All Paint IS NOT GOOD PAINT! You need to by the good stuff so that it lasts and this it the place to do it. They have years of knowledge and customer service is outstanding. They know their products and accessories well and it shows. Now walk out of the box store and over to The Loop and get great service and amazing paint. You wont regret it!

Weve lived in Columbia for 3 years as of June 2020. Have used Sherwin-Williams numerous times for indoor and exterior paint and supplies. With the help of their friendly, knowledgeable staff weve found what we needed to get the job done. Prices are reasonable and easily in line with other retail paint shops. Will use them again in the future.

I prefer johnston paint and spending money local but second I always will go to sherwin if need be. The employees here are nice and friendly. More so than the south location. Never had a bad experience here.

These guys are amazing!!! No knowledge of painting, and not a painter myself just trying to complete a project myself at home. It can be scary to walk into a paint store, you feel stupid. These guys dont care about your knowledge they listen and were excited to help me with every part of the process. I have since been back again and twice they were awesome. Dont waste your time with a big box store go see these guys even just to ask questions. They respect your price point too and try to find the best paint within your budget. Saying that some of their paint may be a few dollars higher but the quality, durability, and longevity of their paints will out weigh any cheap paint you can buy anywhere else. Fantastic!!

Sherwin Williams has extremely high quality paints and this store in particular has staff like no where else Ive ever shopped. They have the highest level of knowledge of their products and are extremely friendly and very personable. They understand your wants, needs, and the look youre trying to achieve!

The service I received in this store was outstanding! The sales associate was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. He took the time to hear about my project, customize the paint I needed, and immediately process my order. He even walked me to the car, carrying my bag for me, and thanked me for the visit. Exceptional!

I like that they have interior designers on the floor. They helped me with tile for my fireplace, laundry room flooring, window shades, and, of course, paint.

I only wanted 1 qt of red, water based stain. 4 employee stood there, looking at me like I had a 3rd eye! Then one of them grabs a qt of oil base to go mix. I told them never mind, and I went to Home Depot. Where a guy in the paint dept asked how he could help me & mixed the red, water based stain.Would buy paint for the dog house from Sherwin-Williams!!

Needed paint matched for our kitchen. Very helpful and prompt. Got us squared away quickly. It turned out perfect.

Very refreshing to shop where you are not run over by other customers. Good displays, very good customer service. Not too pushy, but do make helpful suggestions and try to make sure you leave with what you will need to get the job done. Also located in a part of town that is not so heavily trafficked.

The employee who helped us was great! She even went through their just recieved shipment to get the product and size we were looking for. The color match was also perfect!

The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They took time to match my stain EXACTLY. Furthermore they shared their expertise on how to best apply the products.
