Buddy worked with me via text and phone to pick a mattress out for our guest bedroom. He made everything extremely easy, including setting up delivery. His delivery drivers worked with care and were quick and efficient. Although I have not had the opportunity to sleep in the bed my guests did and said it was a very nice set. However, I did have an opportunity to stay at Hotel Trundle for a staycation recently and the mattresses there were custom-made for them by Best Mattress and it was a wonderful!

Best Mattress is great. I own 5 of their mattresses in my home and wouldnt think of buying elsewhere. All of their mattresses are built in their own local factory. They can even build one to your specifications as they did for me. I sleep on it every night. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their products are all high quality. Never had one issue with any of their products.

After looking for a king sized mattress, we decided to walk into Best Mattress to see what they could offer. My experience was smooth from the time I walked into the door to when my mattress was delivered. The prices were reasonable and it only took about one work week for me to receive my mattress from when it was ordered. I can’t review the quality of the mattress yet as I just got it but they’ve delivered in every other area so far!

I prefer to shop local and I was not disappointed. Logan answered all my questions. My purchase of a queen mattress has made a difference in my night’s sleep. The delivery was as promised. I contacted Best Mattress to inquire about an adjustable bed frame for my sister and brother-in-law.I am out of state so I was unable to visit the showroom. I spoke on the phone with Terry and Buddy on different occasions and they both assured me that they would take care of them and get it delivered, set up and educate them on using the adjustable frame. The frame was delivered this week and they love it! The gentlemen that made the delivery were fantastic! I feel I was probably a very difficult customer to please, that’s not how I tend to be but this was my exception. We needed 3 try’s to find the base for the bed that worked for me. They patiently and quickly worked with me to get it right. Then I wasn’t sure about the mattress, they came and got it, reworked it and brought it back. This company is amazing. My mom needed a smaller box spring as hers was too high and she fell out of the bed. The made a 4 box spring the very day I called. It weighed more than the larger one she was using.Also, we recently purchased our new mattress and box springs here after spending 15 years on a Sleep By Number. We love it so much more. We bought the mattress with coils and foam. It is amazing.I highly recommend this company and the extra bonus is you can spend your money locally and not in China!!!

Best Mattress provided exceptional service to me and were able to make custom mattresses for antique beds I had on a moments notice (turnaround time was a few days after they came out and measured for me!) We bought a mattress and foundation from Best and used it for almost 3 months after which we decide that it was not as comfortable as desired. I visited Linda and Logan at their Meeting Street store and explained the problem. They were understanding and within 2 weeks, picked up the mattress and foundation from our home, re-worked the mattress and swapped the foundation for a thicker one and returned them to us the same day. We purchased about 6 months ago. Great service from shopping & ordering through delivery. There was no need to deal with customer service for any issues. Just what I like when making such a major purchase. Staff member we dealt with at the showroom on Devine St was fabulous. Took the time to explain differences in the mattresses, financing, how their process works and what could be done for us if it didnt absolutely fit our needs and work for us. While I was NOT thrilled with the total cost, double what I was expecting, the product IS custom-made and we were offered A LOT of assurances that we would not be stuck with a mattress we didnt like. Our King mattress, boxspring & cover were ready in about half the time anticipated. Arranging for delivery and removal of our current mattress was easily arranged and swiftly delivered. Ive been holding off writing a review because I really wanted to see how the mattress worked out through the hot summer months. While I think a previous mattress weve had from a national brand felt better immediately, the one we purchased from Best Mattress feels incredible. I LOVE the cooling feature of the mattress cover we purchased. This may just be the best mattress we have ever had! Weve been using our new mattress for several weeks now and we really love it. Id say the biggest difference between this one and the one that we had for 15 years (aside from it being better in every conceivable way) is that the movement transference is nonexistent, which has been a bit of a mixed blessing. On the plus side, we dont wake each other up every time we move, get up in the middle of the night or come to bed at different times. The dog is overjoyed that he gets to scratch as long as he does it quietly. On the negative side, we have nearly given each other heart attacks several times meeting up in the hallway in the dead of night after independently hearing our toddler making noise or getting a drink of water etc. Previously, we would have known immediately the other one was up because every movement caused a mattress earthquake, but now, we have to probe all around the bed in the dark to see if the other is still there because the motion isolation is complete. Its really amazing.

I just bought my sixth mattress from Best Mattress over the past 20 years last Saturday. The salesman told us to try out the all mattresses. After he had shown us the mattress that he said most customers often preferred, we started trying out mattresses. After several times of laying on different mattresses, we chose the very same mattress the salesman first told us we might like. Note: they just happened to be Queen Size so we were testing them very close together and were accustomed to our King size mattress. We then asked the salesman to let us discuss this in private and the salesman kindly returned to his desk very politely. After much discussion, we decided to purchase the salesmans recommended mattress on the spot.We were told that wed receive a call sometime the following week to discuss a delivery date. On the very next Monday morning at 9:15 they called and we set up the appointment for the following week. I didnt write it down thinking I would remember it. Wrong. Rather than a Thursday delivery, on Tuesday morning two extremely nice gentlemen rang my doorbell. I was in the middle of an extremely important phone call with a customer representative to deal with an issue. I asked the phone rep I was speaking to, to please hold a minute as I invited the gentlemen inside. I greeted them and said can you please give me 15 minutes to complete my very important phone call and then Ill strip the bed linens for you? Before I could start my very next sentence they said show us the bedroom and well take care of everything. So I ran down the hallway to our master bedroom as they followed me and said “go for it”.I returned to my phone call. Only 10 minutes later they came into the den with the completion paperwork and I again asked the phone agent to hold while I checked out the new mattress. Not only had they removed the entire bed coverings, they had also placed the protective cover on the new mattress from our old one and very neatly had folded and stacked our entire bed linens. I was in total shock at their incredible customer service. I jumped on the bed, laid down and tried every position I could think of and said “perfect”. I told them have a nice day and thank you greatly as they carried away our old mattress for me. (I had been told by the salesman that if the old mattress was spotless {which it was because of the protective cover}, that they would deliver it to the Goodwill Center rather than the landfill.)I will never shop for mattresses or bed spring foundations at any other place in this city except Best Mattress. If you care about excellent, superior customer service and obviously an incredibly wonderful made by hand on site mattress, then neither should you.Thank you Best Mattress!!!
