Stay away from this place been here since yesterday and they keep changing when they will unload me. The guys in the warehouse just set around smoking cigarettes instead of doing what they’re supposed to be doing. Bedrock was the broker that booked this load and they are about the same as far as getting anything done to help get me unloaded.

We were able to pick out the most beautiful pieces of granite. Everyone was wonderful to work with including the gentleman who came out to measure and the installers. They made the process very easy. We love our kitchen again thanks to Sims Lohman!

We had our kitchen remodeled with a new countertop installed. Kristen was pleasant to work with and managed the process from start to finish and answered all of our questions. The installers showed up on time and were in and out in under an hour! They put the granite countertop and it has held up well and is easy to clean after 1 year of being installed... Overall, was a great experience!

Had a 5 star experience with Sims-Lohman start to finish. Communication was great the entire time. Visited to warehouse in West Chester to choose our granite slab and they were all very professional and friendly. The scheduler was very prompt and easy to reach. The team that came and installed the counter were awesome. We had a slight problem with our original sink and it was promptly replaced without question by Chad and Cody. I did not get the names of the original granite installers but they did an excellent, professional job and we could not be more pleased.

My biggest issue with sims was lack of communication. They came out and measured and had no contact for 16 days. 2 days later they installed. The installers argued with me about hanging a bracket for a dishwasher. I was the contractor and wasnt on sight but they was giving the homeowner a long way to go about it. The client which was the one who ordered them had to call me 3x and i had to tell them 3x before they would due it. I felt that they was trying to manipulate the client into not doing it.Overall the product came out very nice. I cant the seam work bc there wasnt any due to it being a small kitchen. I specialize in kitchens and bathrooms but wont be using them again as the normal timeframe from measure to install that i am used to is 7 days and the installers i am used to are much more polite.Your correct things do happen. Communication could have solved the issue. Professional installers would have helped as well. It was obvious that customer support is not is not your strong suit.Its done and over with at this point. Just a warning to future customers.

To: sims-lohman, your comments did not help and you should have said you were sorry. I had already paid for 68 sqft and it was only 63, so lowes owes me and Kristen said I owed lowes. I want you to realize that Kristen did not check this before sending me the rude email. Get your facts straight and stop defending your employees when they are wrongKristen Downing, left me disrespectful emails saying I owed more money, and tried changing several of the dates I had scheduled to either come in or my final install. I had to speak up for myself or I would have been screwed over out of money. Not just getting played, getting screwed out of money...

Have always had a great experience with sims, I have used them as a contractor and for my own kitchen. John has givin me great design help on any project I have done would not use or recommend anyone else for cabinets and countertops.

Went to look at showroom and was met by a gentleman that asked what I needed I told him I just wanted to look around, he said no problem and the. Mentioned he would get someone to assist. A few minutes later another gentleman approached and asked if I had an appointment I told him I was just looking around and he responded with “oh well we’re closed, it’s appointments only”. I apologized and said I saw that their door says showroom open to public he said “well there’s another sign that says we’re closed because of COVID” feeling embarrassed I apologized, said I didn’t see the sign, and left. Upon leaving I looked at the doors, and while yes there is a sign, it is taped on the inside of a door with an very dark tint and can’t easily be seen from the outside (especially when wearing sunglasses)Additionally the google business page does not state this information. And I was only able to find a “customer disclaimer” about this on the website at the very bottom. Please make this information more accessible to your potential customers.

After multiple communication issues we finally got our granite installed. Unfortunately, I just found a second place where the granite had been broken and glued back together! Nobody even said anything!!! You can trace the crack on the top, side, and bottom of the slab. Ridiculous. I’m really hoping this doesn’t present a problem in the future! I would be really upset if a corner fell off my island!!!Update 6/26/18: I was asked for photos which I sent as well as video on 5/18. I followed up on 5/23 to make sure they were received because I hadnt gotten a response and on 5/24 I get a yes. That same day I respond you said someone would be contacting me? on 5/25 I get a message our operations manager will contact you. And that is the last I have heard from them. Do yourself a favor and find someone else they clearly dont care about the work they do or customer satisfaction.

The WORST company on the planet .Shame on Lowes for partering with Sims-Lohman .What should have been a great experience has been a nightmare.And it still isnt over (approximately 4 months later). They did not properly install my countertops, theyre about to be on their 6th trip to my home, I cant use my kitchen in my new home.You will be in for a rude awakening if you make this company a choice . Lowes gave us no choice .How do you stay in business Sims-Lohman? How do you sleep nights stealing homeowners joy and money ?You are not experts at all - you are criminals .

I had FABULOUS service from Sims-Lohman, from the start of choosing my new countertops to the completion of the installation. Lori, an account manager, worked with me from start to finish to be sure that I received the exact look I was hoping for. Sims-Lohman did an excellent job updating me on the details of my project. Thank you, Lori, for working so diligently to make the patterns in my granite flow so nicely. I would HIGHLY recommend Sims- Lohman to anyone!

They did a granite installation for us. It was a terrible fiasco. Seams everywhere and in various sizes. They damaged our newly finished cabinets installing the under mount sink. The whole experience brought my wife to tears.

Dear President/CEO:We wanted to send along our thank you, and let you know how much we appreciate the professionalism, dedication, and ability of your employees to do the right thing. They were outstanding when Lowes dropped the ball on who was going to do the tear out of our old counters.Apparently, Lowes had not scheduled the tear out, like they had promised us, when we placed the order and paid for our granite counter tops. We were quite disappointed, and frustrated, so we called Brandi Croak in the afternoon on Friday (our work was supposed to start on Monday morning).Brandi was so kind, and she made some phone calls to secure the field force at Sims Lohman would do both the tear out and the installation of the granite counters in one day. In fact, we remember Brandi being very calm, and said that shed make sure it was all done as originally scheduled.We are very, very, please with Sims Lohman, and just wanted you to know how much we appreciate Brandi, and the field force of John & Shawn, who did outstanding work. Sims-Lohman is the supplier/installer that Home Depot uses to complete granite countertops. After 40 years, I was so excited to finally plan and select the granite for our new countertops. The installers were fast and completed the job to our satisfaction, with exception to the non-disclosure about a chipped and glued piece on the inside of the sink cutout. I was so disappointed when I ran my hand along the inside of the sink, where my wrist brushed across a 1 by 3 inch jagged piece that was chipped out and haphazardly reglued back into place. Although the workers attempted to smooth out the chipped piece on their return visit, I feel cheated that my brand new $3600 countertop was now factory seconds at best with its keyloid-like fix. Sims-Lohman refused to compensate for the chipped counter. As far as I am concerned, there is no excuse for poor cutter workmanship in this business, especially at the prices charged. I am truly shocked and disheartened by the fact that Sims-Lohman did not voluntarily disclose the mishap and offer an apology, but was totally silent. For this reason, I would never recommend Sims-Lohman to anyone! Their actions, silence and refusal to issue any type of compensation made it clear that they do not stand behind their workmanship. Therefore, I say buyers beware of Sims-Lohman! They do not care about customer satisfaction!

I am building an office and looking for counter tops and the service at this business was terrible. I walked in and the front desk receptionist was on the phone and I saw 5 other people working who either had headphones in or were carrying on conversations. Not one single person offered to help me. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
