Good selection of home decor. I love the beach house themed items. Garden items are outstanding as well.

Must admit, this is an odd store. But they have a good selection of a wide range of goods. Seems like fair enough quality, and really good prices. Lots of holiday decor if you need that too!

Horrible management bought some sale items that couldnt be returned after purchase but the register didnt show prices asked manager why and he said I dont have too shop here wow never again

Horrible check out process, and tge cashier acted like she was hating life and her life decisions, let alone her job.She was slow as molasses running uphill in below freezing weather.Thanks Deborah for blaming the customers for you your life decisions.

I love this place. it has some really great ideas for home decor. i have a sister who created arts and crafts. she visited me yesterday (shes not from Columbus) and i took her here. we spent several hours in the store. this place has lots of good everything; from arts and crafts to furniture. i definitely recommend you stop by if you are looking to decorate

All sorts of houseware, kitchenware, and decor. Lots to see here and lots of good deals. Some items not the best quality. Great place to shop glassware and dishes. Pet supplies too

It was pleasant and clean

I love Old Time Pottery, they have a huge slection of household goods, great seasonal items, and more. Prices are very affordable and they almost always have different sales going on. There have been a few times that I have seen damaged goods on the shelves and at times you do need to really look over products before purchasing. Other than that I have had no issues. Staff are super friendly and helpful, the store is clean, bathrooms clean. There is plenty of parking, easy access to the roads.

This is a great place to find some inexpensive household items. They have a lot of holiday stuff, so if youre big on holiday decorations, then you should take a look. I personally come here for sales on kitchen and bathroom items. Sometimes you might find some nice living room accessories and other household items. Its really hit or miss, but its fun to explore (thats what makes it 5 stars).

I dont get to shop here very frequent any more but i always find something i like. IT IS A STORE YOU CAN JUST TAKE YOUR TIME LOOKING AROUND IN, AND YOU MAY FIND JUST WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR OR JUST WANT. ITS BIG BUT SMALLER THAN THE BIG BOX STORES! PRICES ARE REASONABLE. TRY IT IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN! GO BACK IF ITS BEEN A LONG TIME. GOOD LUCK!

Caveat emptor, beware of the merchant! We went in to purchase new drinking glasses for Easter, and the colored glaze on the bottom peeled off the moment we washed them up at home. A coverlet we bought for the bed, once out of the package revealed that there was no bottom layer of fabric, only exposed batting. The new owners from 2014 have chosen the bottom line over customer service. Shop there at your own risk!

Always a great place to get Damn near anything Decorative or Utilitarian.

You walk through the door and immediately you get Hello or welcome from whom ever us at the front. Nice idea! From hello you get to browse through fake Flowers that look real and are at a minimum cost, loads of seasonal decorations, mirrors, frames, linen , rugs, kitchen products, and anything else you may want or need. My favorite store on Morse Rd. has everything.

I always find what Im looking for at OTP, and then some. Theres always really good, useful stuff. Although the prices seem to have gone up. But it could be just me.

The dock behind the building and is not easily identified because it is a mall and you dont have signs telling you what Doc is what store. Besides that Old Time Pottery had three ladies come out and empty the trailer. They werent the fastest boat and they arent the most experience however they get it done within a decent time frame. Even though sometimes one would get in front of the other one and block the other ones Passage. A little humorous.

Seems like half the place is empty a lot of the time but its probably because of holiday stock turnover. I really like this place despite that and have been back many times for craft supplies, cleaning gear, kitchen stuff.. It does seem to be a tad understaffed, but for someone like me that just likes to browse for a while, its not a problem

It is horrible. Poor customer service and the store is cluttered like a swap meet. I found a picture that was in the clearance items and I took it up to the cashier and she stated to me that it was full price. I was angry as she tried to be condescending as if it was my fault, but maybe there wouldnt be problems like this if they cleaned the store up! Also the picture was damaged and they only wanted to offer 15% off and no return. The manager said he would take more off if the frame was broken?! Who would even buy something like that?! Ridiculous. Stick with your better craft stores like Joannes, Michaels, or Hobby Lobby. This place is a joke.

This place has a lot of things, from rugs to lamps to holiday items. And most for a good price. Always getting new inventory.

Great shopping

This store is huge. It has a great selection of home and garden products. The prices are at least 1/3 less than more expensive home stores. The quality of the products also seems to be pretty good considering the price.

Good selections for arts&crafts,seasonal decor. As with so many stores these days, only one register open, but cashier friendly and fairly quick.

Store has a large variety of household items. The prices are reasonable and the cashiers are helpful and friendly.

Poor customer service. Sign says 20% off ceramic pots, then at checkout they state only the shiny ones. What??? That is glazing on a ceramic pot, not the definition of a ceramic pot. Management refused to even acknowledge the error, nor would he remove the signs put there to dupe people into thinking the non-glazed ceramic pots were on sale. How can a manager at a pottery establishment be so ignorant of the main merchandise. Wonder how many other people got fooled by the bait and switch and just thought their bill was a little high? Even with discount we had well over $300 worth of stuff, but we had the whole sale voided and will never shop there again.

A great place to shop for inexpensive items of all sorts. They have everything that you need from dishes to lawn care to rugs food cleaning etc etc .
