We were able to pick up the pieces only a few days later with the exception of one tiered drawer that we are still waiting on. My husband did the install and it was easyThey give detailed instructions on installation. The quality is unmatched and I feel sure we will have this unit for the rest of our lives. We LOVE our custom closet from The Container Store. It’s perfect for our needs and we get all space we need, while it was also more affordable than other options. We could not be happier. It’s also easy to change if you want to. We decided a rack needed to be slightly higher and we were able to move within minutes. I would absolutely recommend using The Container Store.

A lot of containers, shelves, etc. But a high price, at least to me. Im from the country so prices in Columbus just seem high to me.
