I had a great experience today with Holly. She was very enthusiastic and fun to work with. She understood what I was going for and did what she could to make the gown I was semi interested in, THEE gown I said yes too. She added a few subtle things to really make me fall in love with the gown. She was great to me and my bridesmaid who came along and we had a great time. Thanks Holly!

Got my dream dress off the rack for only $500 here. Loved the service and atmosphere - they make you feel like a princess! Alterations took a few tries but ultimately ended up perfect and my dress fit me like a glove. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience at The Bridal Boutique! Holly specifically was THE BEST assistant, without her I wouldn’t have found my dress not once but twice! I had some issues with the first dress when it came in and the store was beyond accommodating and due to certain circumstances, I was able to look for another dress. Holly was the reason I maintained a smile throughout the whole process. She is positive, bubbly, patient, honest, hardworking, supportive, and truly felt like my “therapist” when I needed moments of clarity. The store has a huge selection of gowns, all of the staff are kind and organized, and I’d recommend it to anyone!

I cannot recommend The Bridal Boutique enough to anyone looking for their perfect dress! We had the best initial visit with Samantha two weekends ago, but I wasn’t ready to make a final decision on my first day trying on dresses so we scheduled a second appointment with her for yesterday. When searching for my perfect wedding dress, I went to five dress places and The Bridal Boutique in Columbia was by far the best experience! If you go, ask for Samantha -- she is amazing! They offer a huge selection of dresses and the customer service is the best you will find in the business. My stylist listened, picked out dresses that I loved, remained neutral and didnt try to persuade me one way or the other, she respected my budget, and she made me laugh and smile the entire time. My best friend found her dress from the Bridal Boutique. We had such an amazing experience with them. The ladies were patient and very knowledgeable. They have an amazing selection of dresses and the online catalog is honestly one of the best I’ve seen. We got the dress before they renovated the place but I was able to get pictures at our recent visit. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Great service and even better dresses.

I cant recommend the Bridal Boutique, Columbia, MD enough. This was the 4th place I went to for my wedding dress and it should have been the first. I hadnt had great experiences at the previous places I went to and was dreading going to a 4th. They were on time with my appointment, extremely welcoming and most importantly they listened! I highly recommend Samantha L for a consultant - she was what made the experience so warm and loving. They have a lot of dresses - all shapes and sizes and all prices. We pulled a few dresses I liked on the website (I recommend looking at and adding the style codes to the appointment or bringing them with you) and I pulled while looking that day. They have dresses a range of prices and I didnt try any on anything over my budget. (Side note: there are cheaper - chain bridal stores out there that can give you a wedding dress for under $500. 1) Bridal Boutique does have a select few dresses under $500 and 2) if you can increase your budget to even just $1K you get 1000% better quality and experience. The consultants know what theyre doing and listen to the things you like and dont like about dresses. I said yes to the dress and it was not one I picked - Samanatha listened and she picked the dress after hearing all of my likes and dislikes and I LOVE my choice! The extra money you spend is worth it. It was a very personal and non-stressful experience and I was so happy that I said yes to the dress there. There was no pressure to rush a decision or skew my opinion one way to another, add accessories, or quickly say yes to the dress I really liked. I had a #1 and I left to think about it and came back several days later and still loved it. They deserve more than 5 stars!

I worked with Nancy back in December to pick out a wedding dress. She did a great job helping me through the process and choosing dresses based on not just what I liked but also based on what she thought might look great. The owner was super gracious in meeting my quick timeline and the best part and the reason why I am writing this review is because of the seamstress, I believe her name was Mona. Mona turned the dress around for me in a mere few days which included her coming in on Christmas Eve to finish my alterations (which I didnt know at the time when I asked for the alterations). The fact that she went above and beyond to provide this service for me was so kind, gracious, and beyond what I could ask for and expected. Not to mention that the alterations were done perfectly. All in all Im super glad I came into this shop and chose my dress from here. Great selection, nice set up for trying on dresses, and best of all really kind and thoughtful people to who are just as excited about your special day as you are!

I am a very petite bride. My dress was properly altered over a few fitting appointments to fit me just right, and to add custom straps. They are very professional and kind people.

