DISGUSTING. I went into dazzles with my plus size friend. It was her first time dress shopping and she wanted it to be a nice, fun experience. An older lady came over within five minutes of us being there explaining how they didn’t have sizes to fit her and that we should try somewhere else. This made my friend feel very uncomfortable and i do not appreciate it. It was very unprofessional and I know could possibly effect other customers in the future. With this incident and us not able to find a nice dress anyways, we decided to leave. We then headed over catz formals and we shared our experience at dazzles and they offered her 60% off!! they were so nice and will never go back to dazzles again.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PAGEANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We have been searching for the perfect gown for a year. Not only did we find the perfect gown… We found three!! With the personal care and attention given to us by Jill, we were able to make the best decision! The variety of gowns is second to NONE! We’ve searched several states!! We were there for almost 3 hours and not one time did we feel rushed... Jill was dedicated to our satisfaction to the end! She also had an excellent selection of interview, runway, and appearance attire! So we left with a few extra goodies! I don’t feel like I left spending “money”...I feel like I left making an investment in my daughters success in pageantry!

I have now purchased 2 competition gowns from Dazzles. I did my first pageant in my mid 30s and had no idea where to even start to look for a gown. I did some research and ended up at Dazzles. Jill, the owner, spent hours with me to help me find a dress. She went the extra step and taught me the proper way to pose in evening gown. I just recently bought my second gown from her, and my experience was the same. She brought me dress after dress to try on and worked with me to find earrings to match and took photos and video to show me how I photographed in the gown. Her attention to detail and her commitment to helping each woman find the dress perfection for the occasion is second to none. I highly recommend Dazzles, you wont be disappointed and if youre a pageant newbie like I was, you may even learn something!

Their sales manager was very rude. She started off greeting me politely and asked me if she could help me with anything. I told her Im looking for a formal/prom dress size 0 in my budget. She asked what my budget was and I asked her if she had anything below $200. After I said that her response was Well youre never going to find anything below $200 for a prom dress in any place you go... in a really snobby tone and walked off. I just didnt feel welcome even looking around after that. I had a nice employee help me try a on a few dresses at least. Overall this place was very over priced and very rude. I dont recommend even walking in there if you dont have at least $600 just lying around in your purse/wallet... or if youre anything below 5 ft -forget it. It also seemed like all their dress lengths were made to fit someone as tall as your average model being 6 ft... -maybe in the high 5 foot range. After 2 try ons I left out of there quickly. Oh and the manager was wrong... -I went someplace else and found something for $99 and far better then anything this place had to offer.

My daughter and I were greeted at the front with a very rude welcome. When asked what we were there for the lady turned her head up at us and gave my daughter a once over and said the big sizes you are looking for are over there you will need to stay in this area. Once my daughter found a dress she liked one of the other girls just by passed her to help someone else into the dressing room. Finally got in the room and tried the dress, no help there after finally just left. Will not go back and will never recommend to anyone.

Went to look at dresses for my daughters prom. Similar experience to others who don’t “dress up” to go dress shopping. I’m a jeans and T-shirt girl no matter my income so we didn’t get great service, till the overheard me saying I’m not worried about budget I want to make sure you love it. But my daughter is model material and can wear tons of dresses and they all look good so we immediately started getting more assistant. We loved a $500 dress. No biggie, but wanted to make sure she loved it because she had tried on so many and loved them all so I wanted to sleep on it. They immediately turned very rude like we had wasted their time. I ended up driving to Athens, Ga in my jeans and t shirt to buy a $500 dress. Their loss.

I really wanted to like Dazzles, but I’ve been to this store twice now looking for a pageant gown and both experiences have been terrible. When I reached out to the store about my experience on social media through direct message, they blocked me instead of addressing the situation. There are much better dress stores in the area to go to. It’s clear when you go in that they have their favorites and they don’t treat everyone the same.

Rude staff. It reminded me of “Pretty Woman”. My daughter and I were in jeans and T-shirts, so they just assumed we did not have money to spend. Will not be back. Will not recommend to my friends and their daughters. Big mistake. Huge. We have to go shopping now.

Everyone there was not very welcoming & they were really rude & acted like they were better than everyone. People who walked in dressed better than i was (snobby rich people) they were very welcomed & they were showed where all of the dresses were but my friend & i were not. They were dressed half naked & it wasnt very pleasing. I would highly not recommend this place.

They do not even deserve one star but thats the lowest I could go.The sails clerks were extremely rude. I ask for a size tweleve and was immediately referred to the stout shop next door after being told that I could not wear a tweleve. So mabey I could not wear the shin tight ridiculously short skirt that the lady was wearing but I can most certainly wear a 12. It was very unorganized and unprofessional do not recommend.

Absolute terrible experience looking for prom dresses here, please do not give this establishment your business. The younger staff were helpful, but the older women who works there was rude and made us feel very uncomfortable to the point where we just had to leave. Not an inviting atmosphere whatsoever. Customer service is everything, Dazzles, once you figure that piece out I think you’ll do a lot better.
