I am revising my review. I had previously given this company a 1 star, and have bumped it up to 4 stars. It took some work, and after I got through to customer service, changes were quickly made. The tech servicing my apartment complex was fired and a new tech was on site the next day. This was a few months ago, and I waited to see if things would stay in good repair, of if they would once again fall into ruin. I am pleased to say that things are still functioning fine. If this continues for a few more months, I will consider bumping it up to a 5 star.If you have issues with this company, document when and what your service requests are. Call the number and wait on hold, be patient. Once you get a hold of someone, politely state your concerns and things should be sorted relatively quickly.

Washing machines, dryers, and mobile apps are garbage

Absolutely awful company. They said they would come collect our quarters because our machines weren’t working but never showed. This went on for months and months. We still don’t have washing machines. Supposedly they hold a monopoly on the industry in Columbus which is why the service is so bad. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. Do not use this company if you can avoid it, I promise they will let you down repeatedly.
