One of the absolute worst junkyards in Columbus and the eastern side of the United States. The prices are different for everyone and the workers all look like methadone patients. Sitting on their rusted bar stools with yellow teeth and spitting very inaccurate information. They overcharge for the simplest things and don’t have time for other peoples time. The beat thing that could happen is when these people get too old to work and they leave and hopefully get in debt and sell the business to maybe a group who actually knows what they are doing. I absolutely hate this place and Columbus does too judging by how horrible and flailing their business is. Only a matter of time.

The owner Alex priced me on a bumper and said he would text me pics if there were any issues with it and he didnt so I tried to call before I drive over there but no answer and when I got there the bumper was in worse condition than th one I was trying to replace

Theyre experienced and they know their stuff. I was looking for 2 headlights that had good adjuster brackets. I could only find one and the guy came out in the yard and took two other headlights that had different issues and made one good headlight out of it . so I got my second headlight. Seemed a bit pricey but they did go out of their way to help me.

Not 1 person in the place had a mask on. Not the place to go if you value speedy service, professionalism, or prefer people that take Covid 19 seriously. The tire I got was dry rot also.

Very rude return policy is horrible. Be very careful once you buy a bad part from them you cannot return it back and the parts they sell arent good.

Different prices for people of color. Argued with me about the year of my car based on looking at my alternator... I guess the way I looked I just couldnt be right...brought the part out it matched perfect with the information I provided,then tried to charge me $65 for a old dirty part that cost me $74 at a retail store. When I to buy he told me good luck when walking out the door. Racist plane and simple...could see the pain in his eyes just to have to talk to a person of color😁😂🤣

My husband sent me to pick up a part for my car and of course I didnt know what it looked like so I got the wrong one I called them they had us come back (this time with my husband) they let him find the right part and that was that so it all worked out no hassles

I was a first time customer looking for a side mirror for a 98 Chevy Astro, and was referred to these guys by Auto-Zone. They turned their junkyard upside down looking for it. I wasnt there too long, but I had some great conversations with the old timers behind the counter. They couldnt find a mirror without some cracks in it, but Ill definitely return if I need anything else. The service here was on-par or better than any commercial auto parts store Ive been to.

This place is a rip-off. I shouldve read the reviews before I went. They charged $85 each for used headlight for a 2007 Civic Coupe and they were extremely foggy. Places like Cantleys charge like $15-$30 for the same part! Try some other place, please.

This is the billboard example of a non customer service oriented business, as well as a predatory parts seller. I was grossly overcharged yesterday ($40.00 removed)for an item that was quoted to me at much less($20.00 removed) that I could have purchased elsewhere for much less(pick n pull,, $5.00) and had much better treatment and service. Rude service.. I know, its tough to be nice to those customers bringing you our hard earned trust and money. Be prepared for this experience if you are not knowledgeable in working with automobiles in this business in focus here.

Wish I could give no stars. Went to get a part that had to be pulled, ended up being the wrong part they wont take it back because they had it specially pulled Im sorry but thats just ridiculous the part is fine. Its disgusting there and they are very rude. I will never return and would recommend you find somewhere better. I ended up getting the part I needed $50 less than they were selling anyways!

They are about 20% higher than other yards. Know what you are willing to pay before going. If the price isnt right, there are plenty of other places.On another note i was able to find parts that no other yards had. They were about 50% of retail. With regards to customer service, i dont care as long as they have the part. If you are sensitive and need customer service, go to retail.

Call about getting a engine, they said they had one for my car and just had to tell them if I wanted it they will get it for me and will call me back when it was ready, I did tell them to go ahead and get it ready and I will be there the next day just let me know when it was ready. Well I never got a phone call and when I did call back they didnt have the engine I need and just blew me off. Maybe they should know what is going on in their place cause with the service I got they dont know what is going on at there store

Had a nail in my tire (irreparable location) and needed a quick solution that didn’t cost $100+ Called and they stated they had one for considerably cheaper. Arrived and picked up the tire with no issues, tread looked good and i thought i was good to go. Shame on me for not knowing better (hence 2 stars rather than 1). Tried to have tire put on and was told that nobody will do so. Tire they sold me is 9 years old with significant peeling on the inside- a severe risk of a blowout hence why nobody will touch it. Again, shame on me for not knowing what to look for, but be cautious as concern and usability of their parts are clearly not any portion of their concern. Now i am out the cost of a new tire anyways and have a useless piece of junk in the trunk of my car that just barely will work as a spare.

Bought a power steering pump last week didnt notice it had a HOLE in it since then I had to buy a new pump and I called to get my money back for a defective part and they dont give refunds Ill never buy another part from here EVER again

They were rude, granted I dont know cars. They do have the BEST price in town, given the lack of customer service and the sketchy neighborhood. It is also the only yard able to do good year matching for parts that will fit correctly.

Good place for used car parts

I called twice to ensure they had the steel wheel I was looking for, in stock. I sent my fiance to pick it up. She tells me that it was the filthiest place shes ever been, there were arugments, foul language, and watched them hang up on every single person that called while she was there. The staff inappropriately called her nicknames the entire time she was there. And on top of it all, after 47 mins of looking for the wheel that they assured me that they had, she left with no wheel.

Thank they know it all cant tell them nothing.

Straight terrible! Quoted me one price on a radiator and yet when I walked in ended up paying $15 more than quoted, saying they had to order from somewhere else? Pshh sounds like someone wanted to make an extra buck and the best part is they made it seem like they had it in stock, but when we paid we found out that we had to wait another day for them to order it lol thats just bad business

This place is a joke! They want $150 for a used part, that the part store wants $160 for brand new! And the guy that answeres the phone was super rude. I dont get people! Way to earn bisobusi All City. Wish I could give you .25 of a star cause you dont even deserve the one I had to give you to rate you!

If you are having your car scrapped, DO NOT GO HERE! They pay extremely poorly, do not cooperate with the Insurance company, and keep extremely poor records! Find literally anywhere else to take your business.

Their customer service was really bad and the main guy was rude both on phone and in person. Was trying to ask a question or explain a situation, and the guy disregarded what i was saying and started talking to an employee and ignoring me. Also they give out false information over the phone. Would not recommend.

Purchased a motor it was the wrong one. Took it back picked up other good motor with both heads blown. Requested for them to return money had to argue with them to get it. Worst junkyard ever. Very Unorganized

I was given the price of $200 for a steering Column and every other junk yard gave me a price of $65-$100.
