Place was not packed or busy at all. I needed a oil change and a fuel system cleaning. They said they would be able to do the oil change and not the fuel service. These guys didn’t want to work. The supervisor wants to sit out side and smoke cigarettes

Tire dept or store assist. manager didnt helped me at all. Straight up said. We are not helping more people today because we only have two mechanics and the wait time is 5hrs and she left. Didnt let me talk to her at all. I talked to the mechanic and explained that All I needed was a tire mounted on a wheel thats it. Only 15 minute job. BUT NO she said I have to wait 5hrs because there is people in front of me. Well, yeah true BUT I would bet none of them were on the road for 3hrs had a flat and needed it fixed to continue the next 7 hrs trip left. Why couldnt she helped? I still dont understand. Maybe she needs some additional training on people skills, management and prioritizing labor taking into consideration road emergencies.

My experience was horrible!!!! How do you call yourself a tire center, but yet have a customer to go buy a part out of their own pockets from AutoZone to get their tire fix? Here is the kicker they damage the stud on the wheel and then recommend me to another place. Yes i need my money back from the damages that walmart caused and I had to get fixed to get the tire off.

I’ve never had a problem with getting anything done here. Besides some long wait times I’m the afternoons. I usually arrive when they open if I need something done. Real quick in and out

That was the worst auto service I’ve ever experienced. I came around 2:50 For an oil change and didn’t leave until 4:15 and they didn’t even do anything. I had like some small part missing or something but they didn’t bother to tell me until I’d already been waiting in Walmart for an HOUR AND A HALF. They didn’t seem nearly busy enough for it to take that long. They tried to explain to me why they didn’t do anything, but they had no explanation for why it took so long. Also, no one was even communicative or friendly except for the girl at the auto counter when I left.

Man Id give em 5 stars but I couldnt get the oil change that I wanted (their truck lift was broken) . The guys here are good. They do their job and do it quick. I bought a battery and 4 new tires for my truck. I just wanted the tires installed but they put my battery in for free also. Good dudes right here.

I am truly surprised to finally have a good experience here. I stopped using this location after customer service problems but had a good visit a week ago. The Tire and Lube was understaffed because only one person showed up, but staff was called in and my oil change was quick considering the circumstances. The tech even took the time to watch a YouTube video to learn how to reset the oil change indicator, which the previous tech did not.

To be honest, I would not give this place any stars if Google had offered it. I have bought 8 tires from there for my car so far and when I drive for about 3 weeks, the tires basically damage completely. There tires are expensive and doesnt even last that long compare to Costcos. Not worth your money or time at this piece of garbage. Also, its always busy there for some reason. So if you are in a hurry, dont go there.

Would give zero if I could. This place is completely unprofessional.My wife had trouble starting the car and had Walmart install a new battery. Heres the thing: they didnt securely tighten the positive terminal since the new battery has a more narrow post. Further, they didnt have the slightest concern for her safety and well being and sent her on her merry way without informing her of the issue.She is fortunate to have made it home with my three kids without having problems on the busy freeway and highways around here.

My experience:I would not even give this place one star.there are plenty of places to get your car worked on in harbison blvd. if you truly care about your car,this is the last place you want to be at.-racism-bad tires-no customer service-no manager on duty-employees have little to no experiencethis place is a disservice to the community.

Went there over the summer because my son had a eye appointment so I decided to get it done while we were waiting anyway. Now its time for another oil change go to the place i normally go and come to find out they didnt put synthetic oil in and my siid plate want scured properly. My skid plate was shoved up in the corner and its suppose to have 10 bolts there was only 3. What pieces of..... Work there. I was also charged for synthetic oil.

Horrible customer service. Walmart may have lower prices, but it is not worth the rude and unhelpful service you receive (if youre even lucky enough to get someone to help in the first place).

Speed is by far not a concern here took 3 hours for 1 oil change. They didnt even start working on the first vehicle till an hour after they had opened.

For $52:I called twice and no one answered. I called & was connected to the auto dept only to be disconnected. I was told that there was ONE car ahead of me, only to go mill around the school supplies section for half an hour. When I returned, there were TWO cars ahead of me. I walked over to McDs for breakfast (another 30 min). When I returned this time, a frustrated woman told me he was working on a car and would get to my tire as soon as he could. I waited over two hours.

Took four hours to get 2 tires. Only one mechanic in the shop. Excuse was they pulled mechanics that work there to cover other stores

Worst service ever. They only had one tech working and that guy was busy ringing up a lady with a cart full of groceries. Turns out that she couldnt pay with EBT in the tire center anyway. The tech didnt even acknowledge myself and the other customers who were waiting with me.

I visited the Walmart period which is in Harbison whomever does the ordering does a lousy job they never have women essentials s/m 40pk again if its a popular item order more...the fresh greens are always either limp or Sandy, the bounty paper towels no longer order any with designs all are plain no more single rolls either 2pk or more the bazooka bubble gum plain is always out....again if its a popular item order more.....duh

They are lazy and wont work after 4 PM. Totally incompetent.
