I arrived asking for two braids they said they couldn’t do that they had to at least do 4 so I told her to just do braids going into a ponytail I kept telling her she was pulling my hair and braiding tight she was on the phone the entire time she did my hair. She told me the braids would loosing over the days but they didn’t I then decided to take it out as I started to take the braids out I notice that my edges were completely coming out with it. They claim they never had this problem before with them braiding to tight that the persons edges came out.

I came and got my hair braided in box braids yesterday, the lady was really nice she asked me if it was too tight when she first started! And she even apologized to me because I was flinching due to me being tender headed, while I was there getting my hair done I don’t even think the poor lady had a bite to eat, she had a 5 min break, others helped her at time, but they also helped each other! Very nice and cheap prices! I will definitely be coming back.

These hairdressers are mean and they show it through how they do your hair. If they dont like you for whatever reason, they speak their language to talk about you, conversate how to mess your hair up and the owner, she acts nice but, shes spiteful as well.Theyre not on time so dont book early in the morning and if youre getting extensions, better buy their hair because if you dont, thats reason enough for them not to like you and destroy the hair you purchased elsewhere.I purchased hair elsewhere, that made them very upset and they never did my hair right again.Yes, you offered to do my hair and at discount but, what youre not telling the people is, you intentionally didnt braid the top of my sew-in correctly which is the most important part of the style.You took $80 from me knowing what you did was wrong!Yes!! you have a spiteful spirit because Mahawa, and I had our differences. She spoke very rudely to me because she forgot to sew a piece of my track down. She took a comb the next day and dug into my braided edges to cause me pain.I paid $220 just for her to handle my bundles like a $2 amazon wig.I asked her not to handle my bundles that way and she said, she had customers who pay $500 and she will brush the hair the same. BUT!! I asked that she not do that, it was ripping the hair off the track.I told you how she treated me and you offered your services with malice in your heart to get payback for Mahawa and when you performed your services you didnt do my hair right!I text yesterday 7/15/2021 if she could do my hair because she did it beautifully the very first time but, on this day, you said something in your language about me not buying your hair and, she shredded my bundles the second time, put tons of thread in my hair, it took a week to get it out and the last time she was disrespectful, never to do it right again.We talked and you said you would talk to her which is why I requested her, thinking you had regained respect and value for your customer again.What a disappointment!!!As an owner you should correct that kind of behavior this is your business but, how can we blame an employee when the owner is out of line?Never forget where you come from!! Ive been to your country and seen the before living conditions, dont allow the American lifestyle make you high minded and mistreat others. Stay humbleGod gives, takes, opens and close doors!Be Watchful how you treat people because, it just might be a child of God and, we dont have a liking for being mistreated when we treated you with nothing but, love.

Today I had micro braids installed. Their facility is clean and sanitized the chairs and equipment as soon as someone got up out the chair. Everyone kept their mask on the entire time I was there. Everyone was friendly and professional. I didn’t notice any of the stylists stopping a million times to take breaks eat talk etc. None of the stylists had attitudes like some of the other braiding salons that I have visited before. Costumer service is excellent in this establishment. I drove over an hour and will continue to do business with them. My braids are beautiful and worth every penny. Their prices are reasonable and they sell all types of hair and products to care for your style. I recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a clean nice professional place for a hair do. They offer a variety of services.

I found this salon searching the website for nearby braiding salons while I was in town. I live outside of Akron, OH and will return for more services. I asked for crochet goddess locs and without showing my stylist a picture she nailed it. This young lady was amazing!! The staff was very pleasant and the service did not take long at all.I went back (not the same stylist) for braids and I just want to say my hair was pulled so tight I lost my edges as well as the parted hair. Black hair needs care. Dont focus so much on the style. If you pull out their hair they cant come back. I have to lower my rating

Random walk in appointment didn’t over charge me! Fast & professional... provided hair also... she gave me exactly what I wanted. I beaded my braids myself she just did the style. Took about 2 1/2hours. I’ll be going here often for natural styles.

The braids look nice and the staff was polite. There were a lot of small breaks but nothing too out of control. My main complaint is the braids are entirely too tight on my edges. I specifically requested not to have my edges braided because they break easily and if they were braided not to braid them too tight. My head has been hurting for the past few hours and I can see the tension on my edges. At this point I’m positive they will come out with the braids.

Had locs put in over 2 months ago. Every other day, 1 or more of the locs fall out. I try to put as little stress on them for the 1st few months so that they set. But that hasnt helped at all. Ive been back twice to have them put back in, and after having them put back in, a handful fell out the same day!!! Dont recommend getting locs here. Dont waste your money

Very nice ladies and did a job on my French braids. The lady that did my hair was very adamant about making sure my hair was perfect before I left. She made sure I got in and out. And very good quality for my money.

I had my hair braided this morning. I was a walk in. I drove 3 hours to this shop. Never heard of them in my life. I just saw that they had good reviews and I stopped in. I showed the lady a picture of some Lemonade braids that I wanted and she did the exact same braids. I love this shop. I will be back. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was the 2nd lady in the chair this morning. Thanks again. The lady that is expecting a baby did my hair.

Speak a different language around customer is so unprofessional. They make me feel like a total stranger.

So to be honest my girlfriend had some box braids done with ombré hair that she purchased through the shop which they made her pay per pack of hair then when they ran out she had to purchase the hair that didn’t even match nor did they attempt to make it look like the rest of her hair. She’s cried for several days of this disastrous hair do and the fact that she paid 300 dollars for it! The worst experience she’s ever had and we would recommend you’d go anywhere but here and save your money and time you’d have better luck going to someone’s house! Beware!

I spoke to a woman who said it’s was 35$ to do 2 Feeding braid so said To myself it’s a lil Overprice but Igz They work really good so I said sure I WAS Wrong 🤦🏽‍♀️ I didn’t even get the lady that was pose to do my hair it’s was somebody Ramdom that was near by they was uneven 1 Braid was Thicker Than the Other and it didn’t even Last a Week Never Again Make sure if you Set Your appointment up with somebody do it With That Person Cause this Girl Wasn’t even trying

I have been getting me hair done here this year every 2-3 months, and I have never had a bad experience, the place is clean, the environment is friendly and relaxed, Today Vivian did my hair, I didnt have pic so I described to her what I wanted, it was like she was in my head she did it PERFECTLY !! just what I wanted, Thank you so much Queen you are amazing. Went to get small feeder braids in a bun. The back braids had started off with weave so you could see the small knots. While getting my hair braided the lady asked me if it was tight I told her a little bit. She said it would loosen up in a few days so I said ok. She finished I went home - my head was hurting so bad. I had to take tylenol in the afternoon and tylenol pm at night for three days. I sprayed the braids constantly and wet them in the shower. Still no relief. The third day my hair came off my scalp around the hairline. So i took the braids out. There were 3 other places around my hairline where my hair came off my scalp as well. Im disappointed that I paid a lot of money for these braid to only last 3 days. Braids are not supposed to be so tight to where you have no edges or hair when you take them out. They are a protective style that assists with helping your hair grow. The ladies are nice that work in the shop dont get me wrong but I will not be returning.

I wish I can give this place no stars. I called to make an appointment. When I arrived, it was only one braider and she informed me two more braiders were coming. After waiting 45 mins for the damn braider, she took her time on getting started with my hair. To make matters worse, they werent apologetic for inconveniencing me and kicked me out of the shop for telling them about a sloppy braid. Avoid them if you value your time.
