I went to innovative looking to get my car lowered rims and tires install. when I say this is the perfect place to go i am not lying these are car guys. I did not expect to see them driving tuner cars when I saw that I knew i was home. they are very kind fun people and very knowledgeable.

Ive used Innovative Auto for years. Most recently, the crew rebuilt the rear end in my Crown Victoria for less than other area shops estimates. I wouldnt hesitate to take my cars there for any repairs needed.

Im the type of person who is very careful who I let work on my car and Im very particular about things. This establishment exceeded my expectations. The quality of work, employees (Forrest, nic and kevin) are professional and very comfortable to talk with, and overall they treat my vehicles like its one of their own. Most places will over charge and give you the run around for simple work but these folks did not. I will return and I will recommend them for work

Wish I could give 0 stars!!! I took my truck there first thing and was told 2 hours. I finally left after closing time!!! They are good at what they do but you better bring a lunch!!!! The only guy there that was nice and civil about anything was glen. The rest of them are rude as hell

Basically they had my car for two weeks, and there were several things I wanted done. All but one were very routine and were handled well. The less routine problem was a coolant leak that I needed handled. We had needed to refill the coolant weekly at the point that I brought it in, so a pretty slow leak. After having the car for TWO WEEKS they replaced a hose coming out of the radiator as a solution to the leak, and it wasnt the problem. They were stand up dudes enough to not charge me for that work done, and I appreciate that but when I decided that they had the car long enough, and the prices they were quoting me were high and varying by hundreds of dollars every phone call,I told them I needed my car back. When I picked up my car, Billy was increasingly apologetic and tells me to please bring the car back and let us make it right. When I returned home my car dumped a large amount of coolant after being parked (a weeks worth from the before mentioned benchmark) in an hour. I called them back and had been informed that Billy no longer worked there and when I brought up what I had experienced I was quoted $100 over other foriegn car mechanics and also told I would receive a call back (from Nick?) After they got with the mechanic that worked on the car initially. After a couple hours I called back and was told to please wait an additional hour. It has been over 32 hours from then and I have not received a phone call at all. Basically Inovative Automotive is qualified to handle simple tasks that you may not have the time or desire to handle in your own drive way, but beyond that they will just not be able to handle your situation and blame it on your import being difficult. I feel like they present themselves as a high end mechanic but cant even handle a Volkswagen. I feel like if I didnt have such and outstandingly back experience I would have been charged for the radiator hose that they needlessly replaced, but seeing as I wasnt I am not giving them 1 star. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Went to Innovative Automotive to get my exhaust done and I love it, it really came out perfect. They also ordered me a custom air kit for my car from Air Tekk and couldnt be any happier with the out come.

I was able to call in last minute and even though they were busy they still changed my oil in a timely manner. The staff members were extremly helpful and friendly. They didnt try to upsell me and what I was quoted is what I was charged. I will definitely be going back. Next time I will probably get my car detailed.

CLASSIC TRUCKS BEWARE. I dropped truck off on December 16th to redo my all my steering and get all new exhaust from the headers. I didn’t need the truck until the JANUARY 4TH!!!! Nanotubes only did they lie to me that the truck would be finished on time (several times) they gave my truck back with broken parts placed in it. I have had to go back serval times to get them to correct their mistakes. They continue to put defective parts into my vehicle which can obviously be deadly when it comes to steering. They finally “finished” everything on January 20th and here it is January 25th and my exhaust has fallen off because they welded the new parts to old rusted hangers. DO NOT GO

I found out through lessons learned that shops are very skeptical about working on older vehicles but not Innovative they took the challenge on and SUCCEEDED!!!! I am very impressed with their work. They installed an upgraded wiring harness better than any other shop I’ve seen. If they mess something up they are quick to fix it in a timely manner.- Adam P

I only take my vehicles to wolf they always have a professional and friendly even fun staff. I recently had some paint work done on my Silverado. And when I picked it up they had missed a few spots. After bringing it to their attention they made me a priority and rectified all of my issues immediately. Gabe, is the exhaust professional. His welds are amazing and he custom fits all kits to your platform. I had my cat-back exhaust with dual exit. It sounds amazing, looks great and is solid. Installed my downpipe on my veloster and custom exhaust after stock cat, probably have them remove that soon. One of the bolts snapped and they had to mill out but super reasonable on price after all labor put in. Amazing work. Highly recommend

Didnt get to experience much one guy tells me i can come get my rims thrown on my truck nothing serious 17s on 35s didnt mention anything about having to purchase a set from them i even told him i purchased from somewhere else no problem he said so Im psyched i get cash in hand call again two and a half weeks later to see when is a good time to possibly come by. So i explain what i needed done again to see whats what cause some times things change maybe price went up or something which is no biggie but to be sure i explained what i needed again which was swapping rims I bought with what i have on there and all of a sudden primarily they dont put wheels on if you havent bought them from them thats cool but to be fair thats not what i was told the first time plus who turns down easy no hassle money gladly take my cash else where.

I just picked up my 2004 Lexus ls 430. Wolf rebuilt the exhaust system for $200!!! It sounds perfect. Quick, efficient and painless to my pocket. Total replacement would have been $2000!

