“Marble Slab and Greater American Cookies” will always be an enjoyable place to get some ice cream and cookies...Since they are partnered with Great American Cookies. They are very organized with directing the lines, so there is no confusion. The employees give amazing greetings as you walk in, and are patient and respectful with each customer. The environment is bright and welcoming especially the lobby and patio. It is a clean and happy place to sit with your family and enjoy your dessert. I would recommend this place for all ages!

The ice cream was delicious and the service was wonderful. I loved being able to add unlimited toppings! The prices are expensive but that’s to be expected.

My daughter and I stopped by after watching a movie next door... the prices for ice cream were a little expensive but so were the cookies. We did purchase some cookies... I had the snickerdoodle doozies and chocolate chip. There wasnt anything special about the chocolate chip but the snickerdoodle doozie was delicious.

I have had amazing experiences at marble slab! There’s a really nice guy there that made me feel so welcomed and he had long flowy hair and a great attitude, I wish I remembered his name so I could’ve given him the thanks he deserved!

Went here on 4th of July to enjoy some ice cream. A crew member female with a hot pink shirt on very rude!! I was just looking around social distancing. If you dont want to wait on everyone you have no business working in a public place.

Normally really good but i bought icecream cake from them the turtle one. I expected there to be nuts who wouldnt. but when you trying to figure out if there more nuts or icecream the balance is off to many nuts....

It meets all ages expectations such as size portion ice cream.Also it brings abandoned flavors together such as mix-in topings.Excellent choices when it comes to ice cream, sorbet and low fat yogurt.Communication was excellent when it comes to customer needs.Problem-Solving.Knowledgable.Team member was very thorough with customers needs.Team member excels to meet customer order.Oustanding quality.There was collaboration and teamwork.The ice cream had great texture, taste and great presentation when it comes to product.

My concerns today with the employees:1) No one wearing masks2) No one wearing gloves3) No one wearing hairnetsI am assuming no one here is Servsafe or HACCP certified

Coffee milkshake and cookies and cream milkshake was less than $12. A lot more affordable than Coldstone Creamery. Very tasty and sweet. Varies flavors and waffle cones to pick from. They were very quick on our order.

The ice cream was good, and tasty! I was allowed to sample as many as I needed prior to me choosing my flavor, and I was not rushed.

We love ice cream after dinner and especially before a movie, so obviously, being right next to the theater makes it the perfect place for a nice treat.Our most recent visit we stopped by Marble Slab for dessert on Saturday night before a movie (of course). The place was busy, as usual, and you know why...typically great service with a smile and excellent product. This last time the girls seemed a bit overwhelmed and werent the most cordial. Weve been a number of times when we come into town and have never been disappointed. Mint Chocolate Ice Cream is the BEST and every cup gets a waffle cone!!!

Just a vibrant fun happy experience and the ice cream was amazing.

I had a wonderful date with my wife last night at Marble Slab Creamery. Their coffee Ice Cream is the best! When I get ice cream I dont add all those extra toppings because I like to avoid un-necessary fat and sugar. Im focused on a strictly low calorie - high protein diet... just the ice cream! Ive been watching what I eat lately and being conscious of my weight so no added toppings for me ...

The ice cream was great and I love the concept of marble slab getting to choose your mix ins. But I am left with such a weird feeling about this visit. One of the girls working was uncomfortably rude. (Very light blonde hair) During my entire ordering experience it was like I was bothering her. I only asked to sample the brownie batter and was nervous to ask her to try a second flavor. There was no one else in the store and all I ending up ordering was a bowl with cookie dough and sprinkles mixed in.. super easy!!!! You could just feel the negativity radiating off her and could tell her coworkers were being affected by this.. it was extremely odd. Probably wont go back anytime soon.Add in: one of my coworkers told me she had a similar experience a few weeks ago and it has to be the same girl!

This is probably the best chain ice creamery. They take whatever flavors and ingredients that you want and thoroughly mix them together on their cold marble slab. They have all the classic ice cream flavors plus some that I wouldnt even touch. My daughters got the red velvet cake flavor and enjoyed it a lot. My niece got the blue cotton candy with gummy bears and m&ms. This is a flavor and ingredient combination that I would never eat, but she loved it. I got the double chocolate. Okay I dont have much imagination as far as ice cream flavors go, I like to play it safe. We all enjoyed ourselves greatly.

This location always has a line, but it moves very quickly. They try to get people taken care of fast, and I really appreciate that about them. They always have different flavors to get, and I was really excited last time I went when they had red velvet cake ice cream. Put some white chocolate chips in it, and it was amazing! They arent stingy with their scoops either! Most times I can never finish the waffle cone I get.

The Marble Slab Creamery is a Really good ice cream place. You can get a custom cone or sundae made anyway you like here. A fun place to visit if your out in the Harbison area.

It was my first time, a bit expensive for a limited variety of flavors.I wasnt happy about that part. Better selection at any of the competition js.Its a very clean, bright place.The people are friendly.

While I was standing in line waiting for him to fix my ice cream. The young man dropped some wet walnuts on top of a container of strawberries and proceeded to scoop them off the top of the container and put it in my ice cream. I will never get anything from there again. He did it like it was no big deal. This was done while we are in the Covid19 epidemic.

I always see this place when I go to the Regal theater in the area. Last night was the first time I stopped in. I am glad I did! It was between 9 and 10pm on a Tuesday so it was empty. The service was friendly and speedy. A variety of ice creams thats stretched further in variety because of the many ways one can have it fixed up.They also serve shakes. I had a shake with ice cream and candy toppings of my choosing. It was $5 and change but the amount of ice cream made it worth the price. I will go back!

Good ice cream, bad service.Ice cream is AMAZING but service is horrible. We showed up at 9:30, knowing closing time is 10:00. They shut off the marble so the ice cream was melted. The blond girl working was extremely rude and talked very sharply to us. When customers walked in after us, she stopped making our ice cream to stare at them and say “I’m really upset right now”. Again this is 9:40 when closing time is 10. I understand being frustrated but that was awful customer service.
