This Jimmy Jazz location at Columbia Place Mall in Columbia is a great place to shop for the latest shoes and fashions at a good value. I really like their selection here and have been able to find some cool items. The staff here is helpful when you need assistance and able to find what you are looking for. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

They lack sizes 10.5 to 11.5... Aint the main size range for grown men? Who they servicing.

Worst customer service ever !! Its disgusting when the clerks care more about having conversations amongst themselves and not help or even greet the customers ...n2m no dressing room ... How is it its 5 clerks and all are at the counter not helping anybody ... Well you lost a sell!!! I will not be back

You can not get a refund. Only Exchange or store credit. Got some shoes from there. Went to other store and the same shoes was 30 dollars less.
