife and daughter went in to buy some cookies. They returned with the most amazing cookies Ive tasted. The cookies were hot and fresh. We had a few different kinds, all were great. I will be back!!!

Went for the first time and would not go again. The young man ringing us out was friendly but the coworker with blue colored hair was not. I came in with my two children and he sharply stated only two people allowed in the store. Fortunately my husband was waiting outside but there was no concern for a child standing outside at night on High street. When I exited there is a sign in light orange marker located between a dozen other signs staying only two allowed in the store. Poor signage, poor customer service, and okay cookie.

Ignored delivery instructions. Didnt deliver ice cream that was $6. Didnt respond to message asking where they left the order. And insomnia doesnt pick up the phone for their customer service. Not super happy.

This business needs to get a new phone. When trying to call the store the cal cuts in and out and it is very static. Also waited over an hour for an order and the cookie tracker did not work.

These cookies are amazing. My nephew was here from out of town a couple months ago and went with my son. I had one of his cookies and have been back twice since having them the first time. My only complaint is I wish they had more ice cream choices to pick from if you plan on getting a cookiewich other than that no gripes

Ordered an online order for someone as a gift. It was suppose to be dropped off at 1:00. 2:00 rolls around and there is still no cookies. I call them and I’m on hold for over ten mins.. while on hold I get a text saying there on there way. 3:00 and still no delivery so I call back and I’m on hold for another 10 mins. Finally get through and they say it’s another 45 mins. Would not recommend terrible service.

Not the best experience. When we went in one guy was staring at us creepily and said only two people in the store even though they were my family and I could not leave them outside. Then when we went outside the sign that said only two people allowed the sign was orange and had light orange marker on it. I mean not the worst customer service but it was near that and no cookie is worth feeling uncomfortable.

Great cookies but if you have a student at OSU don’t try and order them a care package or surprise them with cookies because this location along with grub hub can’t pull off an order that’s less than a mile from door to doorour daughter lives on south campus the high street location is less than a mile from her door we ordered cookies for her and her room mates on the 12th of Feb. to be delivered on the 13th or 14th and it’s now 8pm on the 15th this order has been cancelled and we won’t buy anything from them any more

Late night craving for a sweet? The cookies where warm and ooh so good. Diffently not those small cookies found in packages from the supermarket. More like moms cookies when she is super happy with you. Verities are great and even some that are specialty cookies for those that are adventurous. No calorie counting here, for sure.

When I first entered the store, one lady said really sharply there’s only 2 allowed inside at a time and told me to wait outside. After I got in, the cashier spoke really softly and I couldn’t hear what she was saying, but I could definitely tell she was annoyed and didn’t want to be there and she came across as really rude. They were out of one of the cookies I ordered, so I asked to be refunded for that cookie, but the manager said they couldn’t do a refund to my credit card and I had to call their customer service. They couldn’t even give me a receipt though because they said the printer is broken. I just wanted to get a few cookies to cheer me up because I was having a bad day, but I ended up leaving with none because I couldn’t stand the poor service.

Delivery driver took 45 mins from time of text saying delivery was on its way. I live less than a mile from the store. Waited awkwardly for the driver to come deliver to my door and never did so instead the driver made me put on a coat and walk down through the parking lot to the street to pickup my delivery. Didnt even pull through the alley to be by stairs. I ordered delivery, not pickup. Lazy driver doesnt want to do their job. Bad for business. Wont be back. Way overpriced and took way too long for what was pretty average cookies and ice cream tbh.

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with Insomnia Cookies. I’m from Cleveland and the Insomnias near me are nothing like this. We placed an online order that said it would be an hour before we could pick it up (totally fine.) Anywho, an hour later we go to pick up our order and we walk in and the worker loudly shouts at us to get out and stand outside in line if we’re ordering. We explained that we ordered online and she rudely asked “for curbside or just pick up?” And we answered explaining that we just chose pickup because we didn’t see a curbside option. She rudely cut us off and said “too bad now you have to wait outside in line with everyone who still has to order.” So there we stood for 25 minutes in the freezing cold even though we placed the order an hour ahead of time. It was so unprofessional and disrespecful. Never again lol.

