I will not be going back to this closet space! It’s so small and has stuff everywhere. Very unorganized. I walked in and she staff came out and saw me...No greeting.... and walked back to the back.... I stayed there for 10 minutes, no one offered to help. I just left. I love to support black business but I’m not with bad customer service! Never going back!

There is a pretty good selection of items for Sororities & Fraternities. She has a large store with several items like shoes, shirts, pens, pins, scarves, hats, car tags, luggage! My favorite part were the gift bags for Sororities. I got two AKA gift bags. One very large and the other small. They provided custom AKA tissue paper with purchase, which was awesome. The items were priced appropriately if displaying Sorority or Fraternity shields, but the custom items that just displayed letters were overpriced for my liking. They did have more of a craft feel, but some were still nice. Overall, I’d recommend it for the items listed above and the selection.

Twice in a row Ive had a terrible experience. This place , the owner, the employees may want to work on professionalism and customer service. Kudos to owning your own but in the end, the customer drives your sales. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone ESPECIALLY fellow Greeks

Great shop my wife is a Delta Sigma Theta sorority this shop has a lot of Greek items for sale I stopped to two other shops and they did not have the items I were looking for I found what I needed there for my wife and she was very happy

Lady G!!! Have all variety of Greek paraphernalia, sizes & different organization, you may need. This is a very lovely store. Its well worth the drive to Northeast Columbia & the location is easy to find. If youre looking to Stomp the Yard or just display pride in your organization this is the store to go to.

I went in to get a Birthday gift for my husband but the jacket I wanted was stained on the sleeve. Lady G tried to remove the stain and was unsuccessful. She said she could give a discount of 10% which is not much off a $60 jacket for a spot that I may not be able to remove. She proceeded to say that someone will buy the jacket (mind you with the stain on it) She eventually took 20% off after finding out I was buying 2 other items. Lady G was very rude and unprofessional. She seemed to be more about the money and not providing good customer service. I absolutely will not be coming back nor do I reccomend Lady G Creations to anyone!

Lady G. is very unprofessional. I ordered a graduation stole two months before my graduation date. Before I ordered my stole, she assured me that it would be ready well before graduation. I inquired about the price and production of stole almost every week and it was excuse after excuse. I finally received my stole the day before graduation, but the stole had misspellings and inaccurate information on it. She could not repair the misspellings on my stole, so I was forced to wear my stole for graduation. This was very disappointing. I wore it for graduation with the misspellings, but it is still very disappointing that on my graduation day, I had the name of my degree spelled incorrectly. Lady G. is a nice person, but her ability to organize, produce good work and meet deadlines is poor. I would recommend finding someone else to complete your custom orders.
