My daughter was fitted for her first pair of pointe shoes today at Wellheeled. They genuinely made her feel special and celebrated the moment. They were knowledgeable and very professional too.

Very helpful owner she made my daughter feel very comfortable and would not sell her a pair of pointe shoes until she was comfortable that they were the best fit for her.

We were shopping for my daughter’s first pair of pointe shoes. Stephanie was exceptionally well-versed in fitting and the importance of a proper fitting. She was friendly, patient, and professional in assisting us. She assured us she would answer any questions by phone. Overall an excellent experience, all future pointe shoes will be purchased here!Update: Three years in and we continue to receive excellent service. My daughter has been fitted at a moment’s notice, though we try to always make an appointment.

Jazz shoes and tights

The owner is snobby and rude. Very insensitive to young children. Acted like she didnt have time to wait on us or answer questions about the shoes. My Granddaughter is very sensitive and picks up on peoples attitudes very quickly. She was very uncomfortable with the lady right from the time we walked in, became emotional, and this caused the lady to become quiet hateful. We left and went straight to Turning Point and had a great experience with a very sweet and caring young lady. Turning Point will always have our business from now own. Its worth the extra drive to be treated kindly.

Sobbish, rude, and on a personal call when I arrived