Purchasing a dress from here was easy. However, alterations were a nightmare. I almost fit the dress pefectly, but it was tight in the waist and needed to be let out. I am a size 6. When I returned to try on the dress they had cut the top and arm holes and let out a significant amount on each side from waist to thighs (this was an hour glass dress) The dress was significantly bigger. It made no sense to cut the dress around the arm holes and top of dress as it fit fine. I was in tears when I saw the dress. When I tried on the dress, it looked nothing like the style of dress which was form fitting, it was now too big and boxy. I went back multiple times which seemed to be weeks in between. Finally I had to take the dress as it was - which was still too big. It was a disheartening experience and everytime I look at the photos I am reminded of how ill-fitting the dress was and the terrible experience I had with alterations. Dont have your dress altered here!

This bridal shop is nothing less of amazing . I went to David’s prior to coming here and it’s no comparison. Holly was assisting me in my dress selection and she was great. Her spirit and taste was superb. She stayed in my price range and we found exactly what I was looking for at a great price! If your looking for a great dress , and professionalism this is your place. They have all types of dresses from classy to Extravagant.Update*** I paid extra for the press and steam package and was told to call 2 months prior to my wedding date for alterations. They always have my date mixed up when I call to ask questions and the woman on the phone insisted I go elsewhere for alterations because they were too busy. I totally understand it’s wedding season but if I purchased my dress here I would want alterations done here as well. They don’t tell you that it’s a possibility they won’t be able to accommodate you. So just a heads up ladies, this can be an inconvenience because not all tailors fix wedding dresses! ****

From the first visit to my final fitting, all of our experiences in the shop were excellent. I found my dress at the very first appointment; Amber was so fast (and SO amazingly helpful) that I was able to try on about 25 dresses in under 2 hours! My only wish for the Boutique as a whole is that they improve on communicating with customers when they are outside of the shop. Terrible workers seem uninterested. We were here on 8/28/21. We cam here with the bride to be to look for bridesmaids dresses. Once the receptionist found out we werent her for a Wedding dress. They shoved is off to the side and had us wait. Our appointment was at 11:30 someone eventually showed the bridesmaids the back room that was a size of a half bathroom with some dresses. The dresses I think ran up to the size of 10 and nothing bigger. It was a joke, some of us tryed on some stained dresses and I personally tried on a dress that 10 sizes to be big. One of our bridesmaids had someone help her with a dress and by helping I mean being tugged on etc. I think we spent a total of 15 to 20 mins in the store and left. We took our money and business elsewhere and found great bridesmaids dresses. Thank you for being rude and inconsiderate.

The dress was beautiful and picking it out wqs the easy part but the alteration was horrible. My straps ended up coming off at the wedding. The seamstress did not follow the instructions and it was just a bad experience. I ended up using safety pins to hold the dress up. What a waste of money.

Had a great time, which I was worried about as a plus size bride. My experience at The Bridal Boutique was stress-free and really enjoyable. Better than my (straight size) sisters experience at a smaller boutiquier boutique. The associate was really helpful and supportive, and picked out The Dress right away for me!

The service and atmosphere at the Bridal Boutique blew me away. It is gorgeous inside and the stylists are so kind and helpful. After listening towhat types of dresses I was interested in and what my budget was, Samantha picked out a few dresses for me to try on. She made my appointment special and fun, while also providing expert assistance. All of the staff were very up front with about prices the whole time, which I appreciated. They also had a big selection of dresses in different sizes and designers, including a large sale rack. I enjoyed every aspect of my time there and highly recommend this Boutique to brides looking for a professional, special experience.

I said yes to the most beautiful dress in December 2020 after working with Holly and I am so excited for my August wedding! Holly was nothing short of amazing to work with and she definitely made the experience for me. I visited another bridal shop the same day and walked out before even trying a dress on because of how unfriendly the people were there and how uncomfortable they made me feel. Holly has the greatest personality and Im so thankful she helped me find my dress!

From my March visit, I want to start off by thanking Kelly for helping my my perfect dress for my 6/2022 wedding! She was very attentive and to my wants for the kinds of dresses I was looking for and helped me with ease getting in and out of fittings! She was just so lovely, so thank you for making the experience for my mom and future mother in law so special (and gathering my moms when they would venture off looking for more dresses.) She deserves five stars!Fast forward to July, my dress arrives and my fiancé and I currently live out in CA. We are not able to get back to MD until October and I had called to inquire about my dress and if someone needed to pick the dress up for me or if I could have it stored there until we get back home. When I had called, I explained that because of work, we physically cannot be back in MD until October. The woman who answered the phone was not very understanding to my questions/requests and instead assertively suggested the sooner I can try on the dresses the better. (Which I understand regarding fittings) With the stress already of having to plan everything across country, I just felt like I was guilted about not being able to do a fitting ASAP. Her response was, “well we’ll just schedule everything in October then.” 2-3 stars for this customer service.

