I had a great experience with Jason Cox and ultimately purchased a new RDX. He was genuine and helpful when I was initially looking on the lot, and has been continuously helpful after the purchase. He even helped me install some seat covers at a later date so I didnt have to make a service appointment. From my observations, Jason was considerate and appreciative of everyone he was interacting with, which ultimately made me feel very good about purchasing from Lindsay.

Tyler McClung was awesome! He greeted us as we walked up to the cars on the lot. He walked us through the entire lot to make sure we didn’t miss anything that might have caught our eye. I purchased my vehicle for Lindsey Honda a couple of years ago. I purchased an extend warranty. I scheduled to have my vehicle repaired and that is when the customer service went out the window. I was give incorrect information. They apologized for their mistake but did not go above and beyond for the customer. They made bigger mistakes. Did not give me the customer all the much needed information. They sent me on wild goose chases and again never once offered to fix their mistakes.

After experiencing what I thought was the best car buying experience, I realized everything about Lindsay Acura was dishonest. The car itself had damage, we were told the dealership owned & used the vehicle in its service fleet and we were quoted and given very different finance rates. I would not recommend doing business here. Lindsay is every reason why customers don’t trust car dealerships or their employees.

Rewriting my previous post: Very nice people at this dealership. Inventory has a wide selection and the service is.....less than ideal. My experience began last year. I had an SUV which was my Parents pride and joy. 2004 with less than 50k miles. I took the SUV to get serviced at this location. Approximately 2 weeks later the check engine light came on. I was asked to bring the vehicle back in for a diagnostic. The service technician asked me if I were interested in selling the vehicle and I said I could maintain it for years to come since it was lightly used. At this visit I found that the hoses had deteriorated due to age and to replace would be $300. Saw this as an investment and went ahead with repairs. A month later, same check engine light came on and I returned. Another technician asked if I was interested in selling the vehicle. Not sales representatives, technicians were asking. I declined and found that a $600 repair was now needed because new hoses were stressing the older system. If you are still reading, here is where my disdain starts. My wife and I were driving on the highway a week after these new repairs were made. The check engine light came back on while driving at highway speed. Then all of the lights started blinking. The power steering was inactive and then the brakes went out. By the grace of God I was able to guide the vehicle to safety without hurting any one or damaging anything. On the side of the highway, we called and they sent a tow truck. This was during Covid response and the tow truck driver was unable to have us ride with him, leaving us on the shoulder. We were trying to find ride share options; however, they will only pick up from an address. We decided to WALK to the next exit to be picked up. It was a short way, when our guardian angel (Howard) pulled over seeing the tow truck with the SUV on it and two people walking on a busy highway. Random acts of kindness! Howard drove us to the dealership and we were informed that the sending unit failed in the vehicle. The repairs for this would be $1100. After the necessary parts were ordered, I made the decision to go forward with repairs. When I returned to the dealership, I was informed that the new part blew the engine. Now my vehicle was worthless. I was given the option of purchasing a vehicle from their dealership and using my vehicle as salvage. Ironically, one of the mechanics purchased the vehicle as is (with the new parts I had paid for). Fast forward to a couple of days ago. The car which was purchased from their dealership now had an electrical issue. I purchased the warranty before driving off the lot and had the car towed to the dealership. The service technician tells me my warranty is no longer valid. Even with the card stating 2022 expiration for a warranty sold at the dealership, it took a call to the main warranty of the manufacturer to verify I had a warranty in place. Once this was verified, I was told I would have an out of pocket on the type of issue the car was exhibiting. At this point, I was done. Thankful to be alive from the SUV failing. Thankful to now have a vehicle which runs. Thankful to not be at the mercy of the nice people at this dealership and especially thankful to not have that kind of experience in the future. Beware of this place.

My 7 year old MDX key fob fell apart in my pocket last weekend. Service manager suggested I need vehicle and need to buy new key fob and get it reprogrammed. I shared that fob circuitry still works. Just need it put back together. Matt in parts put it back together in 90 seconds. Saved hundreds. No charge. Love this dealership. Not ever thinking of replacing 2014 MDX. Runs like brand new. 83,000 miles. May keep 10 more years.

I have been using this dealership for over 20 years and finally their too busy mentality has just lost this customer. I have been calling for over three weeks to schedule a service call. Always got recorded messages. Then I placed my name in a cue for a call back. I got the call back but it was an automated message, once again, to leave a message. Then finally today when I got a hold of a human being she switched me over to what.....Yes another recording to leave a message. I am done with this dealership and I recommend you go to Dublin Acura as it took me only 10 minutes to schedule a service appointment. It is sad that I have to give at least one star in order to post this review. They dont even deserve that one star.

