This company is a complete joke and They make a terrible product. I hired them to install a walk out door for my basement. The door instantly leaked water the first time it rained. I had to have the door replaced 3 times and each door leaked. I finally had to hire a different company to fix broad building supplies mistakes. But that wasnt the worst part of my experience with this company. The way they treated me though this disastrous experience was pathetic. I was not able to get a strait answer from anyone associated with this company, especially the Kansas city rep Derek Doty. He refused to answer my phone calls or return my texts when I had questions on my leaky door and how broad building was going to fix their problem. In fact one of the few times I did get a hold of Derek he hung up on me when I asked him how his company was going to fix their mistake. I finally had to call the home office in Columbia which was just as useless, their Secretary at the office continually cut me off when I would ask questions and she told me that it was not broad building supply problem that my door was leaking and that I needed to contact the lumber company who provided the lumber for my doors. I would not use this company again if they offered to replace every door and window in my house for free. This is easily the most unprofessional company I have ever had experience with.

No bad, appointment at 7 am I went to sleep there there is a spot to park, the gentleman from receiving wake me up at 5:55 tel me to go to the dock take like 30 minutes. The reason I don’t give 5 because there is always room to improveIf you go sleep there please don’t block the entrance they start to move truck at 4 am.