The wedding party im apart of had an appointment. We were greeted by a sales associate, but we had noone to help us. We were told to go look at the dresses in the back. One dress I wanted to try on had a stain on it. The one sales associate tried to squeeze and tighten the dress on me, the dress was a size 10 and im a size 14 so obviously i couldnt zip it. If you are full figured or bigger than a size 8 dont bother. Im actually shocked at all the positive reviews because thats not at all the way it was when we were trying to find dresses.

September 2021This is my second post in response to my second visit to the boutique. If youre a bride that has high standards in professionalism, communication, and quality, please go to this shop. Budget and selection is absolutely obtainable. I was nervous that my new budget wouldnt make the cut but I was pleasantly surprised. Additionally, my consultant, Samantha, considered my vision and steered my shopping in the right direction. I was happy to say yes to the dress today!Id like to add that I have been to a specific mass produced shop with the intent of being cost conscious but received disappointing service and attention. Compared to my experience at the Bridal Boutique, I felt no bride should have to be treated like cattle. So thats why I came back. This is an investment for a special occasion GO TO BRIDAL BOUTIQUE to get the service you deserve.February 2021I loved Ariel! Shopping was easy and professional. The store is neat and clean. Came in to get a feel of what type of dress i would love for my wedding next year. The ladies there were really nice. Jamie was the name of my consultant and she was amazing she found plenty of dresses for me to choose from. She was also very pleasant and patient. Hello ! I loved this boutique. They have an array of beautiful gowns Categorized by designers. Samantha was amazing . She was very patient and helped guide me in the direction I wanted to go . She allowed me to try on as many dresses as I wanted however she did suggest don’t do too many because your mind becomes cloudy . I love the 1 in a half hour window they give you . I was her only bride at the time so she couldFocus completely on me , unlike some of itsCompetitors . I found my dress here . It was above my price range , but budgets are meant to be broken right ?? Lol . Just kidding . I would definitely recommend this place for any bride . Im almost certain you will find what you were looking for .

I purchased my wedding gown here and couldnt be happier! The selection process (for me) was fairly easy, they had exactly the gowns I wanted to see, they were all within my budget, and my consultant, Amber, was so helpful! I recently went in for two fittings and Mona, the seamstress, is clearly a miracle worker- I lost 10lbs since I ordered my dress so she had to take it in about 3!!!! I have my last fitting in a few more weeks but I know its going to be picture perfect. I went to The Bridal Boutique over the weekend with my mom and maid of honor and had the most fantastic time. It was my first time shopping for a dress and their online stock room was very helpful in narrowing down what I wanted. I am handicap so I was a little apprehensive about the whole process. I called ahead for a handicap room and my consultant made everything so easy. I had Lindsay and she was so helpful. She felt more like a friend helping me rather than an employee. The space was super bright and super clean and organized as well. I was able to say Yes to my dress and overall had the best experience!!

I felt like I was racially profiled. There were customers drinking wine/champagne and me and my guest werent offered a thing. I was told there were numerous dresses in my size and in the color I selected that was a lie..truly disappointed and disguted with the sales associates. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We started and ended with Bridal Boutique! As a newly engaged, bride to be, this was my first experience going wedding dress shopping with my mother and Godmother, on top of it being in the midst of COVID. My consultant was Holly who was very kind, patient, and just all around awesome. I never felt pressured and was extremely comfortable with her. The boutique was very clean, spacious, and had a wide selection of dresses in my size. Brides beware that wedding dresses run small so you might have to try on dresses 2 sizes up. I was undecided on a few dresses I had seen so we went to two other bridal shops which was a less than pleasant experience. I came back to Bridal Boutique after confirmation they had a specific dress that I tried on a another shop in a different color via email, however, after arriving found out the dress had been sold some months back:( My only gripe was that I wish they had verified that information before I came as I was expecting to try on that dress as well. Needless to say, I ended up saying yes to a dress I found there with Holly again during my second fitting for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Bridal Boutique!

