Always had timely delivery - however, any company whose delivery personnel cannot respect the mask policy at the business they are delivering to, even after being asked to wear one multiple times, isnt one that is respectful of its customers.

××××××××WARNING SCAMMERS ××××××××I live in Sumter, so I called ahead of time to get dry ice prices. They told me it was $1.50 per pound. Then as I was saying thank you and goodbye he mumbled something about about 5 pound minimum. So I accepted that even though I needed only about 1 pound. Went in and checked out expecting to pay at most 7.50 if they actually had that 5 pound minimum. Then I got in the car to realize I was charged $13.50. I went back in and asked them what that was about. They precede to tell me they added a few on because I did not purchase TEN POUNDS. This was not mentioned at all during transaction.Their dry ice comes premade in small pellets. They do not have to make it up. There is no reason for these fake made up minimum because its not like they are looking out on product if I do not purchase a set weight.
