This is the best Walmart in Columbus. Short lines. People actually helped me find things. Very pleasant visit.

Bob tailing(truck no trailer).Store clean, well organized. Each isle had signs easily visable.Well stocked.

TOTAL MESS!! I understand that stores get busy and they get messy but this one is just out of control. I ALWAYS feel uneasy going to this one so i try to avoid it like covid-19 😵‍💫🥴 Employees are rude minus a select few that are actually nice and helpful when needed!! they’re ALWAYS out of stock on A LOT of things. #1 most ran down walmart i’ve been to EVER!!

Let me first say that the employee that worked at the Money Center and the self checkout were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. However the store itself had VERY LITTLE product or inventory. Went with a list of 16 items I needed. When I checked out I was only able to get3 out of the 16 and 5 things I hadnt planned on buying! Not Happy! First item was a belt and they didnt have a single belt from any manufacturer even close to my size!🧐😒🤨😩 the closest it came to my size was, five sizes too small! or eight sizes too big! and thats from any manufacturer not a single one in the intire store! and Im not like some crazy size I wear a size 36 pants so this customer is going to do some more homework and try to find a better stocked Walmart ,or other retailer for real more likely closer to my location. SO... if you are looking for a certain specific item and you are considering going to this Walmart location I would call ahead to make sure that they have that item first !!! Very few workers to be seen in the store check out the bike racks and shoes incredible sporting section worse Walmart says its a place to my shop you be the judge

For the most part this store is pretty good. But all the mens clothing such as socks, underwear and belts are ALWAYS out... other than that the store has a pretty good selection.

It was ok, I always shop at the one in Great Southern shopping center, the one on Morse Road , the lines be too long and the cashiers move too slow, might need more training.

Didnt find a 5 qt pot to make chili. No open stock or singles, only had 8, 10, 12 piece sets. Went to Macys, found one on clearance salefor $10!😆

Trashy store needs more employees long lines think Im walking in gang land needing to be on my guard at the store. Employees that I encountered were very kind, helpful, overworked and exploited.

Aug. 2020: This is the first Walmart in Ohio that I’ve seen make efforts to create space for social “social distancing” in this COVID era.I came in for electronics and the staff in that section were friendly and helpful. Otherwise, it’s a pretty typical Walmart, with the same stuff on sale as every other Walmart.

They had great wigs when I went they were a little thin but I they still work.

Loved it. Its clean. And wasnt overly crowded . There is a young white cashier girl with glasses. Who was just fabulous. I was having trouble. And she was very patient and friendly. I cant remember her name. But I was there. July 18th around 5:30pm .Terminal SC010230. I only remember that her name had 2 Es in the middle of her name. I also like to mention. I will shop for anything in Walmart. Except their meat. They get it from factory farms. That abuses their animals. While we sleep there are hundreds of animals crying out in the night.

Great service just no fresh foods served here, like many other stores.

Got my contacts and glasses here. The vision center here was fantastic! They helped me a lot and I an so happy with my vision now. They accepted my caresource insurance so it made everything much cheaper. I paid $60 for my contact examination and got a trial pair. They didnt charge me for my glasses prescription since I got contacts.

People who work there.. need to realize customers pay their bills and if it wasnt for the people coming in their store. The store would not be open They need to treat the people right and put the people 1st and stop being so rude.. Therefore the other employees their work there that do put The employs 1st good job thats You just may 3 stores for the sore Walmart

I go to this WalMart all the time today just living I was ask to show a receipt for diapers. Wow!! If you had bags that fit for the big things maybe there would be no problems. Spent a nice amount today and she was going to say that she didnt see the price until I told her how much they were.

Not only is this store empty, unorganized, and dirty, I had a terrible experience with our cashier AUDREY. It was very obvious I was buying baby shower gifts & I asked for a gift receipt. She very rudely told me I had to tell her before she scanned anything & acted extremely annoyed I even asked. She did absolutely nothing to offer any solutions and didn’t even apologize for the misunderstanding. I ended up just paying and leaving because it was incredibly infuriating. Do yourself a favor and go literally ANYWHERE else for your shopping needs, this location and its employees are trash.

I wasnt greeted by the employee whos job it is to greet everyone. I was actually asked with attitude, What was that? When I asked the greeter,How are you today?. The store was dirty from the floor to the top shelves. I never was able to find an employee to help me with my questions. I was professionally pawned off the anyone else when I asked every employee that I managed to locate. When I finally found the items I came to purchase, two out of the three boxes were smashed and taped in a careless manner. I mentioned the condition of the products I was purchasing and was promptly told, If you dont like the packages, you can buy everything online.

Customer service has a blonde haired lady there she is really awesome she deserves a 10 star for her service they need more workers, other than that I love you the place and really good service

No matter what time of day you go there is always a long wait time to check out. I have started going other places to shop for groceries. I mean do they just do not have cashiers or dont care

Strongly disagree with the rating i give them a half a star i just walked out with 390$ worth of merchandise i didnt pay for and I was rude with every customer and employee I seen . That being said I derw alot of attention to myself during the theft. They dont pay attention to their company that pays their bills or the customers that pay their salary. Never been to a larger & busier WalMart till I visited this location. Check-out lines seem to be moving pretty quick between the regular & self-serve. Conveniently location next to I-5.

Yeah Walmart okay but really they got all them Lanes and only two will be open really and the store is busy busy busy in your standing in a line 4 hours and all these other workers infant sitting on Fair A$$ but overall love Walmart

Older associates knows and works hard then the younger associates whom is constantly on their phone or just walking around killing time,the older associates are always happy to help you and more respectful then the younger associates!

