Not sure if I was missing something or they arent open but me and my dad booked an appointment two days in advance and showed up for the appointment no one was there so the sign said to call or text so we did both got no response or anything we waited there up to almost an hour after the appointment time and no one showed or responded to the texts or calls?

David was great! He answered my call promptly as well as gave me the information I needed to know. He was able to fix my phone within an hour. My phone had other problems other than the screen was able fix it. Great service!!!!

I cracked my phone pretty bad and went to iFixx. I heard from a friend that this place was pretty good, so I gave it a try. My phone was done in 10-15 minutes and the price was pretty good too. Other places I went to overcharged me and took around an hour. This place is phenomenal and has such fast and quality service. I would definitely recommend this place!

Awesome and the customer service is great . I found him online and called the number for a screen repair for my iPhone 6s . I had dropped the phone and all the functions at the bottom of my screen wouldn’t work . I had to turn the screen to send a message. He fixed it and it took like 15 minutes. His office had comfy couches to sit on snd he put on a movie for us while we waited and he has this nice peppermint aroma therapy in there too. I thought that was very thoughtful. When I gave him my phone it was on low battery after he fixed it I didn’t even wait to charge it to turn it on and look at whether it was good cus I’d seen so many good reviews written by other students on his wall I wasn’t worried and it did come out perfectly. My screen is good as new. Also finally my screen protector was cracked so bad before I brought it in though my phone screen itself didn’t visibly look cracked I had dropped it before and I think that protected my phone from a lot of damage it could have potentially had without it cus I’m clumsy at times. I asked him for it to put it back on just in case for the mean time so I’d order one later but he said a cracked protector wouldn’t work. So I went home with it and thanked him and was playing my music in my car connecting my phone to the radio before I realized he had put a brand new protector on my phone already for free. 5 stars hands down . Highly recommend

Spoke with the guy on Thursday and got a quote to fix my phone. Called in the following Monday and set up a time to bring it in. When I got there to drop off my phone, he told me it was 50% more than what he quoted me. This is after I had went over absolutely everything that needed to be done with him on the phone. Seriously. Do not go here. Heed the words of the other negative reviewers.I took my iPhone 5s there to have a cracked screen replaced. I live in Westerville but chose to drive down to campus for the repair based on a Groupon. The phone was fixed (so I thought) quickly and the gentlemen working there at the time was very friendly.A couple of days later I VERY GENTLY dropped my phone, on carpet with a quality case on it from a distance of maybe 18”. The screen cracked and scrambled completely. I have had this phone for well over a year and have dropped it hundreds of times, and only once did the screen crack and that was when I basically threw it face down onto ceramic tile. This leads me to believe that I was sold a faulty screen, or at least given a shoddy repair. I called them up and inquired about a warranty. I was given a flat “NO”. But they did offer to do the repair again for $69, which was $10 less than I had paid originally.I should have just taken the phone somewhere else. But, having neglected to ask about a warranty the first time, and not having a lot of other option, I just figured I’d bite the bullet on this one.At 2pm I drove to campus yet again, paid to park, and when I took my phone in, the gentlemen told me that it would be 2 hours for the repair. I had to work at 5 and didn’t want to risk being late, so I left them a contact number and said that I may be back at 4, otherwise I would pick it up the following morning.The next day I drive to campus again, pay to park, and as soon as I enter the store, the guy behind the counter tells me, “Uh, we’re still waiting for a part, we didn’t have the right one, so it may be a couple more hours.” I gave them an addition 22 hours to the time they quoted me to have the phone fixed and they still didn’t have it done. On top of that they neglected to call me and make me aware of the delay!I had a conference call at 2:30 that I had to participate in, so I drive back to Westerville so that I can use my boyfriend’s phone. The whole time I’m flabbergasted that a business who specializes in fixing broken iPhone screens, could possibly allow that part to run out of stock. BUT I am an understanding person, and I know that things happen. What I don’t understand is why on Earth they did not contact me at the number I gave them.So, I politely express my concerns about this to the man working there. His reply to me was, “What? You want it for free? That’s not going to happen.” I explained to him that I was not looking for a free repair, but some sort of compensation, forA) Having to pay for a repair which I think was not done correctly or with a quality product in the first place.B) Having to drive down to campus multiple unnecessary times due to their lack of communication.The guy said he’d give me $5 off. Which I though was kind of insulting. I work in a customer service industry and while I don’t believe in just handing out your product any time someone complains, I do believe that if you’ve somehow misstepped in your practice and failed to provide quality service or a quality product it is imperative to address the issue.So I emailed the owner last week, with a detailed explanation of my concerns. I have yet to receive a reply. I essentially paid twice for a repair that I shouldn’t have and drove back and forth from Westerville to campus four times. Bottom line is that this place is bad news. David Johnson and his unorganized and unprofessional staff would be best avoided altogether.