I have never been so happy in my entire life (well maybe when I got engaged, but this is different). I loved my experience at Bridal Boutique. I was lucky to get Holly as much consultant, who was not just amazing at her job, she is an all around amazing and kind person. She never pressured me (I went back 3 times) and she always had my best interest in mind. Everyone at this store is kind, thoughtful, and understanding.Please take the time to come to this store. Had a horrible experience at this salon. I called in advance to make sure that the store had a wide variety of plus size dresses. I told them that I was driving over an hour to come to their salon and wanted to make sure. I was assured that theyre were plenty of plus size dresses. BIGGEST LIE EVER. Im about a size 18 and they had zero dresses that properly fit me. They were trying to stuff me into a size 10 dress and try to imagine what my size would look like. If youre a skinny girl, this is place is great but for all the plus size girls AVOID this place. Its a waste of time.

This was the third bridal shop I went to over the course of a weekend and definitely the best. They were able to provide me with dresses that I hadnt previously tried on. Lindsay was my consultant and she was AMAZING! She was so helpful in pulling styles that were exactly what I was looking for and did not rest until I found the perfect dress.

I was paired with Darcy to be my bridal consultant during the appointment and, even though I brought very strong, opinionated and important women in my life, (who definitely had lots to say about finding the right dress), Darcy was able to help hear my heart and streamline my thoughts on how I wanted to look on my wedding day. She was SO thoughtful, compassionate, kind and understanding with my requests, and her attention to detail was absolutely stellar! It was almost like we had a mini mind meld! I just walked in today not expecting anything. I looked up the store online and liked 10 dresses they had on the website. I was greeted and taken to see a stylist immediately without an appointment . Mary Patricia was the best! She made it fun and explained all the styles and helped me so much. She had me pick 6 dresses, just for fun and then she worked her magic making them all fit me. She listened to what I wanted and didn’t push anything that was too expensive or not my style. After helping me try on the dresses she asked if I wanted to see one she had in my size she thought I might like just for fun. It fit perfectly and I loved it! I ended up getting the dress she suggested, she’s really very good at styling! I cannot express how happy I am with this store and the people there. The Bridal boutique is where you need to go... My 1st day wedding dress shopping and I’m glad my mother and myself came here first. My consultant was Nancy... I just want to thank her for her hospitality and attentiveness.. I tried on 8 dresses and within that 8 I found the one, and I could also see the tears in my moms eyes and she new I picked the one of my dreams... however I didn’t say yes at that moment because I had 2 other appointments that day... Sooo after going to those other places babeeee they didn’t compare to the bridal boutique. I couldn’t wait until the next day to call them and schedule an appointment to come back and fit the dress to take this pic... Ladies you won’t be disappointed...

Nancy was absolutely incredible. See spent so much time with me to make sure I was able to look around and try on several dresses, and months after my initial visit ( April to December) she had pulled a dress that she saw and thought of me in. It ended up being the one! She is so sweet, thorough, and just amazing. I even rescheduled my retry appointment just so she could be the one to help me. I couldnt be happier with my dress and the incredible service! You wont be disappointed!! I cannot wait for my dress to come in so I can continue working with her!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know!!! In regards to the overall experience out of 5 different dress stores, this one takes the cake by far. Lindsay was the stylist paired with helping me and I cant speak highly enough of her! By the time I found this place and got to her, I was ready to give up. I had the pleasure of having Darnisha assist me. I was more than pleased at the initial appointment to find THE dress. I hadnt a clue what I was looking for and Darnisha worked with my friends/family to find different styles for me (this was pre-COVID). I fell in love with a dress during my first visit but, like any bride, I kept shopping! I stumbled upon the same dress being sold at a different store. When I called them back, they were willing to price match so it was a no brainer!Ive had several appointments for my fittings and alterations and I have nothing but high praises for them. Everything was quick & painless! Highly recommend!!! Everyone there is great but Im biased from my own experience so - ask for Darnisha!

My best friend said Yes to the Dress here today and its easy to say it was in big part to Nancy. The boutique is beautiful, the selection is gorgeous, the layout is very nice too but Nancy was just magnificent. She listened and advised with perfection, she took all of the brides needs into account, showed a true interest in finding THE dress and tears were promptly shed. Don’t got there!!! They are no help we have a out of town wedding the we need to get measured for and they were no help! They keep telling me that they are in Columbia md. I know that because we live in Maryland. You would just need to find out if we could make appointment to get the measurements to send to the bridal shop in a mother state. So frustrating and they lady that answered the phone was no help.

