I would give negative stars if possible. We had the worst experience trying to buy a couple of cosmetics. The associate helping my wife with color match was extremely rude! My wife wanted to use her hand to color match (they do this for COVID safety, in other Sephora locations) but the associate would not let her! She kept shouting “I have to do on the face” over and over again. She then tried to put it on her face without asking my wife’s permission. She then broke into a fit and said “Do you want to match or not? I won’t do it if I can’t do it on the face”. At that point we should have asked for another associate but we were in a hurry and decided to continue. My wife wanted a slightly lighter shade but the associate then started shouting “I won’t let her take a lighter shade.” She then started lecturing us why she won’t allow (!) us to a take lighter shade! At that point we had enough and told her we don’t need her help (?) anymore. I have never seen this kind of attitude in a sales person before and I will never go back to this location in future.

I always have good experience at this store . But today i was looking for bobbi brown foundation match. I know that Sephora doesn’t have that in store anymore . But i was just enquiring with the staff if they had any samples with them . So that i can get a shade match and i can order it online . Since they have the foundation available online . The employee name is Mary she could have been soft when talking to me . and not cut me off when i’m trying to explain what i’m looking for . Straight out talking to me in a high pitch voice saying “go to Nordstrom” . Lol sure !!!! Happy to give my business there .

Good enough selection of perfume. They were out of the size of perfume that was wanted, but no biggie. With COVID and a it being a few days before Christmas they were shorthanded with sales people assisting with perfume testers. Still I give them an A for effort 😊

Ill just say this, when I go to this Sephora with my white friends, I never feel uncomfortable or like Im being profiled, came in today with my biracial daughter and was followed and watched the entire time. You should be 100% ashamed of yourselves. It was so bad my daughter even noticed it and asked why we were being racially profiled. You literally make me sick. I wish I would have put the makeup back and went to Macys and bought what I needed. Disgusting. Bet I dont come back and I spend A LOT of money on makeup.

I’m always surprised how helpful and kind all the employees are here. If I walk into Ulta with sweats on I am treated like poop but Sephora doesn’t care if I don’t want to get dressed up to go shopping. Warning: can be addictive lol

Not a bad store but I hate the location. With how big Sephora is I would think they would have at least one stand alone store where its not in a huge mall maze.However employees where nice and I like that they have everyone use hand sanitizer before going in :)

I loved going there and bought a lot of stuff. It took me a while and asking different associates to finally have someone actually helping me out. I just want to point out the fact that they allocated someone to watch my husband while I shopped (lol). As soon as we checked out, the gentleman watching us returned to his position. Feels great to not be profiled!

They are always profiling customers!! Especially a tall lady with short hair (some purple in it). Can you at least try not to make it seem obvious? As soon as you walk in, she gives you these looks and says something in her mic.Not the first them this had happens! I know a lot of people who says this as well!

My wife had a terrible experience at this Sephora. One RACIST employee followed my Hispanic wife and my mother-in-law around the store. I guess to make sure they werent going to steal something? I wonder if she follows every customer around? It made a big enough impact that my wife told me about it after she got home 4 hours later. Despite this she still made a purchase... Shame, she really liked their products.

Sephora hosts a variety of free classes to teach makeup techniques to their customers. My first time at a Sephora was a lesson for chemo patients with the focus on skin care, and eyebrows. The staff were well educated and friendly. They cared to spend time with each of us to ensure we felt confidence in ourselves to be able to apply our new makeup once we were home. They even provided a gift bag for everyone. They earned a new customer in me that day. I am very grateful to have attended the class and received such a boost in confidence during a difficult time in my life. Thank you Zangmeister Cancer Center and the staff at Sephora at Easton Town Center.

In the past 90 days, Ive been to the Sephora at Easton Town Center more than Ive ever been to Sephora in my whole life. Its all because of Taylor. She has vast product knowledge and was able to help me learn about makeup and my skin. Ive never been into makeup and she was very patient and super helpful. Taylor is an amazing asset to the team and I hope she is being adequately compensated for the superior customer service she provides. While I was there, there were customers (other than myself) that were clearly waiting for her to become available. I buy products from Sephora because of Taylor and the relationship/rapport weve built.

This review is based solely on the lady that assisted me today. I went in thinking that I was going to purchase the makeup forever full cover concealer; I swatched two shades on my cheek and browsed the perfume section while I let the concealer dry. She asked me if I needed help; normally, I say that I am fine, but I am glad that I talked with her. She was very knowledgeable about the concealer (MUFE) and recommended that I try a different concealer due to MUFE’s limited color selection and the fact that the shades I swatched weren’t a good fit for me. I ended up purchasing the smash box studio skin flawless 24 hr concealer. The shade match was great and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I appreciated this moment so much that I felt compelled to share.

This is my favorite team! I spend a thousand every few months on face creams, soaps, hair care, and perfume. Penny always remembers me and makes me samples of things she thinks Ill like. They always have plenty of people to help you even on busy weekends.