This is a very dirty place. It has absolutely terrible customer service! And not only is their service bad they are rude and holier than thou! That us the customer service desk. Good luck even finding help in the store plus half of the shelves are empty! A lot of the food is expired. Worth going next door to Kroger

Found 2 amazing bikes that my boys love and a older gentleman was nice enough to help me with them and helped me get them in my car he was super helpful!

A well stocked store, but finding someone to help you in the store is usually a challenge. They could improve on this by putting call stations in each isle to summon an employee for help, or an intercom to ask customer service for help.

They were out of almost all Gatorade. But with kids going back to school that is to be expected sometime. Great prices.

Other than the fact that they were out of my medication at the pharmacy I had a good experience.They ended up giving me a partial fill and sent the rest of my prescription to the Great Southern mall Walmart.I also did some grocery shopping and found 2 more cool knives for my collection.

Same Ole S.High Walmart. Outta everything and no carts inside wile Employes stand out front smoke and on cellphones. Not to mention being stopped by security falsely stopping us on the way out asking if we paid for the hat on my head I clearly wore in. It wasnt even new its was a four year old hat.

Tried to return online purchase. The clerk got me very flustered and seemed like she did not want to help? All she had to do was ask for order number like the Wal-Mart in Whitehall did. Thats where I ended up returning the item!New review as of March 6th, 2020! Improvement on customer and employee interaction! Love using the scan and go! No long lines! Devon was especially nice and helpful! My roomie scanned an item twice by mistake and she was very helpful! She is easy on the 👀 too! Perfect fit for the scan and go section! Shout out to Alan at the front entrance! He was doing his thing! Even gave him our blue item basket which he was happy to put away for us! Not being a sandwich artist) plus did not immediately recognize the logo on her shirt.. Or her head scarf for that matter.. But she was representing.. Then there was Barbara Inman (customer) who was shopping for a food pantry and clothes distribution ⛪ she attends.. Met a Korean War Vet in passing.. Warned to not get too close.. Met a young lady in some sort of distress.. Recommended an alternative genre of music.. Met store associate.. Assistant Manager in charge of loss prevention.. No it was not a bust.. LOL.. If that is what you are thinking.. She was out and about.. Doing her thing.. If recall her name was Melissa? Meet store associate Savannah.. Sweet young lady.. She tried to help.. Guided me to where was looking before for stationery to do some what seems to be a lost art.. 🐌 mail letters. Her name means treeless plain or salt of the earth.. Asked if she had 45 seconds to look on Google.. See.. Thats whats its about people.. People that want to listen.. Thank you sweet Savannah..On a comment side.. Could not find either on the application.. (Which was using with Wi-Fi) or cursory search anything as far as decorative stationery.. Had to settle for yellow legal pads.. How unoriginal.. Their selection of greeting cards was on point though.. Oh there was a lady buying a lot of flowers.. The check out clerk was cool too.. Did mistakenly put my bottled water purchase on my roommates bill, but its all good.. We like that my comrade and fellow Devil Dog Marine Brother in the LORD.. Consistently my go-to Walmart, mostly out of location, not choice. If it were a Super Walmart it would be perfect. Id rank ot slightly above average. Stocking occasionally suffers but I blame that on COVID-19 and stimulus checks etc. It normally has what we look for, and only noticed shortages starting Feb/Mar of 2020. In two years of patronage Ive had no complaints with the staff either, and have found some to be very helpful.

Always on high alert at this particular Walmart as random ppl jus sit,lay,an loiter about the inside and out of the store. I ask my wife to avoid this place without me. Jus never a real your safe feeling. Not to mention 3 yrs ago I was almost hit my a car in the parking lot. ( and yes I was paying attention, only thing that saved my life or at least limb). Nota wide selection of stuff either. Last but not least, their security = less than laughable joke. Enter this place at your own risk, Id say. Goodluck. Parking lot no safer than inside this mess.

I went at 10:40 they closed at 11. The security lady is always very nice but whatever employee gets on the loudspeaker and screams you have 10 minutes to shop and then we closed please stop yelling.

Its okay Walmart if youre not looking for much they dont have a good selection but customer service is great. They are all pretty much all polite to you but sometimes it is hard to find a worker to help you find something. Other than that pretty good Walmart they keep it clean sanitized theyre always cleaning the cards.. but if you have to go see customer service to return an item youre better off going to a different Walmart cuz theyre always busy

I like the Walmart except they dont have enough handicap scooters, but the Vision Center is very put together, extremely updated and the employees make the visits pleasurable.

Somethings are low stock like soft drinks and freezer foods and certain sizes of cloths more xs than any.

This is a hit or miss on whether or not you will find what you are looking for. Convenient for me location wise, but if it doesnt have items needed, then location does not matter. Friendly people usually.

Had what I wanted but two cashiers open and self scan was closed.

First first Walmart location I have ever been to that had such a sweet rollback deal I got a brand new travel system car seat and stroller for $35 brand new still in the box when it was originally $192.35 and I wasnt even look to buy it at that time but I did need it being as tho I have 3 lil girl ages 3y.o , 2y.o and 1 y.o but I finally got a boy so now we have to buy everything again but for a boy lol

Went in to make an exchange the other day around 3:30 was told customer service will not open till 5:00. Just called to attempt to make my exchange today. I asked were they currently open? She said yes ask what time they close the lady said she was unsure the time varies🤬

Dont waste your time ordering grocery delivery from this location. after multiple orders of only getting around half of my items, i took a drive out there to see that the majority of what they claimed out of stock for my order was fully in stock on the shelves and still showed in stock online.the claimed both coke and sprite was out of stock on a wed afternoon, 🤨was plenty in the store when i got there, guessing a lazy d-bag just didnt want to lift them