Hidden gem !!! Consultants are very pleasant and helpful, make you feel comfortable and listen to your needs. The selection is large, no matter your taste/body type. Loved working with Nancy she is sweet and just knows what works but is always respectful and listens to what you like. She is incredible I cannot thank her enough!!! I went to the Bridal Boutique in Columbia back in October with my mom, my moh and a few friends. While the location had a great selection of dresses at affordable prices, I had a less-than-pleasant experience with my consultant and communicated this via email with the store after my visit. I wanted to address these concerns personally with the staff but never heard back from them after sharing my concerns. I ended up choosing a dress from another place that made me feel more at home!A few of the concerns I had during my experience (note: most of these are specific to my consultant, not the place itself!):Comments. My consultant made several uncomfortable comments to my group and I. In the showroom, she told my group that she had to stuff me in to a dress and sarcastically mentioned that I was a woman of many words (I was overwhelmed and not talking much). In the dressing room, while struggling to come up with reasons I didnt like a dress she stated well youre... fun and later questioned me on my body image when I tried to explain why I didnt like spaghetti strap dresses, saying really? thats it? thats what youre worried about?Privacy. Im not super comfortable with changing in front of people and my consultant told me that she would close her eyes but she kept turning around to check and see if I was done changing.Demeanor. My consultant seemed quite flustered at everything... the amount of people I brought with me, the fact that I was having trouble describing exactly what I did and didnt like and the fact that I tended to like the dresses my friends were pulling more than the ones she was pulling.

I had a Sunday appointment at The Bridal Boutique and it was such a fun experience.First thing first, their customer service is incredible. Everyone was friendly and engaging and you really felt like everyone was there just for you. As soon as we walked in the receptionist greeted us, confirmed our details, offered us a drink and invited us to browse around or sit and wait for our stylist.Our stylist was Lindsay and she was great. Her energy was just the right amount to keep you upbeat and feel good about yourself but never pushy. I am very self-conscious about my body, but I felt very comfortable with Lindsay in the dressing room. In there, she was very professional but warm and reassuring all at the same time.We threw A LOT at her and I have to say she has the patience of a higher power :). She took all of our madness like a true champ, never lost her smile at any moment and pulled a variety of dresses for us that met our requests. I tried on maybe 5 or so dresses and thought I had settled on one, but she picked one more that ultimately was THE ONE.Overall, our experience at The Bridal Boutique with Lindsay was great and we would recommend giving them a try.

FAITH in particular is irreplaceable! She listens to you, cares, and uses her excellent skills to get you into *your* best dress! I am so very grateful for Faiths help. She went above and beyond to get me into a dress -- beyond anything I dreamed of -- * in one day. * Faith can really help you!

So today I walked in without calling, without an appointment, and with a bit of a dress emergency. I needed a new dress (as a wedding guest) pretty much ready to go within the next day. Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted and asked if I could be helped by Morgan. I explained my situation to her, and she jumped right into helping me. I gave her a few things I wanted in a dress, and within minutes she had pulled off the rack almost 10 dresses that fit what I wanted, the color I needed, and that were in my size for me to try on. They had a fantastic selection even for non-wedding dresses. I also liked how it was separate from the bridal gowns section so that I wouldnt be distracting or interrupting any future brides trying on their dresses. I went straight into the fitting room, and she and my husband helped me pick out the right dress, which was beautiful, by the way. It needed to be hemmed, and they waited for me to run home and grab my shoes to put it at the right length, the seamstress pinned it up very quickly and checked to make sure I was happy with the length it will be, and it will be ready by tomorrow!! There was a charge to put it on rush for the alterations, but I didnt mind paying it at all. The dress was reasonably priced, definitely not outrageous by any means. In fact I would have expected it to cost more. I was in and out within an hour. I would definitely recommend this place and if I ever need to, I will be going again. This place is great and the staff are lifesavers!!!

