This legit has to be the worst royal farms in the area. Always very dirty with fruit flies hovering around the fountain drinks. Not 24 hours. Youre way better off going to the 7-11 across the street.

I had a experience not even worth sharing honestly. I guess wrong Royal Farms at the wrong time.

Store employees must be honest in dealing with their customers. I dont support swindlers.

Very good chicken and friendly staff

It bad enough that they raised the prices on the chicken but when i opened my 2 piece spicy chicken tender box i got 1 regular tender,hot and juicy and 2 barely warm, dry spicy tenders,inedible but i was half way home before i noticed ,when its good its great but youre slipping....

Im a big fan of the Spicey Chicken Tenders. I try and find a Royal Farms every day as I work on the road. The service at this one is pretty good. I prefer one that has a restroom and gas which this one has neither. Today, the chicken was absolutely perfect! Used the restroom at Popeyes. ;)

If you want to throw up, look by the shake machine. It is awful! No one cleans. The store is dirty and they never seem to have coffee prepared in the early morning hours. After i saw the nasty encrusted mess by the shake and fountain machine, i stopped going. That is very unsanitary and someone is going to get very sick! Youd think with this Pandemic going around, theyd be on point with sanitizing things. Clearly not! Staff however are extremely nice. I have nothing bad to say about them, but whoever manages that store, should be ashamed. Your store is filthy.

11/2/2019. Nastiest fried chicken and wedges I ever tasted. It’s obvious the oil used was old! Workers behind the food counter need to use tongs to take up the food. The chicken was more salty than meat on the bone. Never stopping there again! Not even for gas. Nasty food! Threw it away after the first bite. Wasted$14.85. Wedges were soggy and stale. They need a health inspector visit.

I love Royal farms chicken. its better than Popeyes and KFC

The store has its closing hours on the door and the hours say 5am to 11pm and i got there at 9:58pm and the doors were lock.. need to change the hours if your not going to be open until 11pm.

Update 10/11/19...This place is still terrible! I just dont get how they continue to operate. Maybe its because dummies like me who keep giving them a chance when I have limited time on my lunch break. Wont make that mistake again...their customer service really is non existent. And had the popeyes next door had their chicken sandwich I wouldnt be even writing this...this is my fault for not being done as I said before, but wont happen again.The Columbia Branch of Royal Farms is terrible. They really need a manager, because they are constantly running out of the most basic supplies. One day its turkey sausage, another day its spinach or tomatoes, then yesterday afternoon they literally had no coffee. Seriously every coffee and most of the creamers were out of stock. Ridiculous...Im done.

Went in at 3 am during a road trip. Clerk aggressively accused my friends and I of being high (Wed been driving for 13 hours). Not sure why it was her problem, as we were still supplying them with the necessary currency? So yea, thanks for the 24 hour service. No thanks for the rude clerks.

It would be nice to list whether the location sells gasoline. There are no gas pumps here, which is what I wanted. Happily, they do have my coffee.

I just bought my coffee from here, its supposed to be a Dark Roast strong taste coffee but what I got was only hot water taste.Come on, i know you sell cheap coffee but not to the level of selling us hot water

An Angel From Heaven was founded at this location. Pam was the clerk who attended me this evening, stranded with no gas or money to get gas or food. Her gesture of kindness has touch my heart and had show me there still good people out-there. She has put gas in my car and got me home safely. If you ever read this, May God Give infinitive of blessings Spiritually and Financially. I will always be greatfull for your kindness, and I know the one up there is watching and will reward you as well. Will see you soon.

Poor service

I usually have a good experience here. I ordered fries and they were just awful. They were burnt and had no flavor.

Absolutely the worst Royal Farms with no exception. As a former Uber driver Ive been around most of the DMV and been to my fair share of these chain stores. Anything late night is off limits... Hot food is shut down, if the store is even open. The worst employees are delegated to these shifts and coming here is basically a nightmare more times than not. Worst yet, the store manager told me today this location will be shutting down at 11pm starting 11/22 because of robberies desipte the fact Giant is open till 12 and theres a 7-11 literally across the street open 24/7. Total incompetence and terrible management.

THIS PLACE IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING!!!!!!! There are nats flying around the soda machine, dead nats on the counters near the cups....the soda machine looks as though it hasnt been cleaned in months!!! When I told the employee, Mukesh, he acted as though he didnt even care. I asked for the manager or the number to corporate and he told me to call the number on the bag. Ill just be calling the health department BECAUSE ITS HORRIBLY GROSS.

No gas. Google navigation directed me here for gas but there are no pumps. Cant give more than one star because that was the entire reason I went. Id suggest they edit their business info on Google to remove the gas listing.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and halfway into making it the girl at the deli realizes she doesnt know how to make it. ( Who doesnt know how to make a sandwich? I didnt order lasagna! ) She then gets my attention and says the other guy will finish it and points to the guy behind the register! Infront of him is a half hour line thats slowly getting bigger. I got the sandwich taken off my receipt and got out of there. The place stays filthy and the people are ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and go to the Giant around the corner.

THERE IS NO GAS AT THIS LOCATION!!! I LOOK ON MY GPS FOR ROYAL FARMS STATIONS AND THIS ONE COMES UP AND I GO TO IT, AND THERE ARE NO GAS PUMPS, WASTED MY TIMED AND GAS GOING TO IT WHEN IN THE AREA!!! ADD A GAS STATION TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU POST IT AS HAVING ONE!!!

The normal morning guy, call him Boots, has repeatedly ignored customers and does seem to care. Left waiting at the register for almost 4 minutes just to buy coffee, good greif can buy coffee elsewhere.

I came here to get dinner for my pretty large family. Went in and placed my order only to have the ladies making the food fuss at me because I didnt order ahead of time. They told me I would have to wait 15 minutes (big whoop, I was planning on that anyway) and continued to tell me that next time I NEED to call ahead of time if I want a family pack. If I have to call ahead for a large number of chicken, then why is there even an option to order that much in store? They were very rude and I will not be back. This was my first time getting food from Royal Farms and I am very disappointed.

Revolutionary idea of bagged fried chicken.

They are extremely stingy with the potato wedges at this location. Paid for a large and the box was only 1/3 full. Have never been ripped off like this at any other location. Very disappointing!

The staff is rude can barely understand English. Every time you go in there they have an attitude problem... I just go to the 711 instead.

The night person likes to lock the doors and go to sleep not only that hes not a nice peson at all really kind of scary and just called manager to try and resolve the problem but all i got was excuses .the MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED TOO WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT STORE
