Today I asked for change. The woman behind the register refused to give it to me. She said in order for her to give me change her register had to be open. She also said I would have to buy something in order for her to give me change. So the cashier that was next to her had his cash register open. So when I asked him for change he closed it but he was going to open it to give me change and the woman that originally waited on me told him no she would have to buy something. I am at that store all the time getting gas, food and drinks. I come in this one time just for change and get refused. I did not notice any signs around the store that says you have to purchase something in order to get change nor did the clerk point that sign out to me. After informing her that I will wait until someone buys something for her to open her register. She at that time opened her cash register to give me change. She gave me practically all ones for a $20. Very bad customer service!! I am so glad that Circle K on Petzinger Rd. is not the only store in the neighborhood. I never had that experience with Turkey hill up the street. I guess I will be shopping Turkey Hill from now on.

Love coming to this store. Darrell helped me last time and has been nothing but nice everytime.

Looking for a 15 pack Sprite. It was hidden under 7 packs of various sodas. The cashier unhesitatingly moved the 7 packs so I could purchase what i wanted. Excellent customer service!!!

Just stopped by on my ride home and got 2 twelve packs (advertised for $7 for 2 packs) and a $1.09 cookie. I was charged $13.54, when I do the math he had to of charged me 4.99 for each individual pack and charged me for 2 cookies. I tried to call multiple times and it has yet to be answered. very upset, that could be gas money for me. Would love to talk to someone, I wasnt given a receipt because I figured it was right until I realized I was charged way too much, i didnt know the price of the cookie until afterwards so I guessed it was a pricey snack. Very unhappy!

No greeting, person didnt smile or anything . Like it was an inconvenience for her to wait on anyone..Only words spoken was my total and eye roll when opened my purse to retrieve money to pay.... No thank you. No have a nice day Nothing

It only took a few months for the store to go from new to ghetto. Most of the employees dont care or are not trained properly. Most of the time the card swipes at the pump or at the inside register dont work properly. Circle K co. has been repeatedly told about card swipe problems and wont fix them. Terrible company and its a shame a new store became so ran down so quickly.

Restroom is filthy and disgusting! Diet Dew from the fountain was NOT even Dew. The cashier was very nice and thats the only reason that Im even giving it one star.

Went in for an ice coffee & a chili dog. No carmel latta, no hot dogs, no chili and no nacho cheese. This place has really gone down hill since Jackie left.

The workers there Friday morning (7/8) around six thirty yell at an correction officer that was in there as he was leaving an said f@#$ cops we are hunting you. That place needs shut down. Why would you have people like that working there. Who they going to call when one of those neighborhood thugs comes in with a gun. I will NEVER stop there again . What an awful place.

Sent 22dollers and some change on gas and 2 packs of smokes they charged me 77.dollers one charge for the 22 then later checked my account they charged me another 55 dollars called still have not been reimbursed the 55 that was taking on .

Cheap gas, relatively clean. Always busy

They advertise ANY SIZE POLAR POP $.79 But when I bought the plastic cup because they keep shrinking the large cup, they charged me $1.29. No-where did they say excluding the plastic polar pop.

Restroom is nasty.. they only have 1. Men n women share..

I stopped in at 405 am and the doors were locked. A man knocked on the ten minutes and no one came to the doors. All the lights were on.