I had a great experience at the Bridal Boutique. Booking an appointment with Amber on the phone was easy and I received electronic reminders. The first few ladies when my group and I walked in were not very friendly, and though I made eye contact with the receptionist multiple times, I wasn’t greeted until I walked very close to her and introduced myself and stated that I had an appointment. After the less than stellar greeting, everything was amazing. The selection of dresses was good, and we easily pulled 10+ dresses of a very specific cut and style right off the bat.Mallory was my consultant. She was professional, excited, knowledgeable, and personable. This was my fourth shopping trip to find a wedding dress, so I was very focused on finding the dress. Mallory understood where I was coming from, and tailored her approach accordingly. We went through a lot of dresses and I narrowed it down slowly but surely. Never did I feel pressured to make my decision that day or like I was taking too much of their time (even though we did stay past closing—not trying to recommend this, just to appreciate that they were accommodating). Mallory was very supportive—focusing on my opinions while also humoring my group to a degree. When I finally picked the dress for me, everyone at the store was excited and the purchasing process was smooth. I’m writing this review pretty soon after purchasing, so we’ll see how the ordering and alteration processes go, and will update my review then. For now, I highly recommend The Bridal Boutique and Mallory!

I was surfing online and I came across bridal boutique so I decided to read the reviews 1st. Many reviewers complimented Amber. I decided to schedule an appointment with Amber. My experience with Amber was superb. Amber is professional, respectful, patience, & has a great touch in wedding gown attire. She listened to all my requests, but she also had her own ideas; which I was open to. Amber, “I totally appreciate all the hours spent and the last dress, which you had selected, was the one I went with”. I’m thankful for Amber and she really is a great consultant. I can’t wait to wear my dress on my BIG day :)

I had a wonderful experience at the Bridal Boutique with Amber! It was my first time dress shopping and I had a very specific vision in mind, however, I wanted to be open minded and try on a dress that was a little different so Amber chose one for me to try on! The dress she picked ended up being the one! I couldnt stop smiling, I love it so much! Overall, it was a great experience, the shop had a large variety of beautiful dresses to chose from and the customer service was great! I am excited to go back when my dress arrives in a couple of months. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness where do I start, the minute I walked in I felt so happy. Loved the ambiance and Casey was so helpful when I called. Tina inspired me and Amber was so helpful. Amber went out of her way and made it such a memorable experience for me. She picked out endless dresses of what I had envisioned. My experience with David’s Bridal was dreadful, I literally told myself after being at Davids I don’t ever want to wear a wedding dress. Then I got on google and found Bridal Boutique. Oh my goodness it was worth the experience, time and it will hit me for a lifetime because the experience had me in tears. Amber was amazing. All other bridal shops don’t even compare. I talk to everyone about Bridal Boutique and will continue to refer this beautiful memorable place to anyone and everyone looking for a wedding dress. So worth the time, experience and ambiance. Amber your amazing!! And I found the dress I love!!

I did not purchase my dress from the Bridal Boutique. I visited the shop to check out their cleaning and preservation services for wedding dresses. I had done some research about different services online before visiting the shop. When I went there, they had the EXACT same cleaning and preservation service mail-in box listed for $350, when I saw one on Amazon for $250. Save your money and just get it online.

Just got my wedding dress here and loved the experience! Nancy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I ended up finding the perfect dress! There is a great selection and Nancy was very patient and helpful in making me feel like a beautiful bride!

This place is fabulous! I was running late for my appointment because of an appointment before running late and they were super understanding and nice about it! Liz was so so so wonderful, ask for her if you come here (Although every consultant I interacted with was great!) she genuinely cared about my experience and my wedding day and making my family comfortable during the experience! I bought a floor model dress and was a little disappointed in the discount given for it being a floor model dress, and I emailed my concerns over to them the next day. They called me later in the afternoon and wanted to work with me to make it right. That says a lot to me about this company about how they care about their customers and their experience. I am so happy with this experience overall! :)

I had a wonderful experience here. The atmosphere here was very relaxed. The store was clean and had a great selection of dresses. Mary squeezed me into her schedule and she was wonderful! She was very sweet, knowledgable and helpful!

Amanda was my consultant and she was fantastic. I thought I knew what type of dress I wanted, but she knew better. She brought me a dress I hadnt envisioned myself in but I was open to suggestions. Of the seven dresses I had in my dressing room I tried hers on first and that was it! I tried on two others but none compared to the first. Amanda was such a sweetheart, very professional, and obviously good at her job! I cant wait to get my bridesmaids dresses from her!

I found the dress of my dreams here. Every experience was made so good and they were so flexible with me when my dress arrived s few minutes after I did for my appointment. I did have one weird experience but they corrected it therefore I would surely work with them again if I had to choose all over. Thanks Ally and the Bridal Boutique.