They took my wife for granted the service people were very dishonest people. It just so happens that dishonest people know that auto mechanic work is complicated enough a fair amount of people won’t know if they’re getting taken advantage of. People like that play on the fear of the customer that if a certain condition isn’t tended to immediately then this very expensive repercussion is inevitable. After all you still need to get to work and take the kids to school. Your car is your lifeline and they realize that. And scam and play on a women the service department need to be sued #christian company what a joke

Used cars sales: Maybe my experience is unusual; I found a car that I thought was a good buy at a good price. I tested it out and AC was not working on it. I was told that it will be fixed in a couple of hours and I mentioned that I would probably come in the evening for more testing. I came back in the evening and another salesperson told me that the car was sent to wholesale because AC issue was too expensive to fix. I appreciate the honesty but a courtesy call would have been great.

While in the Acura service center.... I am submitting this review because the service that I experienced was beyond horrible. I recently purchased a used Acura, and I was recommended to to come to this specific store because I was told that I would be taken care of. While making the appointment the DAY BEFORE I went into the service center, i was offered a loaner car due to the services I wanted done taking more than a few hours to complete. As I arrived to the service center, the associate that I was dealing with was less that tasteful. His customer service was very unpleasant, and he left me with the uncomfortable feeling that I wasn’t welcome. Once we began the process of signing paperwork the gentleman explained to me that there needed to be some insurance changes, which I was more than happy to do. As I was making the changes the associate I was dealing with stated that his “manager” smelled smoke in MY car. Rather than maybe explaining that they have a no smoking policy and they’d appreciate if I wouldn’t smoke in it, (which I never planned on doing due to the vehicle not being mine) I was told that I would HAVE to sit at the service center for the 4+ hours that it would have taken to complete the service. The horrible service I received has left me at a disadvantage; my entire day has to be shifted around and rescheduled due to the employee lacking simple communication skills that are required when working in ANY sort of establishment dealing with the general public. I would recommend that anyone think twice before agreeing to have them work on your vehicle, they seem to make promises that they’ll back out of due to judging a book by its cover. I am a black, young man, and I feel this was THE worst experience I’ve had in the 10 years I have owned cars.

I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from Lindsay Acura in February and bought the best warranty available. 3 months later, I discovered the engine was leaking. Lindsay Honda said I would need to take it to Lindsay Acura because they only service Hondas. At Lindsay Acura, I waited over 3 hours for them to diagnose my vehicle. They set up a date for it to be repaired but said they couldnt give me a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired because I didnt purchase an Acura. They were supposed to get together with the warranty company and arrange a rental car because I had spent hours the day prior trying to arrange a rental. It has been a month and still no resolution and no repair. My car needs repaired and I bought the warranty for no reason 🤷🏼‍♀️. I WILL NEVER EVER do business with Lindsay Honda or Lindsay Acura again.

My daughter has a car from here, the service dept keeps trying to sell her services she doesnt need, and tries to charge her for mistakes they made on repairs. Such as incorrectly installing brackets on her brakes and then trying to bill her for fixing that error. STAY AWAY. They also dont honor their shop loaner claim. - Oh, we dont have any right now. Meant I had to follow her there to bring her home.

Lindsay Acura is a great place and knows how to treat its clients. I took my car in for service issue. Bob Hurts took great care of me. Bob was supper nice, knowledgeable and very professional.Last week I went I took my car to Acura Columbus and i was treated like total garbage. Acura of Columbus does not do business like an Acura dealership should. Its nice to know that Lindsay Acura is the best Acura dealership in Central Ohio. Ill Decently buy my next Acura from Lindsay.

I absolutely have to write a review about how amazing the service team was at Lindsay Acura, specifically Logan. This man is an absolute superstar when it comes to customer service. I was having issues dealing with the used car sales dept because I needed an explanation/resolution on a random electrical issue I was having since the day I bought the car. I could not get ANYONE from used sales to work with me. I even had the sales person lie to me about doing an electrical test on the car to assure me there would be no issues with it. Long story short I could not get in contact with anyone, I could not get a clear answer, and it just gave off this vibe that the used car sales could care less now that they had sold the car. BUT GUESS WHO SAVED THE DAY? LOGAN! Logan understood where I was coming from, and the fact that when you spend a lot of money on your first car, you want a clear answer on issues when theyre supposed to be the experts. Logan was 100% transparent with me the entire time, and vouched for me in getting the costs covered (as it shouldve been considering the circumstances). Anyways, I cant say enough about Logan. He was so calm, supportive, and helpful even when it was apparent I was stressed about the situation. I am so happy I was able to work with him. Lindsay Acura, I hope you seriously value this amazing employee.

