I reached out to Southern Service & Performance explained to them the symptoms and my situation and they got me right in and back on the road within the time frame promised! Very understanding and family oriented. We are back home and the truck running great.

Jamie replaced the water pump on my Ford F250 7.3 diesel. He was able to get it done the same day even though he was short handed. He is very knowledgeable about ford diesel services. Great people and awesome service. They kept me updated as things were getting repaired. They are an extremely busy shop and it may take a little longer to get your vehicle back but it was worth every minute. I highly recommend Southern for all of your diesel repair and upgrade needs.

Quiet, well managed, easy going.

Super friendly and professional. Had them do work on my 2015 F250 super duty 6.7L. The part I supplied had some manufacturing problems and without missing a beat, they called me explained the issue and grabbed one off the shelf and still made the verbal timeline we agreed on. I asked for all the old parts and they we nicely placed in the bed of my truck, not beat up and in perfect working order Incase I ever need to re install. Highly recommend them and I’ll most definitely be coming back!