If I could give a 0 I would.I have already bought a dress but was looking to get a new dress and get rid of the old dress. I had seen a few dresses online that they carry so they pulled those for me. However, when I came in they took me back and left us for 10 minutes not knowing who may or will help us especially with trying on the dresses. When trying on the dresses, the consultant didnt seem to want to help me find a dress considering she brought up how I already had a dress many times. While putting on the dresses she took little to no effort in even trying to clip to dresses so they looked as if they fit me. One dress she didnt clip it at all. I was in and out of the shop within 20 minutes. I ask to see some allure dresses and they said it was out of my price range. However, that was my decision to make. It just seemed as if they didnt care or want me there because (a) I already have a dress and (b) I was possibly buying a dress elsewhere. The store was completely empty except for my small group and we had very little service or adequate service I should say. I asked questions about hemming, the back of the dress and how a seamstress could help make the dress fit and I was told she wasnt a seamstress and she wasnt sure how they would do that. I also asked what they dress would look like bustled. Again I was told that she didnt know and she took about 2 seconds to try to bustle the dress. I visited other dress shops who took way more effort in helping their client. This was very poor service and I was very disappointed. The one dress I really wanted to try on disappointed me because the consultant didnt clip it, put the belt on, which still was sitting in the bag, didnt tuck the inner straps that are used when hanging the dress and actually asked me to put the dress back in the bag for her. I didnt want to do that because I didnt want to be responsible if something we to happen to the dress. They had under skirts and corsets but non were offered to me to help the dress look more appealing. Overall this was a bad experience and I am left wondering about the one dress I really wanted to try on. Wondering if it would be the one, had some time been put into putting it on me. Be forewarned before you go.

I found my dream dress yesterday at the Bridal Boutique! After going to many stores and trying on many dresses I started to think my vision that I had in my head wasnt achievable.. but then I met Kaitlyn! She is amazing and a hundred percent the best consultant Ive had today to date. She really cared about finding me the right dress. I think I spent about 4 hours there which is way over appointment time but Kaitlyn didnt complain or anything or rush me. They have so many dresses I highly recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

I ordered my dress in Aug for my daughters wedding in March go back to pick the dress up the dress 2 weeks ago and it was flawed. I go back this morning to get the dress because they said it would be fixed. The same damn flawed issues that was there was still there. Do you think they offered me a dime back nope. So I have a dress that I am not happy with and I am out of my money. Will never patronize them again.

A friend who got her dress here recommended this place and I can see why. Katelyn was so friendly and helpful and really understood what I was looking for and what flattered me. The gowns are in a similar price range as Davids, but MUCH higher quality! They had tons of tasteful, gorgeous gowns. Im definitely planning on sending any engaged friends to find a dress here.

BUYING BRIDES - BE CAREFUL!!!!!If I could give this place a zero, I would!!! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT buy your dress from this place. THE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE AND DO NOT TRUST SARA(H).Of course, I bought my dress - had it altered - it was ruined in alterations - and then decided to read the reviews... so joke is on me because what you read is true about this place.First of all, after you buy your dress... they could care less about you! When I went to pick up my dress no one greeted me, no one asked if I wanted to try the dress on UNTIL my friend asked because I was too timid. It was too small... they ordered a dress that was too small for me but instead of offering to return for a larger size they said they could fix in in alterations. BIG MISTAKE BELIEVING THEM. After getting dressed and a little disappointed, I had to pay for alterations upfront and they tried to make me leave the store with my dress in a CLEAR see-through bag! Again, my more forward friend spoke up and asked for a different bag so no one could see it.After my first alteration session, when I went to go try it on, I busted out in tears in front of everyone... HOW EMBARRASSING, RIGHT?! All because they tried to fix a dress that was too small for me in the first place and by doing so they completely changed the shape of my dress and now it was forever ruined. It pulled and buckled in all the wrong places - giving the illusion that I had huge box hips when in real life I DONT HAVE ANY HIPS ON ME!The customer service is terrible. They are rude and they do not care about fighting for you and whats right. I swear this place is a scam. After phone calls and visits - we lost and they won. I didnt get my wasted $1,200 back.After this happened to me and I told my story to friends, 50% of them said I went there and they ruined my dress in alterations too! or I bought my dress from there and had a terrible experience.So 2 months before my wedding I had to buy a new wedding dress from Davids Bridal. Just the kind of stress a soon-to-be bride needs.SO BUYING BRIDES - BE CAREFUL!!!!!

