Worst customer service ever. I’ve used over 300 gallons of propane in less than 2 months due to leaks in their tank and edisto gas won’t make it right the offered me a 40 gallon credit. I wouldn’t recommend them to my enemies.

Awful customer service

I have experienced the absolute worst customer service with this company and today was told I was just a bad customer. I hope no one else has to deal with a Palmer or their customer service lady because they could care less if you have gas to cook, wash dishes or clothes, or even heat your home. I use them for multiple properties, but that will be ceased. Bad gauges, running completely out of gas, and lackluster service doesn’t make for a good experience. I worked in the retail service industry for 20 years before working for the federal government, and the condescending and uncaring attitude I was treated with wouldn’t have been tolerated. After calling the Columbia office a Joe Keenan called (Palmer is his son or relation) and said despite the fact there were issues with their employees transferring money from my account to their personal accounts, Palmer telling me I was a bad customer, and broken equipment I’m the problem. Use anyone else. Buyer beware.
