They dont open up on time and take long lunch breaks them give you somebody elses part so you have to bring it back to get yours. not using this business again

Had an Alternator rebuilt here 6 months ago for my Honda. Never used this place before but have lived in this area over 40 years. Ive had other alternator rebuilds from other places back in the 80s so felt confident that this place could handle this. Fast rebuild, seemed like a quality place, cash transaction. 6 months and less than 10,000 miles later the alternator goes out again. Battery and electrical in this Honda are in great condition and never allowed to run down. There was only a 90 day warranty on the rebuild but did not expect to have to need the warranty. I will just buy new OEM from now on. I expected better life out of a rebuild from a local shop. I gave the rating a 2 but only because it fell short of my expectations in this instance. Others may have a better outcome.

The absolute best in town..testes and change out my battery in less than 15 minutes...awesome consumer service...told me to go get my starter check because he was concerned about the hesitation..
