I generally dont speak ill of a business, unless the customer service is poor, I mean really poor. In short my brother who is in the remodeling business knows good customer service, and purchased a catnapper recliner and was needing a sofa and a sectional. He was trying out this business, he said the elderly man was nice and a first had a good conversation with him. He purchases the chair around 11/15/19 and the chair did not sit well and was uncomfortable. Now in the long run my brother wanted to replace the chair and still purchase a sofa and a sectional. Well the owner would not take it back and my brother could not believe it, he was hurt and being a honest, Christian man running a remodeling business could not figure it out. I visited on Thanksgiving day and yes, the recliner was uncomfortable, we are tall men and the recliner part struck us both around the calf area. All and all my brother was also checking this business out for me for Im looking for 2 sectionals and you guessed it, Im still looking. 1 RED FLAG: small inventory and was probably afraid to not taking back the chair and not sell it, so that tells me the business does not move that much furniture. I mean my brother was going to buy a sofa and sectional or two sectionals, missed that business didnt they.

Great people, so nice to deal with. Just down home experience and reasonable on pricing. Had exactly what we were looking for and the best delivery terms ever.
