You can’t use your Kroger points at this Turkey Hill. The loyalty system has been down for months and they do not provide receipts at the pumps.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!! I went in tonight to get a drink and the security guard had his hand on his gun the entire time. I was the only one in the store and was in there for a total of 5 minutes. I was not doing anything suspicious but he stared me down and did not take his hand off his gun. He made creepy remarks to me and I felt very unsafe. When I left he pressed his face against the door and watched me get in my car and leave. Very creepy, I will not be returning in fear that one day he gets a little trigger happy.

Very slow service, clerks make their own rules, some wont sell beer before 6 if they dont feel like unlocking the cooler. None of the employees have any sense of urgency, if two are behind the counter only 1 will cash out customers. Very slowly. Seems like poor management for the entire staff to operate this way.

Ive had some great experiences with most of the employees. When I went in on a Saturday, the man in front of me had left the store but his order was still on the card reader. I motioned toward it and the cashier went to press something on the card reader but didnt say anything. I hit the cancel button since it was not my order and I wanted to pay for mine. He bursts out and exclaims that the man before me had not paid. So basically this cashier let the guy in front of me not pay and leave (lol?). Then he goes on a rant and charges the previous guys order to my card. Unbelievable lol, last time coming here.

I’m a disabled vet. The card reader at the pump was functioning so I went inside the store to see if they’d take 40 cash and let me prepay. I explained their reader was out of service. The chubby man behind the counter said he refuses service to anybody that can’t wear a mask. (As I have a breathing machine on my face) I ask if I can walk out and hand him $40 I sustained a injury that impacts my respiratory system and cannot physically put one on over the apparatus. He very snarkingly responded that if I was a black veteran he would help me but he refuses to assist disabled white men.

Just went in store to get cigarettes, lady was so angry, I just asked for cigarettes, she was so rude , I asked -Why are you acting so angry and she started swear at me, I dont know even why..I had so good mood, today is my kid birthday, but now.. she made my day.. thxWho hired her, You should check her she is working today 02/21/2021 8:30am

I stopped in to get a 12pk of Dr Pepper 7/10 @ 1:30pm on my way home a few blocks away. I approach the counter and ask if this is the correct register. The lady behind it grunts out “that’s why I’m standin’ here”. One of the two vacant registers had an “other register” sign in front of it is why I asked. I told her I apologize and did not know. She again reiterate “I’m standing in front of this one for a reason”. Silence during and after transaction. I then told her to enjoy her day. She mumbled something inaudible as I walked out the door.This type of attitude did not brighten my day. I worked in customer service for 25yrs of my life. The establishments I worked in wouldn’t have stood for this behavior for long at all. I hope this situation gets worked out and becomes a better environment to buy Dr Pepper from.

Went in at 3:40 pm on a Thursday, and the “gentleman” behind the counter said they lock the beer cooler at 2:pm!? They refused to open it, and offered no alternative way to purchase any product inside the cooler. They were pretty rude and dismissive of me, as if it’s normal for a store to refuse to sell product that they carry without explanation. Save your time and shop somewhere that wants your business.

There were two young girls at the checkout, they were super nice and helpful.

Never had an issue there. Cashiers have always been amiable and friendly, even when I go late at night.

Pumps are extremely slow! Took almost 10 minutes to fill my tank

Multiple people have reported that the credit card machines at the gas pumps regularly do not work. Please fix.

Whats happened? This place used to be top notch. Pumps are very slow, 20 mins to fill 20 gal. Pump handle didnt stop when tank was filled and covered my shoes in fuel. Went to clean up only to find the restroom out of order.

Staff here are cool, very helpful. Has lots of great deals on food, drinks, etc.

The staff here are usually friendly and great, the store is always clean even when the weather is bad, and the wait is never too long. The gas station has one of the best prices in the area.I had a problem one time when I paid for gas in cash and they charged me the wrong amount somehow (mix up with my card).Also, I know this is just a feature of the area since Ive lived and worked around here for years, but it would be nice if I could pump gas without someone asking for money, my number, or just cussing at me.

Their chip readers were declining everyones cards. There was a long wait at the register to fix the problem so I gave up and went somewhere else to get gas.

Good station, friendly people, good gas prices. It does what it needs to do.Im not sure why another reviewer said its more expensive, perhaps the merchandise? Anyway, cheapest gas prices around except for the udf on Indianola and Hudson.

This location rarely has anything to use to clean your windshields. They have the squeegees, but no water. I checked all 4 buckets and NONE of them had any water making all of the squeegees bone dry and useless. Dont expect anything other than putting gas in your car at this location.

Beer prices listed and what you are charged at the register are seemingly unrelated. Both bud light and yeungling light were listed on sale for cheaper than what I was charged at the register. Clerk said if it wasnt showing up on the register, then it wasnt on sale.

I stop here sometimes before school, everything is perfect, I like the seating area & that they have free WiFi. Btw I am not the person this is assigned to.

The manager at the high st location will always come out of her office if she notices a customer waiting I am always In a hurry after work and being a professional I notice things, I ..especially customer service, I think her name is Renee and she always assists her employees to set the example, I expect acknowledgements and she always steps up to deliver professional customer service, A raise would be ideal or a kudos and an opportunity for advancement,

If you have a diesel dont bother stopping - pumps never work and employees are not trained to deal with the situation
