If you shop here just know you will find some cute clothes ! However , do not expect a friendly atmosphere. The store is clean and organized neatly. Great fitting rooms, and a large selection. This may be one of my favorite stores in Columbia, just wish customer service was friendlier/better.

This was some of the worst customer service I have ever received. The cashier refused me service, didnt explain refund process and was nasty when I asked a simple question. I was treated as stupid. I will never shop here again.

I like this store because I can always find something sexy for a night out. However, the staff is not friendly at all. They dont acknowledge customers and act like youre not in the store. Very unprofessional and not welcoming.

Their costumer service skills sucks ! They don’t say anything when you walk in the store, they look at you crazy. Asked for help & she looked very bothered that I asked . The clothes are very nice but the employees are not.

The music is so explicit i couldn’t even enjoy shopping with my daughter. Very unprofessional and this will hurt sales because I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way.

Store has some classy and very sexy pieces, however the atmosphere was very unpleasant and unprofessional. The music choice was very explicit and had too much sexual content wording in it that I had to ask my daughter to wait outside the store so she wouldnt hear it.
