I love your product but can no longer afford it! I wonder how much higher your going to price your products! It seems every year you raise prices knowing the struggle of making a living is so hard especially now!

Fedex delivered my package today. Contents covered with one of the products. Bath & Body Works is sending me a $3.50 refund because they are out of the product that was splattered all over everything else. Will not be shopping with them again.

Only thing is website and store sales are really quite different but other than that they had my beautiful day for only 3 dollars and its my signature smell for years and the wallflowers and refills are on sell but some u have to get online

I called to see if they had a fragrance I was looking for. The lady who answered was Tara , she was extremely rude.She told me she was with a customer and I could just come there to see if they had it. I am completely shocked by this service because its usually not bad.I asked her if I could hold while she finished with the customer and her go and check.She didnt say a word, put me on hold and never came back.

Computer was so slow I was unable to make a purchase. Stood at the register for a long time but couldnt get to make a purchase. ☹☹
