I’ve been working with Tim over the last couple of weeks for a photo blown up on poster board to use for a memorial service. He was very patient and after we got the right photo that he could use because of those pixels the photo looks PERFECT! When I walked in this morning to pick it up the young lady said ‘Hi, Ms. Rose’ because she also helped me. It was a very pleasant and personal experience that was appreciated.

Closes at 6pm not 8pm. There are reviews going back at least 7 months taking about store hours being wrong. When you look at all the other tales of woe…it’s not surprising they can’t get this one small thing fixed. Another Issue: Not the fault of FedEx but this whole strip mall is terrible to navigate. They have serval carry out food retailers near the entrance and no where to do curbside pick up (so people just park in the lane of traffic/it’s chaos). This combined with inadequate parking and it’s a mess. Your nerves will be totally shot before you ever get to the locked door at FedEx who closed early.

I needed to have a 50 years old karate black belt certificate laminated. Jervy was worried that the precious document could be damaged during the process. I assured him that I could sign a waiver releasing FedEx of liabilities. As the mammoth machine took long time to warm up, I returned the next day to pick up. Jervy did a perfect job. Couldn’t be happier.

I dropped my iPad off at this location on a Thursday afternoon for shipment back to Apple. I came in with a QR code from Apple for scanning to develop a label. The team member scanned the QR code, printed the label and receipt, but did not immediately pack my iPad, which I thought was a little careless. Fast forward to the following Tuesday, the tracking number I received still shows as invalid. I call the store; the first team member immediately told me he couldnt help me and transferred me to customer service. I was transferred to three different departments who all told me the obvious; my tracking number was invalid and they couldnt do anything else. I called the store back and received help from a different team member. He took more time to look through every possible system within their store, but still could not find any record that I even dropped the package off. He told me that whoever was responsible for entering my package and tracking into the system probably did not re-scan the label to ensure this happened. While I appreciate the politeness and care from the last team member interaction, this outcome is absolutely ridiculous and is a reflection of poor training of staff. I would not suggest using FedEx to ship anything of substantial value and I definitely would steer clear of using this location for your shipping needs.

I sent them an email with a custom print job on September 1 and have not yet heard back 21 days later despite following up via email and calling on the phone. They put me on hold saying they would check and then never came back. I even verified the email address. Now my project is behind schedule and I will need to use a different location or company.

I literally just had the worst experience with this location. Dropped off a book to be cut in 4 smaller books, something that shouldn’t take more than a day. Dropped it off on Thursday, he said he would get it done by Friday and give me a call. Friday came and no one called, Saturday came and no one called. I just drove to the place out of desperation because I need this book before Monday and they are closed and also closed on Sunday. When you look online it says they are opened sat till 6 pm and opened Sunday as well but the sign on the door had different hours. There should be no reason why the hours online hours and the hours on the door should be different. I am so so so disappointed! What a horrible way to treat someone who desperately needed something done. I even offered to take the book back to take a different location on Thursday if they were too busy and he told me he would get it done. Never again.

This is the second time this week Ive made a special trip out to this location after checking the hours online only to be met with a locked door. Please update your hours... Got here at 5:58 doors were being locked asked if I could still ship my items as I drove over from a different city...... the answer was no they are closed. Ridiculous I am here and they should take their last customers. Customer service now days is extremely bad and online it closes at 8PM. You get here in person it closes at 6pm.

Justin did a phenomenal job. He had a very demanding customer when I walked in. She was ordering prints and had no clear idea of how many or what size she wanted. He was incredibly patient with her and remained patient and friendly despite the growing line. She continued to be indecisive and had no regard for anyone else in the store. He never got flustered and did a great job communicating with her and not rushing her even though she was holding up the line. He even offered to follow up by phone with her for final pricing since it would take several more minutes on his end to finalize her order (thankfully she agreed). He then quickly went through the remainder of the line with excellent customer service and care for each person he interacted with - thanking everyone for their patience. He was very friendly and helpful! Top notch service.Also, FedEx sucks for only having one person working on a Saturday.

The service was great. The worker helped me to complete a small job using her imagination and thought process. She helped to compare prices for the different options. The cheaper option was the best this time.This was my second visit to a FedEx Office this day. At the first store, the worker made me feel like I was a bother. She gave me no options and was in a hurry to charge me twice as much as I ended up paying her.So why only three stars? Because of the other customers. When I walked in I was the only customer. Four minutes later a Black female entered followed by an Indian trio. The female ended up standing beside me and questioming the worker while the worker was involved with my project. I thought this was rude and selfish. Was she that much in a hurry where she couldnt wait? The now worker had to divide her attention between her and me.As I was leaving I noticed that as the worker was helping the female the West Asians walked up and stood beside her. It seems like were in a hurry up culture where the person behind you is always pushing, always in a big rush for attention. If they arent beside you they are behind you tapping their foot, jingling their keys, fake coughing or producing some other noise.The workers at FedEx are not to blame here. They cannot be expected to manage anxious, me first customers. But they should. It would be more orderly and less chaotic if the workers, very gently, would keep people in line. Yes, teach them some manners.

I would like to say what an amazing experience we had at this location. Tim stayed over an hour after closing to help us format and print programs last minute for my uncle’s funeral. A lifesaver, seriously. A million thanks and keep up the good work!!