Ive taken my work vehicles here over the last 5 years and these guys have never let me down. The facility is well set up, the staff is very knowledgeable, and the service is always great. My husband and I have a 02 Subaru WRX and we were referred here to have a messed up exhaust job fixed. I am so glad I listened and went to Wolfs! My husband and I are both so happy with the work that was done. The previous shop that had worked on our car had really messed it up. The pipe was rubbing and grinding on the frame and the welding looked like a 3 yr old did it. After taking it to Wolfs, it looks fantastic! No more grinding and rubbing on the frame. The welding is really nicely done and it was very inexpensive for the work that had to be done to it. They had no problem letting me come in and take a look at it while it was on the lift to get some pictures. All of the staff there was friendly and their shop is really nice if you have to sit there awhile. I will definitely be going back for anything else we need done! Like Josh said, dont waste your time, just go to Wolfs. :)

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Kevin and his staff at Wolf. Our son’s car was making a noise and we took it in. They diagnosed it within no time at all. He needed new brakes, rotors and an oil change and all this was done the day before he drove to Missouri. He was in and out before lunch. I chose Wolf Auto based upon the number of positive reviews it had on Google and I am very happy with my decision. From the start they were more than helpful. The mechanic found several other issues that needed to be repaired and then informed me of my options. He actually recommended the cheapest of all of the options which was nice. Overall, the final bill was very reasonable and the service was great. I would recommend Wolf Auto to anyone who needs auto repair services in the Columbus/Ft. Benning Area.

This place is completely clueless when it comes to diesels. It took them months and charging thousands of dollars in misdiagnosed parts due to their incompetence with diesels. The problem ended up being a $30 crank position sensor that takes 25 minutes to change out. They really need to hire a real diesel mechanic. After all that they never offered to make it right, unreal.

Finally got around to getting my full Mugen exhaust installed and went to Wolf Auto. The guys there went above and beyond to get it done after running into a problem before they even started. I was kept updated the whole time and extremely satisfied with the results. Bud at the front counter took care of me and my mostly garage kept car. Price was fair, but Ill gladly pay a little bit more knowing now my car is in good hands.

Went to have headers installed on my mustang. They did it fairly quick but I would have rather them take longer and done it right. When I got it back there was an obvious rattling and rubbing where the pipes going over the axle in the back were to high and hitting the frame. If they cant check something these easy, what would they miss on a harder job. Fixed it myself as I didnt want to waste my time with them.

I wanted to give this place a review because I googled them up one day when my friends car was experiencing problems. They were very helpful and asked up to bring the car up to the shop and let them up look at it. After determining the issue. They offered to repair it and made arrangments with us for payment wise.

Wolf AutoWorks did a GREAT job on my car, I have a 06 Impala SS it had a bad electrical problem. I took to them Friday and due to the time frame of me dropping it off it stayed at the shop . But when Monday rolled around they gave me a call first thing that morning. Throughout the entire process Brandon & Mr Kevin kept me in the loop the entire time. Went a few months back to have my resonator removed on my 335i. After being told one price, I was charged another at the end of the job. However, what concerned me most was the kind of job they did. I I recently took the car and had it lifted to look into some work. I noticed that when they were cutting the pipe off, they literally and deliberately cut into the heat shield. After examining, i noticed that there were two massive cuts in it, each where they cut my resonator. If they would have cut in just a little bit deeper, my gas tank could have potentially been cut. Honest opinion: their quality of work isnt what it should be.

Found out I needed a new engine and Daniel the mechanic was so understanding and helpful in telling me the whole process and cost. Yes it is pricey to get a new engine installed but they worked with my time frame and budget to gwt me the best products and prices for my buck! Desk boys were funny and stillhelpful!! You dont feel as if this mechanic shop is just out yo tale your money but that they actually care about your repeat business! Highly recommend!

Just bought a new (used) truck and took it to these guys, and they told me their concerns. I had my exhaust done and a few other things taken care of. I was there for about 5 hours due to various things including the parts place sending the wrong sized belts. However, the owner didnt charge me labor for one of the parts and gave me a free oil change due to me sitting there so long. If you go, Id recommend having the mechanic named Chris look at your vehicle. Nice, knowledgeable mechanic who even took me back to my truck and showed me what was wrong. I plan on using them again in the future.

Had a resonator replaced on my car today.they used scrap sheet medal to make a new hanger. The weld held about a month. Still pretty upset about it. Should have taken it back to get fixed. But I would rather pay someone else to fix it. Sad I replaced almost my entire front suspension before I noticed the broken welds on the hanger.

Took 6 hours to put on my.front break pads, and then didnt tell me that my skid plate was literally hanging

I took my truck here to get a new motor put in, they gave me a written quote then 2 weeks later called and said the price of the motor went up $500. I then asked for proof of the price increase and they never sent it to me. I then called another shop that orders from the same motor company and they quote was $20 off from wolf automotives original quote, so they were lying and trying to pull a fast one on me.i then went and picked up my truck and they refunded me half of the money and said they would refund the rest into my credit card. They told me that had refunded it onto my card, then a few days went by and I never saw it on my card. I called and said did they refund it and they said no come pick up a check for what we owe you, so there goes lie number 2. Then I get down there to get the check and Kevin isnt there to write me a check. I go back down there on a Saturday and the check is $100 less then it should of been, they said that they charge for quotes and they told me this in a letter with the check not to my face. Extremely stressful dealing with these people, and would not recommend anyone go here for business.
