They not only fixed what I needed but took care of other issues. I brought my vehicle back for a second visit in the same week to have other work done. They were very friendly and fair. Changed the ignition lock switch on my 2009 Nissan Altima, and advised me to try calling a Nissan dealer first in case there was a recall or extended warranty for the part. There was, but unfortunately it already expired and Nissan wouldnt fix it. A couple months after they fixed it, I lost the receipt and needed another copy. They were able to look it up and get me a copy of my receipt.

Waynes flat out LIED paid for rebuild after two battery replacement per Waynes professional advice due to the bad alt b4 their professional rebuild...took car to a real certified mechanic who showed me that a repair WAS NEVER DONE TO ALT... Waynes elect has mechanics incompetent in what they are DOING .had one of my children had a emergency medical situation at school and Wayne electric non rebuilt part caused me to be unable to get to them God knows the anger. Waynes has been reported several times b4 mine.to b.b.b.as well to Columbus chamber of commerce after 39 years sending folks to them.after some of the old timers left it is a den of cheats AND LIERS ..folks go elsewhere.RBR

Said they would find an electrical problem and fix it for $75. Instead I asked them to just find 2 electrical problems, but that I would fix them myself to save some money. One problem was the back-up lights switch, and one was the cruise control On button. They made me pay $75 because he said he spent an hour and a half looking for the problems (I dont know how it took that long...). I would have been ok with it if they were right about both problems. They were right about the back-up lights switch being bad, but the cruise control issue ended up having nothing to do with the On button (I tried replacing it - didnt help - so I put my old one back on). I found that the real problem was that the cruise control cable had become disconnected from the throttle. So I paid $75 for them to identify 1 electrical problem and not fix it, when they said they said they would find and fix an electrical problem for $75. I called them back to see if I could get a refund and they said No.

The best rebuilders around have your o.e.m starters and alternatives rebuilt to factory specs instead of buying cheap Chinese units from the big parts warehouses.ive used these guys for 15 years and they always do me right.

Poor customer service...they took almost 18 days to fix a issue which they initially promised to deliver in day ...It was very minor thing to do which any other garage could have fixed in a 1 or 2 days ,they lack expertise to fix or diagnose problem. I will not recommend this garage to anyone, talking about customer service no one gives you any update about your vechile ...they kept my vechile for 18 days and they never called me up to give status of my vechile and when I ask them why they are not keeping me updated about the status of vechile ...they arrogantly said that they dont have any update to share with me ...I have to call these people and chase them for updates.I have spend on more on rental vechile then final bill..I have spend lot of money on rental bcoz of these people as they were not able to revert my old ignition lock switch and unable to configure a new one ..these people took up the task for which they dont have any expertise. I will not recommend this garage to anyone.