Seriously LOVED my experience here!! i came here on friday to get my prom makeup done. my makeup artist, taylor, did SUCH an amazing job and i was so incredibly pleased with the results. every product she used fit my skin type so well and she was so easy going about the type of look i was shooting for. i showed her a couple of pictures and she matched it perfectly. she was so friendly and made great conversation with my friends and i. she was super helpful and was also super quick which made it even better since we were on a tight schedule. hopefully, next time i get my makeup done here — i can request her! great job to taylor and the whole sephora staff for being apart of this special day for me!

I asked for a sample of the young blood foundation in order to compare it to my winter skin tone, the sales rep. Told me, skin tone doesnt change and refused to let me have a sample. I love Sephora and I was really disheartened by this experience!

They have 4 make up chairs near the entrance door that you can sit and wait while your girl is shopping for the next 3 hours. Sometime women working inside will give you bad look but dont mind them and enjoy the chairs and spin around.

Worst customer services ever! Staying there for 20 minutes but nobody noticed. The Beauty IQ test needs appointment, I didn’t know that. Instead of politely ask me to move, the staff were very rude and cocky. The worst Sephora experience ever!

This store is full of thieves. Never cared for this store as I felt they watch people of color! I tried to exchange product that was purchased a week prior. The manager lied by stating it was not on my profile. I simply purchased a new product. When I left, I decided to call headquarters to check my profile...they found the item on my profile. I headed back to the store and enroute, noticed the manager kept my original item of return. When I entered to correct their mistake, the new manager, ally, lied and stated she reviewed the cameras and noted it was returned to the bag and could not give me my original item back or refund my money. NEVER AGAIN! The thieves in this store that list themselves as managers. I filed a formal complaint with sephora...going through the proper channels before I reach out to my bank concerning this place and refund for items not received. If the managers will steal a customers return, imagine what else they are stealing!!!!! Dont you find it odd that they only have 4 months of reviews out here? They are paying ti remove reviews. Dont worry, Ill keep reviewing them where ever I can until the store is shut down!! Even if I have to post signs out front. I love going to Sephora in person rather than shopping online. Most of the people are busy so you should do a little research at home to figure out what you want before going in so youve got some direction. I originally went in to find a good eyeliner and moisturizer and the sales associate Maurice helped me find that and way more! He gave me super helpful advice and recommended a few solid products (mostly from tarte) that Ive been using at home ever since. I ended up spending upwards of $200 but everything i got is gonna last, and is really good quality, so im pretty pleased :)

I shop at Sephora all the because of convenience only. Sadly the store is almost always crowded, messy, and seemingly never enough staff. I get they want to make use of every square inch of their store, but it makes it very difficult to shop.

Went to buy an eyebrow brush, pencil, etc , the sales rep was nice, but she had to ask if I could sit down for her to help me with my brows. The manager told her no. WHAT? So she asked me to follow her in the middle of the store so she could help fill in my brows... now in 57 talk and shes about 54.... I asked to speak to the manager and he said they are short staffed and the sales rep has to be in the middle of the store in order to help customers. Hmmm am I not a CUSTOMER??? He said yes, but unfortunately we cannot allow you to sit down bc were short staffed. I told him thank you, Ill just go over to ULTA, NORDSTROM or MACYS because clearly you think this is the only beauty store at Easton and Ill take my business elsewhere. He simply said Im so sorry. I said yes you are for letting a buying customer walk out the door. Whatever happened to customer service! Geesh!!!!!

This is probably the worst sephora Ive ever been in honestly. It was messy and really looked like nobody cared. There were hardly any testers and the ones that they did care to put out were dried out and gross. They were out of a lot of products as well. I love sephora as a whole but this store was just flat out gross looking inside. They didnt have any end cap applicators or makeup removers so you werent able to swatch really anything. It just looked like nobody cared about the store at all. Definetely wont be making the hour trip here anymore.

Worst customer service experience. I have been to sephora all my life but never seen customer service like this. When i went in to help my friend to get foundation and many other things she needs for her wedding, the lady who came to help us to find perfect shade was so impatient. She said that she can try on only one product today so what were we intrested in. We said foundation. She got 2 shades which computer showed her and applied on. We did not like how product looked on her face. We asked fr less coverage. She said, i m only supposed to spend 15 min. I think there is no right shade fr u. Why do u take 60 min appoinment and come in? We took appoinment. We went after 2 days. Session was least helpful. We mentioned in the beginning that we dont want anything with spf. She tried on a foundation which made my friends skin ugly. I could see it from 1 step away. When i asked her to try something else. Makeup artist said, no one will look at her from that distance on her wedding day. She looks pretty. She kept on making us feel guilty for not liking what she tried on her face. We still had 30 min left, she started saying, i have next appointment so this is all i can do today. Finally she gave us powder foundation. We wanted cream also as my friends skin is dry. But We took whatever she showed. We asked for primer before session, she dint give or show any primer. And when we went to the counter, we checked the compact powder she choose for us has SPF. So even 60 min session was not enough to choose one right foundation????? We ended up buying 204$ stuff but we dont hAve foundation, primer, or compact. They know that this is for my friends big day.I faced similar experience when i went myself to get stuff for contouring. I ended up returing what i bought as they gave me wrong shades. But i dint mind much that time. I see that makeup artists there impatient and less knowledgeable in choosing right shade or asking customer for what they actually want. They do not make any suggestions what to choose and why?!
