Service King helped me with repairs to a hit & run in 2020 so when I was to choose where to go this time, I instantly knew. They were great at helping me get in the next day when their national phone people said it would be 10 days. Awesome work on both my Trax and them helping me get the rental back to proper place. I hope I never need a car fixed again, but if I do Darby Creek Service King will be it. Thanks to all of you..!One added thing was when I told them I worked directly across West Broad, I could walk to work, they didn’t want me crossing 4-lanes on foot, and took me. Sweet -

This was my first experience with getting body work done with my car and it was a very positive experience. The people that worked there were very nice and helpful. They walked me through everything I needed to know during the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone that was in a similar situation.

As an employee and previous consumer I can say this company operates with full integrity . The customers vehicle is top priority . The service manager Mike is awesome and very well respected by myself and staff. Julia is the front desk rep and shes sweeter than cherry pie

Checked hours of service on Saturday 1.2.2021. website said 9a til noon. went there and despite open sign in the window no one answered at locked door or telephonecalled again on 1.4 and lady answered phone hello. wasnt sure i had correct as she answered like it was a residence.she asked when I could come in and i said now. she informed me that despite being open she couldnt do anything because its dark outside.idk,call me crazy but Id expect to be able to pull into a bay in a lit garage? its winter, I work while its light.anyway service king would seem a misnomer. maybe they do good body work. not sure how else they stay in business

I was in an auto accident early in June . My insurance recommended Service King. I was never pleased more then to hand my keys over to a professional business like Service King. Now I hear they do more services then handle accident repair I will be back for more repairs.

I was a little skeptical at first using Service King, as my insurance company had directed me to their facility for repair. I honestly have to say things went really well at the Service King on Broad St. in Columbus Ohio. David was my customer service rep., and he did great from start to finish. My car looks great too, cant even tell there had been damage. Really happy with my experience there, David kept me informed the entire process and was super friendly.

Service Kings on West Broad Street did an awesome job on my car after I got a fender bender! I am so grateful I went to this place. I believe Dave was my repairman and he did an excellent job repairing the damages to my vehicle. The paint job as well as the way they cleaned the inside of my car was so nice. I felt like I was in a brand new vehicle!! The customer service was good too and Im all about that!!! Great job Service Kings!!

My wife had some repair work done here after her brand new car was hit in the parking lot by a kid with his license less than an hour. Service was pretty good, there were time frame fluctuations the wife didnt care for but the repairs turned out nice. We had a panel clip pop loose that was rattling that took a bit of convincing but they fixed it. Sadly, since we picked it up weve had trouble with the locks on the lift gate that was worked on. Weve dealt with the issue but its quite annoying.

Staff was nice but service advisor Chris lacks experience made several promises but didnt keep them and 14 days I have to take vehicle somewhere else to get serviced. I Dont recommend this place

I have a 2008 green Jeep Wrangler Unlimited X and had a minor accident. State Farm my insurance recommended them and I went there on Saturday (their shop closed on Saturday only for taking pictures and info). On Monday, Casey is the guy called me and also emailed me the estimate to replace the bumper and stuff, he told me he can call Byers and get the bumper ordered. Since I have to work I told him I can drop the Jeep off on the following Sunday so he can work on it Monday. It was good fast experience but I do wish their hours can be more flexible (closed 4:30pm on weekdays).

DO NOT GO HERE. First, I would like to say that I never write reviews for anything, but the service I received here was so incredibly horrible that I feel very compelled to share. I was in a minor accident in April, and our insurance company insisted we had to take our car to this place--which is illegal by the way. Not knowing any better, we did. When the car came back a month later, it was drivable and looked fine, but I noticed that the wheels were squeaking, and ALL of the emergency lights were on. On top of that, the bumper that they fixed was loose. So we brought the car back, they apologized, and explained that the mechanic who worked on my car had been let go for instances like this before.. he had dislodged the shield in my car, not applied the bumper correctly, and had left all of the wiring undone. Service King then fixed my car again, by plugging things in, placing a spare tire on a rim, and painting over the problems oppose to fixing them. So not only did they release my car to me with LIFE THREATENING PROBLEMS, but they failed to fix it twice. Long story short, I went to Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet on West Broad-- right down the road, and I was very happy with the service I received there. Dont trust this place with your money, or your car. They will only disappoint.Update: The manager actually LIED to me about letting the mechanic go, and he admitted that he lied about it. Wow. Isnt that fun. The employees are frauds and honestly so is Allstate. If Allstate recommends them, know that they are wrong, and that you have other reliable options that Allstate will have to pay for.

If It was possible I would give them negative stars. I brought my truck there because my insurance recommended it. All I needed was a new bumper, tire and possibly a new rim and they quoted me $2200. That was after getting used or cheaper parts. Which is absolutely crazy!! Mike the guy behind the desk was useless and didnt seem to care & I have no clue how he still has a job. I decided to take my truck to a dealership, paid the repair out of my pocket and got it done for $700. I wouldnt even recommend to bring my sons tricycle there.

After taking my van there thru my insurance claim , my van was done and when I picked up I noticed that the new work (panels on bottom) didn’t match the existing work. I went back and their answer was that they couldn’t do nothing about because that’s how the panels came. And also when the van was there I asked them to quote me on other work that I needed done (aside from insurance claim) never did I get a phone call about it, when I picked up the van I asked about it and their answer “we’ll have someone call you” never received the phone call..personally I would not go back..finally when I got a quote after 3 time..they wanted to charge me so much that I wondered how they keep in business..TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

Lost control of my GTI and insurance suggested to take my car to this location, they were good with communication, they totaled the car because of one stripped engine harness wire that just needed to be heated back together, that was 4 grand while retail is only 400 dollars, it only needed minor front end parts. cooling, bumper, etc; I went to the Insurance auction to receive my plates and they stole my expensive tools inside, I bought my car back from the auction and there was so many expensive minor stuff missing from the vehicle, Dont take your car here if you crash your car, they will find a reason to total your car and steal your stuff to make as much money as possible.

Very bad service. Wanted to rip me off, full of fraud, Rude workers, bad customer services. A worker sitting in the back wanted to start a fight. I called the police - was about to have a police come when they finished the work and told me to get outta here. Very bad/ rough people-- I will complain to the business Bureau about this and let them do investigation on this business- especially that no good worker. This is unacceptable. Dont recommend no one to this company.

Dont expect to be seen in this place without making an appointment. If a customer is in front of you asking you for an estimate on a small dent, give the customer an estimate. Why make them come back another time, this shows me you could care less about my time. I will take my business elsewhere!! Also I saw several (5) body guys watching someone weld, couldnt one of them have given me the estimate? You will never receive my business!!

I will not use their service anymore, they will give you the cheapest eatimate and will be rude with you. Women that works there even missed to find damage which is ridiculous and unprofessional. I am not sure about the rest of them but having that experience i wont use their service anymore.

I dont want to give them any stars, this is the worst repair shop ever!!!! Do not take your car there. They dont stand behind their work!!!! So much for a lifetime warranty, you have a problem within 6 months of getting your car back and it wasnt their fault.