Was quickly helped by Cliff. I said I needed to Fed-Ex my laptop overnight but knew nothing about shipping items from a Fed-Ex office. Cliff said that was no problem. He told me that is why he is there, and it is his job to help me. He carefully packed my computer is eggshell foam and a box. He took my shipping and billing information, labeled the box and I was out the door in about 10 minutes or less. When I got back to my office I checked the tracking number and found the package had already been picked up for shipment. I would definitely use this location again and recommend it highly based on my experience.

Avoid EXPENSIVE international shipping with FedEx, It’s a SCAM!!!!!!I went to this store on April 9th to ship a small item under 2 pounds to Kingston, Jamaica. I was told that FedEx offers hassle free international shipping. The agent quickly sold me on their best option, “international priority shipping” at a cost of over $200. I was told that the item would be delivered on April 16th. However, five weeks later my package has not been delivered. Loraine the store manager threatened to call the police on me after I went to the store to inquire about my shipment 2 weeks past the date it should have been delivered. I reached out her District Manager, John Picciano and he was clearly not willing to take any responsibility, he had the don’t care, your problem attitude. He did not return my calls or proved helpful in anyway. These managers are clearly not empowered or incompetent. In any case, I don’t get the titles. They took my money, failed to render the service I paid for, then give me the run around. What a shitstem! To date my package is still not delivered. Corporate thieves.

I came in with the intention of shipping via FedEx SmartPost, without much of a clue as to what that meant. The person behind the desk explained it to me, told me how to obtain a label, and then shared several tips on how to get shipping costs down and which options were most reliable. This man was a wealth of knowledge. Then he proceeded to help me further by helping me to package the item, and by recording its measurements and weight on a sticky note for me to take home. He even used a box cutter to get it down to a smaller size so that I could save a bit more, since the box was larger than the contents required. Fantastic experience all around.

I needed a return label for Canada which can be done only online from your individual FedEx account - USPS and UPS do not have the service of creating international return label. I tried it at home and there were some sections I was confused with. Went in this store and the associate helped me create the labels on their computer there and everything was perfectly done. There was no charge for using their computer to create the labels. Package was sent and received as expected without any problems.

I was able to ship without waiting at 10am today.Staff Ms. D. greeted me, was very kind, typed the addresses and packed my papers so quickly, also explained various shipping cost for next day delivery.Good to know that this office is open until 11.00 pm during week days.

Most people are nice here, but one old black lady looks always very upset and desperate. I understand you may have your own problems but you should show your patience when you work here. One year ago, I tried to go out of this store and this lady wanted to enter this store, I went ahead and wanted to open the door and hold the door for this lady, but this lady thought I wanted to go out first without giving way to her and she rushed into the store angrily, after that, she either gave weird noise or gave very bad appearance when I showed up in this store. Please keep positive thinking, nobody want to rush out of the store, others just wanted to treat every lady politely including you even you always looks desperate.

This place is horrible. I came in to print off 5 pages of homework and the printer only printed off 2 sheets of paper. I wasnt upset because thats a mechanical issue, but when I went to speak to the two men who were present they were no help at all. The man came and replaced the printer with paper. That didnt work. Then the second time I went to speak with him he had me print it again. Im not sure WHY he had me print it again because the printer was failing at printing my materials. It just continued to charge me more money. The man KNEW I wasnt able to get the printer to print and he was hiding in the back unwilling to help. Other customers were having difficulty using the printer as well and he was unwilling to solve the problem. I then just decided to walk out. I would never let a customer walk out that heated. He knew something was wrong and did absolutely nothing about it.

So they are supposed to be open at 7 am, got there at 7:30am. Doors locked, lights off, no one inside. Both the door and internet say 7 am open. Called the next nearest store and theyre open like they show they are..What, decided you just didnt want to go to work today? Get yourself to work and do your job. Many people rely on your services during this time of year. But not being open forces them to go to your competitors, because they see the lack in care you seem to show by not showing up for work..Very disappointed..#wordofmouth

Not focused, trying to help everyone at once, and unresponsive. I will NEVER go here again.I was getting a custom printing and binding job. The woman was inattentive, and did not ask me about certain (important) settings before printing and binding. After she made a mistake on her own part, tried to charge me for the additional printing costs. Instead of helping one customer at a time to complete each order, she jumped around between three of us, messing up each order as she went. For a job that should have taken max 30 minutes, I was there for 2 hours.I usually try to be understanding of those working in a customer service type position, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had.

Employees were incredibly rude. I needed help filling out forms and I was waved off, told to read the form. Finally, one employee came to help me and told me what to fill out, but three days later I got a call from some office saying they couldnt process my shipment because there was info missing. Dont go to this FedEx if you are new at this and need help figuring out the process. They will either NOT help, or give you WRONG information. Im writing to them to complain because this is ridiculous.

Every month I get 7 posters printed, black and white, on plain paper. AND every month they mess up my order. One month, their printer was broken and I called 3 days later and asked them when I could pick them up and the employee said Im sorry, but they are no ready yet since our printer is going to be fixed today! I was so angry they didnt contact me to tell me about the broken printer. Im always missing a few posters and then I have to wait until they print the missing ones. I will be going to a different place from now on!!
