I was having trouble cranking my truck. I stopped by EBCO Battery to have my battery tested, they told me my battery was fine. I cleaned the terminals, replaced cables, still had trouble. I went to Battery Source on Fortson Rd., they tested the alternator and battery. The battery was bad. They replaced the battery quickly at a reasonable price. I’ll be taking my business to Battery Source from now on.

Needed a battery for my remote control for our Christmas tree so stopped by to see if they could help me. I was immediately greeted by one of the friendly staff members. Best Buy refused to be accomodating to our needs concerning a Lenovo Laptop purchased from them for +- $500 in March... The very tip of the charger had broken off within the charging port and the CSR kept on trying to say that it was due to Owner misuse??? Anyhow, they werent able to accommodate our need for a replacement charger cord... But we were able to locate a universal charger cord with several different tips for several other types of chargers!!!

I have purchased from here twice a battery for my key fob , batteries only last a week, and no longer work. Better off going to Wal-Mart to purchase a battery that last for months. Associates dont greet or speak when being serviced.

Bought a battery for motorcycle and it leaked causing about 3 or 400 in damage. I knew dude didnt put acid in correctly so we will see what kind of customer service I get when I ask them to file and insurance claim to correct damage. For sure probably not getting another battery there.

I called at 5 minutes before closing to say that I needed two 12V batteries and that I was literally 3 blocks away. The service person related that the register had to close at 6. I tried to explain that I understood and did not expect him to keep the store open for me but asked if he could have the batteries ready.Besides, raising his voice at me, he intentionally locked the door so I could not get in and the entire staff left exactly at 6 pm, smirking as they left. Needless to say I will not be back

This place is AWESOME! They have batteries of all kinds and types. They have from small hearing aid batteries to huge batteries for TANKS? I dont know, but a man met me near the door and I showed him a pic on my phone of the rechargeable battery I took out of my ConAir beard/hair trimmer (they were not made to come apart and be changed but hey... it wasnt working good like it was so...) he took me right over and handed me the replacement battery. It was like $2.50. It was a perfect replacement and my trimmers are running great and recharging normally again. Thank you sir.

Wifes car battery (from Hyundai dealershit) died after 31 months. Called them got a bunch of double talk. Car battery is xx...we will probably prorate..$150 for batter. My TOTAL is $150? Plus shop charges. How much are shop charges? Like $45...plus tax. So after playing 20 questions, it was going to be about $200 at Hyundai dealership plus take forever. And the $150 battery was for only a THREE year battery.Called Battery Source which is maybe 1/4 mile from Hyundai and got a price of $99 for a FIVE YEAR batter with FREE install. Wife was in and out in 15 minutes. BAM! Half price - and QUICK service.GREAT SERVICE. GREAT PRICE.

They had the battery I needed and the time in and out was quick, however, the gentleman who waited on me was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in Customer Service. So rude in fact, I have reached out to their corporate office and will most likely not return to this store, instead looking for one in Warner Robins or Macon.

I drove in with my wifes F250 friday at 11 am , the starter ( battery ) was dragging , according to my receipt BOBBYJ ( brown dude ) was my helper , I walked in and asked him to check the battery , he confirmed battery had a dead cell , while doing that , he answered 2 phone calls , helped them , helped 2 people in store , and installed my battery , I was at out by 11:20 am . $ 129.00 out the door . This place dont play , 5 Stars for BOBBYJ . Great Customer Service .

I bought a battery for my van from them it was around $20 cheaper than Auto Zone so I went with them. BIG MISTAKE! A week later my car wont start. It takes about 6 tries and finally cranks. I take my van to autozone to test the alternator and battery. They say that the battery is no good and has a dead cell in it. My husband took the battery back to Battery Source explaining what Auto Zone said. We figured it might have been a dud but we had a 5 year warranty on the battery so we werent concerned. The employee pulls out an old multimeter and says nope they are wrong it is fine. So my husband left and went to Advance Auto and OReilly auto parts. Both places read that the battery was bad! OReilly estimated that the battery was at the end of its life. By this time my husband is getting pretty pissed because he had to ride to all of these places for proof that the battery was no good. He goes back into Battery Source hands them the read out and the guy says they cant go by another companys read out. My husband said well maybe the BBB will and they finally offered him a refund. I would discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle battery from here.
