Amazing customer service got there just about 30 min. After they opened and luckily had time to help me do an oil change and tire rotation, topped of my liquids. They even helped change my wipers after I bought them and had the sitting in my car. If that wasnt enough they were so kind to show me how to check my own oil. The whole process was surprisingly quick Thank you for your help. I highly recommend coming here if you need any help.It is first come first serve but they will take care of you once your there and affordable with great service.

I brought in a Crack rim back in July of 2021 to have it repaired. The guy said they could fix it. Just 3 months later air is leaking around the rim. I called and stated what was going on but the guy on the phone said its nothing he could do. I spent $180 for a repair job and ended up buying a new one off Ebay for $200 bucks. Thanks for nothing but never again.

Do not come to this business. I have had work done on my vehicle weeks ago only to find out he did not do the work provided (Changing spark plugs, power steering pump was not new, lying about future fixes, etc). Completely overcharged and did extra work to knock up the price.If you absolutely must have work done here. Make sure you check over their work and get a quote first. There are better and more reliable mechanics in Columbus than Randy thinks he is.

This place is the worst!!!! I have had my car there for almost 2 weeks from a deer hitting my vehicle and this has been poor customer service and getting my car status in a timely manner. I used to take my car to get the oil change & thought the guy was cool getting it in and out but this is the worst experience Ive had. I will NEVER bring my car back here & I hope no one else waste their time to get service done. The manager was not good getting back in touch with me. I called every single day to get them to do what they need to do. Its frustrating.

This is the WORST company I have ever experienced!! They have had my vehicle for three weeks and have not even started on my vehicle. Every time I call to get an update, the owner Cornell is EXTREMELY rude. He even hung up on me. Do NOT bring your vehicle here. I was traveling home to Florida with my cattle trailer in tow when I had a blow out. Big T tires was 20 minutes away. I called them (Randy) and he said they had a tire but they were wrapped up and it was about an hour before closing time. I explained to him that I was a long way from home. The worst customer service experience Ive had at any shop in the Columbus/FT Benning area. Short version, They caused SIGNFICANT damage to my Niche wheels and after Cornell tried to avoid covering the repairs they attempted to lowball me with offering a different person to paint over the damage instead of filling and repairing the chipped metal and powder coat. SOLDIERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! For the long version read below.I dropped off a couple of custom niche wheels that I just had repaired to have tires put on them I told the tech about the wheels and the repairs I just had done and he said okay and stacked them on top of each other hard enough for an audible metallic slam to be heard. I then told the manager about the wheels and to please be careful. I came to pick them up the next day and as they rolled the wheels to my truck I could see and hear them slamming against each other and when I inspected them they were heavily damaged. When I pointed out the damage the tech shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do about it and said I would have to talk to one of the managers(Randy). When I spoke to him about it he said well we didnt do a thorough look at the wheels to know if there was any damage and I told him no that is false you looked directly at the wheels and I told you all twice that they were just powder coated. He told me there was nothing they could do and that it is common knowledge that wheels are damaged when getting tires on. I told him that is false, if you cant insure your work than say so in the beginning and Ill go somewhere else and I also so that technician slam my wheels together twice, which is just negligence. I was then redirected to another manager(Cornell) where he tried to low ball my repairs although the gentlemen that fixed my wheels in the first place offered an extremely fair price for powder coating two wheels. Cornell offered to have someone paint them instead of powder coating and replacing the chipped metal for cheap instead of covering the cost to fill and powder coat. at the end of it all the C3 Wheel repair specialist heard the entire argument and decided to repair the wheels FOR FREE because Cornell wouldnt follow through with an obvious obligation.

I need some lug nut locks taken off and they worked so well to try and resolve the issue. Because they couldn’t get them all off, they didn’t charge me. They were so nice and they all work very well together. Will be coming back when I need some work done guys 😇

This was my third stop of the day trying to find a place to put a tube in a special sized tire. Not only was this no big deal to them but they were very accommodating on the price. And the service was immediate and done right. I have never been here before but you can bet when my vehicles need tires this place will be one of my first visits for a quote.

