Do not buy from this company. Never even took possession of the product and they held my money for 5 weeks. The owner has no clue how to do business. I will never buy anything from them again. Also after looking around I realized they were way over priced. Found the exact same exhaust local for 100 less. Shipping sucks to.

Didnt see the different spline count on it until I tried installing it. Requested refund & they charged a restocking fee (50%) because I took it out of the package & painted it...even though it was their error that caused the issue...

Don’t purchase any parts off eBay from the seller abad71camaro (asa performance) they just scammed me March 2021 they sent me half a edlebrock kit said parts were there and they weren’t I paid a lot of money for kit #2099 and was harassed and lied to by them I’m having ebay step in now please be aware of this everyone

Bought some MS100 spray paint from Asa Performance on Amazon. I agree with the other reviews that say the cans don’t spray. I used this can for probably ten seconds max and aerosol ran out or the nozzle broke. When I contacted the seller, they accused me of using the product and then trying to return (how could you possibly find out it doesn’t work without using it? Also, amazon won’t let you return aerosol products even if you don’t use them). I explained the issue in response to the seller and they accused me of using it all and basically not knowing what I was doing. I’ve used spray paint before. I covered about a square foot before this stopped working. And you can feel that it is filled with paint. I have used a ton of this paint as my race car uses this color as it’s primary accent color for the roll cage.

I purchassed a NEW Wilwood brake kit, and they sent me a used kit. It still had the shipping label from the previous owner a body shop in KY. Parts were missing, and others were damaged. I have pictures of the shipping label, and the damaged contents. It was obviously there mistake, but were still rude!

I am a service writer/manager for an Automotive shop in Mobile & as a customer of mine was pricing a motor he came upon this company for the amazingggg so called price. The sales rep(foreigner which I could not understand) called me on 3 way & informed me that the motor would be shipped to me but there was no need to return the core on the motor.(Dealing with this multiple times a day that was a big red flag for me) I explained the ratings for this company & the flags to my customer & advised him to seek a motor elsewhere. After the customer declined the motor offer the sales rep has called my office rudely 4 times asking what was our problem? Why would we advise the customer not to buy the motor so on so forth.. I would highly recommend no one buy any parts from this company for the best deal unless you want to be harassed. I deal w hundreds of vendors weekly from multiple states & I definitely have never had an experience like this one.. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Denies sending wrong parts even thoigh i have paypal receipt proof of what i ordered. They say their receipt is different well thats not what it shows on paypal or ebay purchase history. So they are lying to keep my money and not send the right parts. Very unprofessional. Order from reputable sorces like jegs or summit instead of these clowns. Ordered ignition coils through them on amazon. They were packaged terribly. All the product packaging was in tact so I didn’t think much of it beyond that. All four ignition coils came out of the box faulty. All four cylinders misfiring. I contacted them and they refused any responsibility and will not refund or replace. Somehow they also won an amazon A to Z claim. BUYER BEWARE.

Dont buy anything from this place. you might save $10 on a part, but he will keep half of any money he gets from you. guy called me a scam artist for trying to return a item. seems like hes the scam artist and has done this to multiple people. told me over the phone to have a nice expletive day , and hung up after I had called to ask why I wasnt refunded the whole amount. from what Ive read he sells on amazon and ebay. buyer beware.

Ordered a set of heads for my sbc. Called em a week later, they said they were building them. A couple days later I get my money back. So I call them after a couple more days. Just for them to tell me they are out of stock on those heads, and wont have em back for a couple weeks or months. ....Bummed out.

Sooo.... I was looking for an aftermarket slip yoke and u joints and was about to call one of the more well known distributors in Columbus when a friend told me to call ASA. I did and the gentleman on the phone was very nice. He asked me to bring the part to him to look at so I brought it down there on my lunch break.The man who helped me was very nice but informed me he could not get what I needed. However he recommended I got o Foreman Powertrain to get it and gave me turn by turn directions there. I went to Foremans and got exactly what I needed. In stock and available with even some mechanic recommendations.Bottom line: ASA Performance knew they couldnt get me what I needed but knew exactly where I could get it and got me to their door. That is what I call professional! And while I was there I found everything I could ever want from a performance parts shop. I will, without a doubt, go back and expect to get treated exactly the same way.Thanks ASA Performance!!!!!

