GREAT SERVICE AND PATIENCE. I had a corner shelving unit, shelving along an opposite wall, pantry shelves by my garage entrance, and a couple bars to hang my lawn tools and hose installed. The owner came out to install all the shelving by himself. It was an extremely hot day in July. He made sure everything was installed at a good height for me to be able to reach my tools and to park my truck in the garage. Oh he also installed kayak hanger racks for me too. The shelving truly saved me from having to install a shed in my backyard. Vic came out originally to help me sort out the appropriate layout and to make sure I had a place for everything (10-12 storage bins, 2 kayaks, lawn equipment)I had many questions. I didn’t want to install anything more than once. I appreciate their patience and working with my work schedule.2 before photos and one photo after their installation

Midlands Storage System is a very professional Company for your flooring job. They (Ben and Nick) were very professional, prompt and clean everyday which the job took days. The job was very challenging for them but it didnt faze them at all. They adapted and overcame the obstacle and provided me with perfect garage/patio. They even gave me some good advice so that I would be please with what they had to offer, in which I went with their opinion. I cant forget about the sales person (Nick) which is why considered the company, very up front on everything. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional flooring company.

I had tried several attempts to redo my garage floor with no success. Saw a TV advertisement on Midlands Storage System and the pictures they showed of the floor were amazing. Gave them a call and within a couple of days a representative came out and took measurements and I picked out a color I liked. The installation was done in a professional manner and the guys were very friendly and within two days I had a beautiful floor at an affordable price! Bottom line: Working with Midlands Storage Systems has been great and one of the easiest things Ive ever done.I submitted a contact request through the website and received a call back from the owner same day. We met two days later at my house where Phil explained the process and took measurements of my garage. During the meeting, Phil clearly expressed that he wanted my full participation and feedback during the design process--which I appreciated. He sent me his first 3D computer-aided design sketch the very next day via email. Through phone calls and the easy-to-use web-based interface, I sent Phil five revisions of the design until it was absolutely perfect for me. Then I approved the design and we scheduled a install date for the next week. On the install day, Nik, Jason, and Ben showed up with their trucks ready to go and at the exact scheduled time. They introduced themselves, explained how the day would go and their expectations of me, and were friendly and professional all day long. At the end of the day, the team asked me to inspect their work before they completed their project. Nik finalized the invoice and explained all of the available payment options.With everything I have, I 100% recommend Phil and the entire Midlands Storage Systems team for your future garage design project.

Midlands Storage installed racks and shelving in our garage, and we could not be more pleased with the result. We love the quality and the customized look of the hardware. We plan on having them come back early next year to install garage floor coating. In fact, I referred Midlands Storage to my next-door neighbor, and they have already had their garage floor completed - it looks beautiful. MIDLANDS STORAGE SYSTEMS performed a free on-site review, gave us recommendations for the optimal use of our space, developed a computerized sketch of their proposal and a quote for completing the plan. There was a “no pressure sales” approach and all three employees were a delight to work with. They called before they came to revamp the garage, arrived every day on time and completed our project within three days. Upon completion, one cabinet door had minor imperfections which they pointed out and informed me they had already ordered the replacement door. When the replacement door arrived they called to set up another appointment and then arrived on time to replaced the defective door. Their price quote was reasonable, they kept us informed every step of the way, and did an EXCELLENT JOB on the walls, floor and storage system. We highly recommend this QUALITY ORIENTED company!!!

Midlands Storage Systems came out and organized my garage in one day! I did not believe they could do it since it had taken many years to get this way. Their system of removing, sorting, organizing, building just the right shelving to fit everything is truly astonishing! Phil and Nick and the others were very professional. I cant describe how pleased I am with the garage redesign that Midlands Storage was able to pull off. From the wall shelves to the cabinets, everything has a place. The floor is beyond words. Their top quality products are so easy to use and provide so much storage space for our garage.
