I work for State Farm and have referred business to Glass America for years without a complaint. I have also used them personally and will continue. They are very responsive, quick and fair priced.

Wow just wow 5 stars all around! I got my windshield replaced by Glass America and from beginning to end was smooth and painless. Was not expecting such a great experience because I was going for saving money, well I got both! The rep called to confirm my appointment the day before and she gave me my techs number. The day of, I had to get to an appointment in the evening so I called my tech and let him know the situation. He was super professional (I think his name was Shane?) And we worked it out if he could come by a certain time to allow the glue to dry I would be ok to drive the truck. He didnt have to but he hustled over and got my windshield replaced in time. It looks great. That was two + weeks ago and the glass cured properly as well, no leaks or noises. Totally recommend 100% thanks guys!

Not professionals, nothing wrong with body of vehicle, guy turned it down because he didnt feel like doing the work. Save yourself some time and call safelite instead.
