Great mall. Food court. Lots of different stores. Should be able to fing what your looking for.
This is a very nice Mall, awesome classy look .Lots of different stores, Rack room shoes, Victoria secret, Reeds and more.Its very pleasant to walk there, no hectic at all even though people come and go. They have a massage chair which costs 5,50 for 15 minutes that I of course took advantage of and yes, it was super. Need to go back for the next massage its cheaper than the chiropractor. You could also get one for 30 or 45 min just double the price per 15 min.
Nice big shopping center. Its clean, shops are nice. You can always find what youre looking for at one of the many stores.

Its great, but so much has changed over the years. Now they have a new ride in the food court. It still is great but as someone who grew up here I cant help wishing for that nostalgia of what used to be! Great food in case you are wondering!

Way to over crowded, extremely rude and entitled people shopping there. I have resorted to shopping online for anything in this shopping center. Only go to the shopping mall to return something ordered online if needed. Do not go if you suffer from extreme anxiety or are over the age of 25. Most stores arent even stocked with items for anyone who wants to actually cover their body. Shop online to find age appropriate apparel and just return it in store if it doesnt work for you. Most stores dont even have the items in store to try on.
This is my favorite mall in this area. Ive always thought the design was pretty and they have maintained it well. Many stores are what you expect but they do have a few that you cant visit elsewhere around here. A large food court is available, but the types of food are limited. I wish they would get a restaurant offering something that isnt already on the menu. Large parking with security, though Im not sure the traffic pattern getting in and around the mall is the best.
Not many places for a man to shop for clothing. If you do come across a shop they are either asking 60 bucks for a button down or your selection is limited. They have a Bourbon street which is nice and a cool place that gives you liquid nitrogen treats. (Dragon’s Breath) Though they are pretty expensive for a small cup of cold cereal.

Was here yesterday with my daughter. Very clean and we loved the stores and the Thai Kitchen meal we had in the food court. No complaints. Will be back for another visit.
Some of the stores have closed, but the Belks and Dillards are doing well with great selections and sales. The Build-a-Bear is still open though!
No security presence! Saw an older gentleman looking at my 15 year old daughter, then took a picture of her as she walked by. I wanted to go punch him in the face, but there were not many people in that corner of the mall, so we quickly walked away. Then found a wallet in the parking lot. Looked for a security officer for 30 min and never saw one. Finally found the security office, which was locked. After knocking for 5 min, someone finally came to the door and took the wallet. Security is LACKING!!
Always clean and a nice place to walk for exercise. Plenty of shopping and variety. Plus food.

I dont live a long way from mall always there for different reasons. Who dont like sales .sometimes I go for walking. Love going there. Friendly worker all the time. Some knows me . Thats my place!!!

Grace mall, be advised still on Covid hours so Mon - Thurs closed at 7, Fri & Sat closed at 8, Sunday closed at 6. But great place to bring the family and stretch you legs exploring all the wonderful stores and kiosk.

The Mall and bathrooms are clean. The Mall is well stocked, has friendly staff members, ready to assist you, and has a great selection of your favorite stores. Shopping, food, air conditioning, and fun for all ages.
There are so many different choices, shops, and fun things to do here. Family friendly, and a great place for little ones.
People are resilient since covid. You can see people smiling with or without masks. There is a new appreciation for life and living that is noticeable and we are so happy we visited the mall tonight to get our daughters ears pierced at Claires. People were so kind and just happy. The ladies at Claires were so very fantastic! ❤

Came here last Saturday (5/8) to search for a prom dress! The mall was packed but COVID protocols were kept within the stores which is amazing! We ate at the food court and then shopped and I was more than pleased at the ease of finding somewhere to sit in the food court despite it being quite full! Needless to say, I found a prom dress at Dillards and will continue to keep coming back to this mall!

Take $150 and see what great deals await at Columbiana Centre! Lol! Columbia’s hottest/safest attraction (most of the time) keeps me in the know with competitive prices and the hottest trending brands and designs. We need more outlets here in South Carolina, but Columbiana Centre’s the prototype 😉

It is mall. Okay stores decent parking.
It was cool for this time of year. Made sure I parked right next to my stores entrance so the move through the crowd wasnt too bad. Overall it was decent. Went to the Vans store and the staff there was good. Started off a little slow but I understand, they were a little short staffed at the moment, but a couple employees showed up and it was good to go. They were knowledgeable and it helps customer experience when the staff actually wears the brand and know what theyre talking about.
It is really sad how slow the mall is. The stores need to have more sales. People are just throwing away money any more.
Great mall with cooking aroma if you coming in where you pass Red Robbins first. There are more stores for women than there are stores for men. The mall is very overcrowded while we are still in a pandemic where social distance is still a must while everybody feel like being near others and rubbing shoulders. There should be a limit in between time until mall closes. The Columbiana mall is the best mall without a doubt, compared to Columbia Place Mall on Two Notch Road and especially Dutch Square Mall on Bush River Road. As far as employment goes it seems difficulty with getting employed, or employers wanna pay under 11 and 12 dollars an hour. And the stores for women only chose to hire women where men maybe better equiped with operating cash register; keyholder; and especially unloading and stocking and lifting 50 to over 75 pounds of merchandise and standing on their feet for over 10 hours a day. Or being watched so hard as if Im gonna take something without paying for it and asking do I need help that I did not ask them for in the first place. Other than that I love Columbiana mall.
Very Nice mall shopping experience. Many top of the line companies everyone knows. Very busy and parking is a challenge.The centre is very clean, organized, and well maintained. Friendly security staff that will assist you if needed. Great food options in the food court & my children loved the dragons breath.

Feel less and less desire to go here. Parking lot has more trash than any other store in chapin. I don’t feel there is enough mall security, the parking lot is a nightmare and I just read so much bad things that happen here I don’t feel as safe as I used to years ago
Fully stocked mall. I didnt see one vacant store. Everyone had their masks on. Food smelled good. Stop by Kool Fun Snacks they have nice assortments of Nuts and Candies. I love nuts 🤪😂😂

Columbiana is great and trendy place to shop! I do wish they had more stores, but they do have a lot of privately owned or specialized businesses in this mall. Glad it is still here as a brick and mortar!!

This man is a fraud. His stands are across from Bath and Body Works He alters the date on your receipt and wont honor his word with replacing badly made glasses. We bought these glasses 7/21/2020 but the receipt says 3/2/2020. When he printed out a receipt today, after we confronted him about the date being wrong, it said 4/7/2020 but today is 8/2/2020. He then snatched my receipt and security had to be called. He is especially taking advantage of young people.

Nice mall, the usual suspects, the usual stores, and not bad food court with a carousel. My issue is Chil Fila has a drive through outside in the parking lot, where cars pull up and give the order to the staff member and then they wait directly in front of the mall waiting for their food to come out from the Chik Fila located inside the mall. The congestion is ridiculous.

Nice mall, but I just feel like it could be better. It’s just not as developed as the main malls in other cities of comparable size, but it has been improving. Ruby Thai and Boxlunch were recent improvements, at least for my tastes.
