Friendly service! Cupcakes outstandingly delicious!

My husband and I have been going to Litas on and off since they opened in Northeast. I stopped going because my favorite cupcake isnt offered very often We hadnt been in awhile , and I stopped to see if they had my favorite cupcake, which is the lemon blueberry cupcake.They didnt have it today, so we tried a variety of their offerings My husband liked the white chocolate raspberry cupcake. I wasnt impressed with any. The chocolate cupcakes were dry and the others didnt hit the spot either.My husband walked out of the store because the smell of the nail salon that is next door is prominent in Litas.

Icing taste just like flavor listed but actual cake did not. All of them tasted the same. May have been a different color but same taste. If you take the icing and edible decor off I would give it a 0. Too small for price also but there was a lot of icing on top if thats what you like.

These fullsized cupcakes are delicious and moist. My favorite from yesterday was the blueberry lemonade cupcakes. I love how there is always different flavors throughout the month. Im not close by, but I try to visit or get one of my friends to stop by omw home.

We’ve been to each location now and each one is amazing! The service is beyond exceptional! Always friendly, always helpful. The cupcakes are delicious!! SO worth it! The key lime is my new personal favorite!We got a dozen for a small get together at the bowling alley and people were coming up to us asking us if it was from Lita’s from a few stores down. They were also ranting and raving about how good their cupcakes are!

I love love love the strawberry crunch cupcake. 😋 The first bite made me dance. They are so delicious. I purchased 2 but wanted 4! Lol! Thank Lita for my favorite treat today!

I visited the Killian location.The cupcakes are moist, the icing is delicious, beautifully presented and a nice variety.Inside is well decorated and the servers were nice. As my first time from out of town, we came in later on a Friday night... not a lot was left but the staff was friendly and I got the best (and last) piece of chocolate turtle delight cake. Id go back!

No other word for their customer service, environment and product other than AMAZING. I would get a sweet treat from them everyday if I could. The wide variety of flavors from day to day is impressive and cakes are always sold with a smile. The loyalty program is beneficial as well!

Had an opportunity to check out Litas last weekend after one of my friends suggested it. OMG! I went a little overboard but it was well worth it. I tried the red velvet/ vanilla layered cake, the blue velvet cupcake, the strawberry shortcake cupcake and vanilla cupcake. The cake slice was really good and the size was great (took me 2 days to eat it). The blue velvet cupcake was amazing. Super moist. Service was fast and friendly! Ill definitely be back!

Amazing assortment of cupcakes! Fresh and moist cake in bright, vibrant flavors, with creamy sweet frosting that complements the cake well. Its great to have a local bakery that makes high quality cupcakes. Looking forward to the next time I have an excuse to treat myself.

These cupcakes are the Best I Ever Had!! I drive an hour just to get some and if i cant make it Ill get my friend to bring me some. Always order a dozen. Every flavor is made with love and perfection

Ahhhmazing!!! These are the best cupcakes Ive had in my entire life! They are so moist and the icing is perfect. Not too sweet. My favorite so far is the banana pudding but Im looking forward to trying the peach cobbler. As long as Im in the area, Im a customer!

Both the red velvet with pecans and the blueberry lemon cupcakes are absolutely delicious! They’re worth 5 stars, however, the banana pudding cupcake was kind of dry with a faint flavor of banana pudding. As much as I love banana pudding I was underwhelmed.

Very impressed!! I drove from Charlotte just to try their cupcakes and I was NOT disappointed!! Yesterday I brought 4 red velvets,1 lemon,1 wedding cake,1 vanilla,1 chocolate,and 1 sweet potato cupcake and I must say after getting home to sample my treats every single cupcake was delicious.Most importantly the customer service was top notch.i was greeted as sooooon as I stepped foot in the door.the young lady and young gentleman was so freindly no attitudes no ignorance just actual pure and genuine customer service. They both made eye contact with me they both were professional young individuals they both equally made my first impression an everlasting experience they both made suggestions and recommendations to assist with my purchases and I loved that!!!Warm cozy inviting environment amongst people who look like me is a winning feeling!!! Also prices werent bad at all I think I spent about $30 for 8cupcakes but it was $30 well spent. Then I went back in 5minites later and brought 3more cupcakes lol.I will definitely be back!!! I just hope my next visit will be just as great because anything less would be a disappointment.
