I got exactly what I order and am very happy with how all the food tasted

Place started out good in now this sheets has gone down hill slowly it’s pretty bad the TurkeyHill across the street service better food in the bathroom are some what better when it comes to clean I truly think the only thing this sheets has going for them is there gas in the chips.

They just always mess up my orders. I pay for extra stuff and they leave it out. Forgot about my milk shake. And bacon off a sandwich. Just terrible I don’t mind waits but if your gonna screw up order while i wait come on

Waited 40 mins for an MTO salad, had to leave without the salad bc after 40 mins they didnt even start making it. Luckily was able to get a refund.

Waited 15 minutes after I placed my order for 2 sandwiches and a wrap. Several people ahead of us got their food before we did and the supervisor didnt even explain the delay. Very unprofessional, go here only for gas unless you want lousy service.

Takes forever when you go through the drive through. Drive throughs are supposed to be quick and I waited 15 minutes with one car ahead of me.

Very disappointing experience! Ordered a sandwich and hot dogs. The sandwich was wrapped in two pieces so it appeared that all was there. Got home and realized that the hot dogs were not in the bag. Called Sheetz to get refunded for what was not placed in the bag and was told that we would have to drive all the way back to get them? Customer service at its finest!!

This place has it all, front and back entrance, like 70 parking spaces, a soda cave, outdoor seating, and a drive up window. Best Sheetz Ive visited.

Consistently terrible service. Whether its lazy employees standing around doing nothing, making you wait forever for a simple order even when its a ghost town in there, and/or always screwing up my order, they will always find a way to make it an awful experience. Its like theyre actively seeking to hire the worst possible candidates imaginable. Ive given this place chance after chance, but no more! Im absolutely done with them, and Im letting all my friends know to never go there.

This store has a lot of selection of snacks and to go stuff. Was clean and the cashier was friendly. Tried the pumpkin latte which was ok very weak. So if you like espresso, I would stick to Starbucks. Bathrooms were clean too. Easy access to highway. If your traveling, good place to stop.

Desiree is probably the biggest joke of a manager I have ever came across at a “fast food” establishment. Totally disappointed in the lack of respectful customer service.

They mess up my simple hot dog order literally twice a week. Causing me to have to wait an extra 20min going thru the line. This is getting very irritating since this is a weekly issue. Teach your employees to READ the correct order.

Our family had to make an emergency stop at your store around noon, today, July 3rd. Our daughter had gotten car sick on our way to Philadelphia and we stopped to grab a few things. I mentioned to the cashier our predicament and asked if there was any way I could have a bucket of water. She and a few of the girls behind the sandwich counter were so kind. They gave us a bucket of water, offered towels, extra bags etc. Management should be proud of their staff here!! Went above and beyond for their customers!!

If you’re ever tempted to use the drive-thur, don’t. You’ll save so much more time just going inside and getting your things yourself. Even if it doesn’t look busy, don’t, just trust me.

I have never had the bad drive thru experience deacribed by the other reviewer. They do have people pull up and wait for others to be able to get their orders faster if there is a big order or something that takes a long time. And you are able to exit the drive thru lane - this is clearly visible to anyone who has visited the place. I truly do not know what that guy was talking about. And whats more than that when my daughter was 6 months old and it was 14 degrees outside they let me pay for my gas from the drive thru so I didnt have to get her out of the car AND the gentleman working there actually brought my food out to the pump for me so I didnt have to go back around and wait again. Tell me - where else are people this awesome? Just this Sheetz!

Unfortunately I visit, well I used to visit, this sheetz frequently.This is the most consistently inconsistent sheetz I’ve ever been to. From wait times, to most importantly, the QUALITY OF THE FOOD.This is one of the most overpriced gas stations in the industry and maybe 1 out of 10 times you’ll get the correct order, or get something that even looks like food.I don’t know how this sheetz is so bad, but it is really bad.I have since started going to rutters because cleanliness matters.

This is the worst Sheetz I have ever seen. The place is just disgusting. Spilled slushy everywhere and the cappuccino smelled like burnt. No half and half. Just plain bad.