We needed to replace a front speaker our 2008 Acura MDX. We called the parts dept. and ordered it. We were told it would be available for pick up the next day. We called the next day to make sure the speaker was available for pick up and we were told yes. We got there and there was a mistake and the speaker was not available for pick up, it was not unloaded when parts deleiveries were made. They were very apologetic. We were not charged for speaker and it was delivered by to our house within a few hours. That is some excellent customer service!

I had a great day at Lindsay Acura, not only did I get a 2017 Accord Sport, but I met a great guy Zach and he really took his time with me and made me feel totally comfortable in the purchase, no high pressure sales tactics or anything negative. He was thorough and really knew his stuff. I also enjoyed talking to the guy across from him about his daughter the basketball star at Wale Forrest, even with me being a huge UNC fan! Lol! The finance department gave me options and the woman there was awesome too! I want to start this review by saying that this is my second time working with Lindsay Acura, and while I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from there a few years prior, I was incredibly pleased with how kindly I was treated by Tabitha, who is now in the finance department, at that time.This time around, our journey began when my husband called looking for a specific vehicle, and Zack answered. He took our information and found which vehicle we were asking about so he could have it ready for us when we came to test drive it about 30 minutes later.We loved vehicle, but Zack quickly realized that a different model may be a better fit for us. No, by the time it was all said and done, we paid more for what we bought than what we were initially looking at, but not by much. Zack helped us score a really incredible deal on a certified preowned vehicle that is practically brand new, loaded with tons of features that we would not have gotten in the original vehicle, and is a few years newer.Zack helped us test drive a handful of vehicles, each time taking a moment to go over all of the features with us, and even giving us a cord to use so we could try out the Apple CarPlay feature in the vehicle I ended up purchasing. He was patient and understanding during the entire shopping process, he was direct but not pushy. It took us a few days to ultimately decide that we were going to purchase the vehicle he initially suggested to us. During that time he we even went as far as having an entire phone conversation with my husband on his day off about the vehicle, during which he was very candid and transparent.And to bring the entire experience Full circle, Tabitha assisted us in the finances department, where she was incredibly patient with my husband to insists on reading everything he signs (I don’t blame him).I would 100% recommend Lindsay Acura to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle from a company with good values and trustworthy employees.

From start to finish of purchasing our vehicle on 1/21/2021, service and friendliness was excellent. Marc Bauer was great at explaining what we were purchasing & how all the repair work that was done to our specific vehicle was done in house. Financing with Tabitha was great too. She had a warm heart about welcoming us into the Acura family. We now have had the car just 32 days, as I write this review on 02/23/2021. A few weeks in from purchasing our vehicle, our low tire light continued to go on and off every 3-4 days. I was told it was cold, or maybe the valve stem was bad. We would fill the 2 tires with air and it would hold another few days. So, we set an appointment to get it fixed. In the meantime, I noticed 2 cracks in my windshield. I alerted Marc Bauer who sold us the vehicle. He advised Lindsay Acura doesnt do anything with glass, we would need to outsource repair, after previously telling us during our car buying experience, all repairs to the vehicle were done in house. When we heard all repairs were done in house, glass was not in conversation as being excluded.I called Safelite AutoGlass. They came out and inspected our vehicle to tell us they cant fix the windshield, because it had already been fixed. They could only replace the windshield glass.We alerted Lindsay Acura, when we dropped off the car to check the valve stems on 02/22/2021 and we were told by Don in the service dept. that they wouldnt be able to help us with the cracked windshield because they dont do glass repair in house.I was excited to purchase my 1st Acura. The first 30 days have been less than enjoyable. Now, I am stuck with filing a glass claim (through no fault of my own) with my auto insurance to get my windshield repaired. Im disappointed with my experience at Lindsay Acura. I wouldve thought dealership wouldve been better than this.

A good place for the maintenance and service of your vehicle. The service staff is really nice and knowledgeable. But unfortunately, the Lindsay Bodyshop is just a waste of time as the staff is absolutely non-cooperative and very slow. If I say, “They do everything at a Snail’s pace.”, it won’t be wrong. And at least twice as expensive.I am greatly satisfied with Service but equally disappointed with the Bodyshop. So they earn a 4 star rating!!!