I’ve delt with rude people before, but this guy is a piece of work. I tried asking a question about a product in his EBay store; First he was unknowledgable and second he antagonized a fight with me over eBay’s email system!! Who does that?!? The only good thing that happened was me NOT purchasing anything from him. I hope no one gets conned by this horrible business owner.

This guy should be prosecuted for all the b.s., scams and fraud he does. Look at all the negative reviews on google and ebay, that will tell you something right there. I asked to cancel an item 12 hours after paying through ebay and he would not accept it. It took 4 days later to even get a shipping label created and 2 more days for UPS to recieve it. He accepts free returns but then charges you both ways for shipping, how is that free? Wish I lived closer so I could see this piece of work in person. Ebay did make it right and refunded me the difference.

Worst company I have ever used would never use them again and I warn anyone not to use them the parts I ordered were bad casting they tried grinding on them to remove the casting marks which ruined the sealing surface but shipped it anyway. They wont make it right by refund or exchange

Was looking for a set of rod bolts for my impala. Amazon search engine can up with arp 123-6002. I called the ARP Tech line to verify the part number. The tech said they would fit. I ordered them from ASA for $93.63. Despite ARPs info, they did not fit. I returned them to ASA and was offered a refund of only $71.70. Claim restocking fee, 22%! Rude and arrogant. Refused to provide a name behind the rude emails.DO NOT USE, USE SUMMIT INSTEAD. Much Better people to deal with...

ASA Performance in Columbus GaSold a Elderbrock carberator and it was defective send it back through USPS they were closed on the first delivery attempt and the USPS never tried to redeliver but notified the. 4 times they had a package to pickup they would not go pickup the package. The carberator was returned 2 weeks later. The carberator was then shipped UPS and delivered ASA stated they did not recieve the carberator yet they signed for it. They do not warranty thier parts they have lied and will not give you credit all we wanted was a replacement carberator. The WORST PLACE OF BUSINESS I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. The BBB was notified and could not get the business to comply. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Ordered a set of head bolts through Amazon opened the package up to find the box had already been opened and several of the bolts had been previously been used

I saw a autometer tach they were selling, but the ad showed 2 different pictures of the face of the tach. I asked which one i would receive and they told me. Guess which one came, the wrong one. I never took it out of the box, once i saw it was wrong. I tried sending it back, but after 5 days of back and forth, nothing. After I threatened to turn them over to E-bay, they finally told me to send it back and gave me their address. I sent it back in the same box they shipped it to me in, unopened, and unused, i even paid the return shipping, and they still charged me 20% open box fee. I appealed that 20% to e-bay and they sided with me. I got the rest of my money back! There are plenty of other businesses that want your money and treat you right. SUPPORT THEM INSTEAD!!

I called to order an HEI distributor because I wanted to speak with a knowledgeable person and ensure I received the correct product. After ordering through Shaun Arnold at ASA the part received wouldnt fit my described application. I asked to do a return and was told I had to pay freight and $12.00 restocking which I could deal with. Now its been a month and they have not gave me a refund yet saying a wire hold down was not included. I told them I never removed anything from the distributor only to be cursed out and called a liar. This is not a business you want to deal with. Ive since found that southern rods is a much better company to buy from. Shaun did not know he was loosing the $20,000.00 a year in future revenue over lousy customer service.

I have bought a camshaft sprocket set and it is not going to work for my application, so I tried to call them and could not get any one to answer. Phone recording kept going to a voice mail. The website says they are open, what kind of operation is this????

This company has horrible costumer service and I have tried to return a couple items to them and they refuse to swap them out. They told me the fees wouldnt be worth it, to just order the right part. Thats not right. They do not deserve anyones service so please dont give it to them. if you ever need anything from ARP get it from them directly because they are much more willing to satisfy there customers. they even swapped out the part, and i didnt even buy it from them, they are the benchmark for automotive product service.

(sarcasm) Well the owner just made accusations which were very false about their local postal worker completely based on what they thought the postal officer did but they were wrong and also with the responses that I personally got from the owner Shaun and Heather, I personally believe that they dont deserve to own a business like this, I believe they should be humbled by this experience but being the people that they are they probably wont theres too much pride involved. Im just gonna leave with this. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Absolute worst company to deal with. I ordered valve covers for a big block chevy which states that some valve covers would not fit with aluminum rockers. I called and spoke with owner and asked if he could measure them for me. The owner started using profanity and cursed me out. Needless to say he wouldnt even measure a valve cover for me. This company has ZERO customer service and they are flat out rude. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING form asa performance