I would NOT recommend this place. This morning as I was putting air in my tire, the sensor piece broke. Air started spewing out of my tire, I went to the closest tire shop. They quoted me $95 to replace it, higher than Ive paid in the past to replace it, but whatever, they knew I was stuck there. So they finish and I pay. They tell me after I pay they need to program the sensor. So he (Skylar) goes outside, then calls me outside and says he cant program the sensor because the guy who has the tool wont let him use it (seriously?). He voiced his embarrassment and profusely apologized. He tells me to come back in the afternoon and he will speak to the GM and hopefully the situation will be rectified. So I call in the afternoon, he tells me itll be 4-7 days til they have the tool, and I can go to the N. Columbus location to program it OR bring the car back, have them remove the sensor from the car and get a refund. I explain to him how ridiculous this is and ask to talk to his manager, because a great deal of my time here as already been wasted---and expecting me to waste more of it is unreasonable. After multiple refusals from the owner, finally he was able to get her on the phone. She offered no further assistance, just told me they werent able to find the tool. I suggested they bring the tool from N. Columbus to the Manchester location. After much back and forth she agreed. I never bothered to go back but instead finished the service elsewhere. Charging me before a job is finished is unprofessional. Starting a job without having the tools to finish it is unprofessional. Not offering any compensation after wasting a great deal of a customers time is unprofessional. Not taking a call from a customer but making your employee deal with problems caused by your other employees in unprofessional. Shame on you. Skylar, find a new job---you deserve better.

The building may not be fancy, but the prices are good, the service is excellent, and they treat you with respect. I did not encounter any scummy sales tactics just surprisingly honest advice. I purchased a set of 4 tires and am very pleased with the quality. I fully recommend Big T Tire and Auto.

These guys really helped me outfit my early bronco with new tires on a time crunch, really knowledgeable and friendly, since I enjoy doing my own auto work it was really generous that they were patient enough with me that I could watch the entire process. The alignment service was top of the line and despite rumors they were able to correctly align my ancient style front end without any difficulty. Will definitely be back in the future!

So the dealer wanted over $1100 for some tires for my Charger, lets face facts money is money and not many of us are rolling in it. Went to Big T and they worked it out for me....a great set of tires...a great price and I was mounted balanced and on my way within 45 mins. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

I give this place a 0 but since i had to put a star to give a honest rating so i gave 1. This place had my car for 3 days to replace my oil filter housing on my 2011 Dodge Charger after them messing my car up by breaking my thermostat housing which was broken in the mist of them going through my intake, i was told that my car was running hot and they didn’t know why but i would still b charged for the gaskets that we’re replaced and labor that was done. I normally take my car to the dodge dealership, so after hearing what they had done i went to dodge right away dodge gave me a print out of my last diagnostic testing from them that showed that my car has NEVER ran hot before and gave me a list of questions to ask them before i paid them anything. After taking the paperwork back to big t and informing them of the information that dodge had given me for them to check into they agreed to go back to do a pressure test and check my thermostat and i was also told my car needed to stay another day for these things to be done. After this was done i went up there only to find out that my thermostat housing was broke and they didn’t know how but it will be replaced. I was then informed that my car was ok and was no longer running hot but one of the mechanics was out test driving it to make sure everything is ok. When the mechanic returned he stated that my car was not running as hot as it was but it was still running hot and that they needed to bleed the line for 24 hours because air was in the hose. I returned the next day which is today only to find out my car is still running hot they don’t know why but it’s ready to be picked up. Now my car is at dodge and not fixed and this place had the nerve to try to charge me 312 dollars for a service that i did not get! I only got more problems i was quoted $180 before any service was done, so that’s what was given to them. Do not take your car to them unless u want more problems than you already have!

Brought my van in to do brakes. They didnt grease the pad guides causing me to have a pad hang up and ruin my new rotors. Watched them change the brakes. They let my calipers hang with only the brake line supporting them. Thats terrible practice. They lost a hubcap and tried to tell me they put it back on. Never going there again. Parts mark-up was insane too. Have to pay to have someone do it over again right.

I have been coming and referring people to this shop since I was in high school back in 2003. Dont let the exterior of the shop fool you, it may not be nice like Epperly or Pep Boys but their service is great. Cornelius runs the store front now and I believe the owner opened a truck/lift shop not far from there. Anyway, 13 years later, their prices for low pros from 215s-305s are still very close to what you would even find online and locally I have yet to find a competitor with better pricing. As long as Walmart doesnt carry these sizes and prices I will probably always come to them.....

Had the fortunate misfortune of getting a blowout close to their shop. Even though they were slammed they still arrived within 10 minutes, cleared a bay for my car and swapped my tire in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly, professional and I thought the price was excellent especially being a woman traveling alone I was worried they would try to prive gouge but they were absolutely professional and fair. Thanks to all the guys who helped me get home on time!

I brought my truck in to get the window motor and regulator replaced and installed. The people tried to charge 320- literally twice the ammount it costs. I declined service after the price estimate was given.Whomever removed my door panel (which was not the best shape but still not a problem) must have pulled down on it to remove it. It is ruined and needs to be replaced.I reccommend you all do not unflate your prices because you think your customers are ignorant.

Walked in to look for Toyo AT IIs, wanted 1032 for a set. They are way over priced and try to take advantage of young customers. I do my research. would look around and compare prices.