Very friendly staff and amazing service! I drove from Indianapolis to purchase my 2020 ILX premium package. I had been dealing with few bad dealerships around and Lindsay Acura made my purchase super easy, start to finish. From the beginning I knew what car I wanted and the color, so I was communicating with Jason and he made it super easy by doing everything over the phone. Jason did all the paperwork before I get to Columbus and his team made the process of buying a car so convenient. He responded to text messages quickly and answered all my questions and concerns. They have always treated us well and after this experience we will definitely be asking for Tabitha Browning again. She worked hard for us, first over email, (to save time and nail down as many specifics as possible), and then again in person. No pressure at all but she kept going back and forth with her manager to get us the best deal possible deal on our trade in and the payment we wanted on our next lease. I cannot say enough good things about Lindsey Acura or their salespeople. If youre looking for a car I would highly recommend stopping there and asking for Tabitha Browning.

They had a great deal on a used Lexus so I went to check it out. I called ahead and Jason had it ready for me when I showed up. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I feel the best salesmen are motivated to make a sale (you dont want an indifferent salesman), but dont come off as pushy. He was just that. Good guy, good to talk to.They gave me a better deal than I was expecting on my trade, far better than another dealer I contacted. Financing was also low pressure. Theyll offer the usual things, but dont try to force them on you. Overall, I would highly recommend them.

I was in the market for a new pickup truck. I had seen one at Lindsay Acura a while back so I wanted to see if it was possibly still for sale. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by the friendly staff. They always make you feel welcome, like you are a part of the family.My sales person was Gary Hilton. Actually my wife and I both had purchased vehicles from Lindsay and Gary so I know we would get great service. As it turns out the Toyota pickup truck was still available.  I took a test drive and decided I did want to purchase it.  If there is a waiting period to get through financing they offer beverages and snacks.I got the word later that day that the financing was completed and I could pick up my truck.  I went up the next day, signed off on the paperwork which took no time at all. I drove off in my new vehicle, again a very satisfied customer and I am happy to say I am extremely pleased with my purchase.  The attention to details and the service I received from Gary and all the people that made it happen for me at Lindsay Acura was greatly appreciated! If you are in the market for a vehicle just stop by Lindsay Acura on Scarborough Blvd and ask for Gary Hilton. This is my second review for this location the first review was edited a few minutes ago Steve one of the original owners son took our lease and filed it away and never honored me or our company to gain access to Cinema City at Market Place Movie Tavern LLC doing business as Marketplace of the Americas. Com owned by Bryce small Innovative Investments the internet Department thought they were really cute and kept moving my pins around that I created for the previous owner that sold them the building for $950,000 if I was you I would avoid this place like the plague the ownership is nothing like it used to be unfortunately criticizing a friend of the family by marriage is not easy to do on the internet but they deserve 0 business.

On website it states two oil changes but no one they told me about this.saleman gave me 2017 manual not my cars year.in finance nice lady said I get owners manual. I went to the dealership very nervous. I was looking at the cars I liked. I saw this young lady approach me and asked if I needed help. She was attentive but not pushy. I love that. Her name was Tabitha and she is truly a blessing to herself and your company. I never felt the vehicle never attainable . She walked me through every step as though she was purchasing the car herself. I felt her honesty and passion to help others. I just recently bought a Acura RDX from a salesman named Cory Miller. This was hands down one of the best buying experience I have ever had. He was very nice and courteous. I came in not knowing what I really wanted. I told him what I wanted in a vehicle and he found the perfect crossover. I love it. He was very knowledgeable about the car and had a friendly smile. Purchased a used vehicle so cannot review new car purchase. Our salesman Gary Hilton was personable and very friendly. I feel however, they dropped the ball on our vehicle. We made an appointment to see a 2007 mdx that was advertised online. Prior to driving an hour there, we inquired about forms of payment, as we were paying cash. We were told a personal check was fine. After 2 hrs and a hard pull on my credit, I was able to write a check. A branch of our bank was less than a mile away. It would have been no problem to get cashiers check. Disappointed. A week before the car was serviced, including the cooling system per their paperwork. The day we made the appointment, they recharge the air conditioning unit. Our test drive, the air was fine. Two days later, our air does not work, its the hottest week of the year. I believe they clearly knew there was a problem with the air. But we did buy as is so thats that. Still paid $11k so not like it was a beater car. We inquired about this and was told nothing they could do. Not confident in the service dept or the detail people. We found a petrified egg under one of the seats. They had the vehicle for at least 5 days before we came to look. The undercarriage was full of leaves, water bottles under the seat etc. So now looking for somewhere to service my vehicle. Probably not a good chance that I will purchase or service a vehicle here again.

Even though I am a Lindsay employee they could have given us the see your car and keys see ya treatment. But they didnt!