The woman that helped me today was extremely rude. They were out of several different types of cookies. To be out of so many items you would think their customer service would be on point. I would not recommend this store to anyone I like.

Tried to surprise my daughter by having cookies delivered. Requested a 6:00 delivery, he called before 5:30 from a unlocal number and she had no clue what he was talking about she thought he had wrong number he told her why else would I call, come get your cookies. I specifically requested hand off which they should have been left at desk. Then after going back and forth he then told her I ordered them. They would have made more sense to say in the beginning. Then since he was early she was not there so then he told her to call customer service to have them redelivered. I called and but of course it was the same person. This time she had to go outside and find him in his car. Whats the point in giving location if youre not going to go to location. Guess this would be my first and last time if this is the service provided.

Amazing cookies. Super fresh and soft. As soon as you walk in you are hit with the wonderful smell. I highly recommend and would definitely come back again. I love that its right there on High Street and an easy walk from the Ohio Union.

Fantastic idea and who said you can’t be a capitalist and charge $5 for a milk. I guess the cookies are cheap enough...my only complaint is and I know I may be in the minority - I don’t think they cook them long enough. Oh yeah, and the old location was more mysterious to me and I enjoyed the experience over the increase in space at the new place.

Cookies are always very good and delivery has been spot on until tonight. I’m assuming this delivery driver was new, ended up being pretty late, said our order was delivered before it actually was, and sat outside very confused at bringing them to our door. By the time we got them they were pretty cold and we had to run around outside to find the guy. Spot on food- delivery leaves something to be desired.

Very friendly staff, great presentation of available products, fantastic cookies, wonderful aroma in the car all the way home on I70 so we could wash our hands before trying them. Employee we saw was wearing a mask. We wore ours. One caution: no cash transactions. Only plastic.

I would give a zero star if that was an option. We stood in line for approx. 35 minutes before close and were then told that they would not accept our business because the line moved too slow to get us in the door before closing time. Only 4 people were left outside at this point. It was not a great customer service interaction for someone passing through town wanting to try a new place.

They deliver cookies until 3am but wouldnt sell me any when I walked in the door at 1:03am. Door and signs were still on. Stupid.

So excited to see another location. When I lived near Athens and would venture down court street this was a perfect snack spot. The cookies are always, ALWAYS, warm and fresh. This location held up the same standards what I have previously encountered. The prices are great for the size and freshness of the cookies. They also deliver the cookies up until 3am. :)

The cookies are here are so good! I will return but I visited at night and the staff must have had a bad day. They were unloading their truck and an employee was rude in asking us not to stand in front of the door. Then a female staff behind the counter was rolling her eyes and had the whole yuck face going at another employee. That most definitely was a bad vibe...

Insomnia is always good but we ordered at 9pm to be delivered by 11:30pm. it is 12:30 AM and the cookies still havent made it. Were a surprise for family in Columbus. Understand there being a pandemic but would have been nice to get a better estimate of when theyd receive them.

2 hours and still have not received my order and still no cookies...... very disappointed. And I tried to call and I waited 45 minutes on the phone and no answer.

I ordered a dozen cookies and they tasted divine! They were a bit too soft upon delivery though, seemingly under-baked. Some of the cookies stuck together a bit. I don’t hold this against them though, as I plan to order another dozen the next time I have a get together!

Ordering online is difficult. Almost every time a message saying Payment already processed appears. It doesnt go through though. It takes a while for delivery and sometimes doesnt get delivered to the correct address.

My order was never delivered. I called in multiple times asking why my order was an hour late with them telling me it was almost there. After an hour had passed I called in again. They claimed that they delivered the order which they did not. My address and phone number were correct and I received no phone call from them about any delivery. Dont order delivery if you actually want to get your food.

Very SLOW Delivery, more than 3 times (tried to give this place another chance, because it could be an off day). Order said it would be delivered by a certain time, and has been delivered an hour PAST the delivery time. Cant get a hold of anyone in the store, waited for a long time without pickup by anyone in the store.
