Great selection of firearms, they didn’t have what I was looking for. But would be a fantastic place to purchase your first firearm. Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly, and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Visited today.I’m very disappointed with the absolute lack of service from this establishment. They do have a decent selection of new and used handguns/long guns but it seems like they have zero enthusiasm for their customers or enthusiasm for life in general. I’ve walked around the store for several minutes and wasn’t even greeted by the owner. It is no wonder to me that average people have a negative view of the firearms community when anyone that walks into a little gun store like this is treated like a second-class or non-human shadow or at best an inconvenient waste of air by the fuds behind the counter. I am literally entering the store in hopes that I could spend my money on some merchandise!!! I am an avid gun enthusiast with a (albeit small but) growing collection. One of my first Jobs as a young adult was selling guns at a firearms retailer in my hometown. It was absolutely unacceptable in any retail space, especially this one to not at least make eye contact with a customer and say hello. I didn’t even bother asking what their prices were (because they didn’t seem to be posted) I just left, maybe Seymour‘s two gun stores will have some common courtesy.The bottom line is, I’ve been to this gun store a handful of times in the last 10 years and I’ve never been impressed but today I was extremely disappointed. My opinion I’m sorry to say is that this place is done for as soon as it’s customer base and ownership are in all in their nursing homes and it will go the way of landline phones and Sears catalogs.Today I am waving goodbye to Phoenix guns for good. 👋🏽👎🏽

Id like to start off with saying Phoenix Guns has a very wide range and selection of handguns, accessories and long guns. Even during this gun shortage and ammo shortage they have alot of selection still. Keep in mind prices will be priced accordingly because everything is going up price wise. Before Covid hit, their prices were very far for the market price. I have bought several guns over the years through Phoenix and have been very pleased with the way they accommodate your questions. The owners have been very helpful finding guns online for me and will order anything you may want if they dont have it in store. With any business, you have to ask questions to get your answers. Im not sure why people have left negative reviews on this business but Ive always had a great experience with this gun store.I would definitely recommend this gun store if youre in the market for a new handgun or needing some ammo or accessories!

Drove past so I decided to drop in. They have alot of guns but I think I know why. They were very rude. I didn’t get greeted and I was only one of two in the store. I was surprised they had sig, trijicon, and more top notch items. They also had a lot of various ammo. You won’t know it though because it’s kept behind the counter and no one will ask you if you need assistance. I do not recommend this place unless you are hard up and can stand rudeness!! It’s a mess so you’ll need some time to try to find what you want.

Just called to inquire about powder. Lady was very rude on the phone. I won’t be stopping by!

They do not tell you that its curbside service only even when you call and ask if they are open. They were rude with me when I got there after driving 45 minutes one way to view their stocked selection and they dont have any inventory lists to view. The only way Id ever purchase from them is if the had a 99.99% clearance sale and they had been bought by someone else. Ill never spend any money with this place.

Rude people not even interested in selling anything. Went in for a couple mags for sake of being local. It seemed as though me stopping in annoyed them.

I had a very nice experience shopping at Phoenix Guns for my sons first hunting rifle. The owners were very helpful and generous with their time and knowledge. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Very dark inside. Needs to add lighting. Very over crowded with product everywhere. Smells like cat pee. They do have a good selection of guns.

I buy alot of guns, let me start with that. I love small mom and pop gun stores because it helps small business and keeps my money local. That being said I had decided today was the day I was going to buy a Glock 43x as my new carry gun, tired of the weight and size of my double stacks. Well just happened upon Phoenix Guns and easy parking, not to big a place and when i went inside i was amazed, they have alot of nice guns, alot of accessories, and overall they just had alot of guns... Well to start off with when i asked to see the G43X they had in the case they lady scoffed and was mumbling under her breath as if i was bothering her. Ok fine its early, not had her coffee yet. I asked a few questions and every answer was rude and condescending.... yeah im done, thank you very much and i walked out. If i am a burden to you to let me spend $500 plus dollars in your store then someone else will get my money. And did i mention i buy alot of guns. Not one dime of mine will be spent there. Good luck with your business model.

The owners are very pleasant and helpful and their prices are very reasonable, cant help but go back whenever I need ammo.