This is the best store to find your perfect wedding dress! They are very accommodating and make a great deal of effort to help you find the perfect dress. Meaghan helped me try the same dresses on over and over again. Yet she was very enthusiastic and helpful. She kept me up to date via email prior to my dress fitting appointment. I would definitely encourage brides to look here before going any where else!

The Bridal Boutique was absolutely fantastic! Paige listened intently to what I wanted in a gown and found multiple options that could work for me. She was very patient with me and offered feedback on what flattered my figure the most, she stayed within my budget, and was extremely helpful. After only an hour I found a dress that was even better than I had pictured! The whole staff was very attentive and supportive. I would for sure recommend Columbia bridal boutique to any and every bride!

I got a bridesmaids dress and alterations. When I went back after alterations, there was what looked like grease stains all over the side of my dress. Then when I went back to pick it up after they supposedly “cleaned” it, and there was still visible stains. I had to take the dress since the wedding was a week away. When I asked for a refund, they gave me $50. (The dress was $300 dollars and alterations were $100). I will not ever recommend to another bride ever again!

My sister went to this store for her bridesmaid dresses and wedding gown back in 2017, and when my own boyfriend proposed I pretty much knew that it would be back to The Bridal Boutique! The bridesmaid collections are organized well, and we were able to make an appointment to get my bridesmaids fitted easily. It only took an hour to find the perfect bridesmaid dress because Kaitlyn, our Bridal Boutique represenative, did a wonderful job with narrowing down our search by picking out dresses my bridesmaids described. She is very good at her job, and instinctively knew what they would feel comfortable in. When it came time to make a wedding dress appointment I asked for Kaitlyn again! It made me feel really good when she became excited and hugged me, saying she would be honored to help me find my wedding dress.The wedding dress appointment went smoothly and it only took me an hour and 30min to find the perfect wedding dress! It was very nice to have Kaitlyn working by my side. She not only shared her knowledge about dress fitting with me, she also asked me how my fiance proposed, what it felt like to be engaged, and let me share my personal story about my love and I. This was all happening as I was trying on wedding dress after wedding dress. When it came to narrowing down my choice, it was splendidly easy to do so! Kaitlyn worked with me to logically pick the one I really wanted and felt happy in.My goal in this review is this: The Bridal Boutique not only performs well in the organization and supply of their dresses, they also hire a spectacular team of knowledgeable individuals who know what its like to appreciate something as emotional as your wedding day. I came for the Bridal Boutiques selection, and I am giving them a 5 star review because of their dedicated staff.

I worked with Whitney yesterday to try on dresses and she was wonderful! She was very patient and kind. She also took the time to try out different accessories with dresses I liked and put on the reception lighting a few times so I could see the dresses in low and bright light. I was able to try on a variety of plus-size samples, which makes a huge difference!

I bought my wedding gown here, and the staff were so kind and helpful! I worked with Amber, and she was fantastic. She made the experience very so fun, and the mood lighting they do to show the dress with “dance floor” lighting was such a great feature!

I had the most wonderful experience here - which was such a surprise. I didnt want to go wedding dress shopping and dreaded it (putting it off). But when I worked with Shannon - I was blown away by the quality customer service and expertise that is there. Shannon was such an extraordinary help in my epic quest for a gown. And more than that - between the manager and the seamstress - my multiple visits for fittings and work to the gown was always treated top notch. I felt like VIP Everytime and my gown was breathtaking. Great variety of quality gowns for all different kinds of brides!

I LOVED my experience at the Bridal Boutique! I was nervous coming in that Id feel rushed or pressured but the person I had helping me, Sara, was amazing! She was so helpful and flexible. She made the experience so fun! It was also nice having Sara helping me the entire appointment (as opposed to people switching off) and having my own mirror with couches so my family could relax and enjoy as well. Will definitely be recommending this place to my friends.

Hands down best bridal shopping experience I’ve had and I have visited a few different shops in my search for the perfect dress. The staff was more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. Highly recommend making appointment with these girls! BTW I said yes to the dress thanks to the help of well trained and attentive staff.

This is a nice bridal store with a large variety of dresses available for bridesmaids. It is slightly higher end without being pretentious or snoody. I really wanted to purchase from them because their sales associate I worked with (Morgan) was awesome and was completely honest in her opinion of the dresses I tried on. However, I ended up going to another bridal store due to this shops marked up prices which, compared to other local shops, were anywhere between 10 and 20 percent higher.
